Couldnt find my Panoxl Face wash, I asked where the Face Wash was and the Girl I asked Pointed towards the Skincare Aisle and said its over there. She was very rude. My Panoxol Face wash wasnt even at that Store.
BEWARE!!!! Employee not wearing required face covering during these pandemic times. When confronted she gave a attitude and when I asked the manager his comment was she wears a mask all day and is going home. She was walking around the store with other customers within reach of her I stated. Managed didn’t care. I think it’s time to start going ya another vendor for my need that I have purchased at Walgreens. If they don’t care why should I!And they don’t even deserve the one star rating!
This store was busy and understaffed, but I was amazed by Kat. She really went above and beyond to assist me in finding the incontinence product I was in search of. It appeared that she was wearing many hats in assisting customers and other employees whilst stocking merchandise. All the while she was extremely friendly. They should make her the manager and give her a raise!
Employee not wearing a mask but they enforce there cistomers to. idk thats not the reason for my one star. Several products I purchased did not work as intended. Got a refund but this was recurring. Pricey when considering the quality of there products.

They do not understand the verbiage on manufacturer coupons. You all clearly need some training to realize “one coupon per purchase” does not mean “one coupon per transaction”. Smh

Ridiculous zero stars needs to be a optionthe customer service here is earful this to the “management FeliCa”I get to the register there is one gentleman In front of me and he’s having issues paying with his card ... him and cashier are talking about the CARD READER ISSUES even mentioning that it has happened at other stores, then my turn in line after his 3rd try was finally successful... same issues won’t read or process properly while we are attempting to try several times he calls the manager felica overIn mean time he’s telling me that the main register was having same issueSo after 3 try’s still not working she takes me to the other register and try’s again and still nothingShe then blames me saying my cards bad and that I need to pay differentlyProblem is we just used the card a few mins prior so I know it’s working so I assure her it’s not my card but there machineShe in her frustration of not knowing how to do her job giving me total attitude by now says sorry don’t know what to tell you !?!?!and she responds with have a nice day !?!?!?!By now I’m steaming so I leave and go to the Glendale heights store and less then 10 mins later I’m checked out no issues and CLEARLY IT WASENT MY CARD ... either Walgreens gets rid of the horrible management or I will end my life long shopping spree with them and find somewhere else to purchase my items ......Uncalled for unacceptable behavior from management!!!!!!Walgreens has always been a place where the customer feels appreciated and if that is no longer, then my friends, family and I will be no longer customersWalgreens if it wants customer service to go up at this location needs to say BYE FELICASincerely VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
