I really love Glen Ellen’s family eye care. They are so friendly and welcoming and I actually came in with classes that were so bent out of shape I thought they were gone and they were able to fix them. I never have to wait when I go there. And they have an amazing selection of glasses. I highly recommend them

Have been going to Dr. Panos for quite some time. Its now a little further for me to travel, but there is no one else I trust my eyes to. He is an amazing doctor, explains everything in detail and I will continue to have Dr. Panos as my eye doctor. His staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is clean and in this age of covid they are extremely concerned about keeping the office clean and free of germs. Thank you for the wonderful experience on Monday for my eye exam. As a patient,, I am here to stay.

I had run out of contact lenses and needed some before traveling. My other eye doctor could not get me in, but a friend recommended Glen Ellyn family eye care. They got me in to an appointment that afternoon, and I left with four pairs of contact samples as well as ordering more for delivery. The staff couldn’t of been nicer or more cheerful, and the doctor was thorough and kind. I’ll gladly take my whole family back there.

Not only does Dr John Bartlett take time to make you feel comfortable and not rushed through the testing but, he takes time to get to know his patients. I wish him much joy in his retirement. His staff is great and I hope to see them in the future with the new doctor taking over.

I have been gong here on and off for years (depending on insurance), and have always had a great experience! Dr. Panos, who is taking over, is fantastic! I was so impressed with how personable he is, but also how attuned to details he is during the eye exam. It was so thorough, and I could tell that he was genuine in finding the exact prescription for me. The ladies in front are always friendly and super helpful too! Everyone is really good at their jobs! My husband had started going as well, and we both are pleased!

Great service, great staff. Dr Panos is very personable took the time to answer my questions and explain everything. The staff was helpful in explaining all my insurance benefits which can be confusing.

Dr Panos is phenomenal, very friendly and knowledgeable. He explains everything you need to know in easy to understand terms. We changed practices to follow him to his own despite the 30 minute increase in commute time.

I recently started seeing Dr. Panos and he is delightful! Transitioning to a new doctor can be difficult for patient and provider, but Dr. Panos made such a smooth transition for me as a long-standing patient of GE Family Eye Care. I hope my vision needs dont fluctuate any time soon; however, I cant wait for my next visit. They make visiting the eye doctor as nice as visiting an old friend.

I had some definite reservations about going to Glen Ellyn Eye Clinic for my annual check up with Dr. Kelly because of the Covid 19 pandemic. I went ahead and set a visit and was pleasantly surprised with all of the precautions that the had in place. The staff was warm, friendly and professional as always. I decided to purchase my new frames and lenses with them this time. I wanted to minimize any unnecessary trips to different places. The staff helped me pick out frames and did an outstanding job. When I picked them up a week later; I had to stay in the car and they brought the glasses to the car. We needed minor adjustments and Ann Marie was great and helpful. As I age, I realize quality healthcare is important.

My family has been seeing Drs John and Sylvia for years. They have always taken very good care of us.Recently, my daughter and I had an appointment with Dr Panos. What a wonderful experience! What a great experience I had at this clinic recently!This was my first visit there, and I really enjoyed the friendliness and atmosphere. Dr. Bartlett was warm and caring, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She was one of the most thorough eye doctors I’ve ever seen. This is significant because I’m almost 50, and I’ve been going to the eye doctor since I was in fifth grade!Needless to say I will be recommending your clinic any chance I get! You have a customer/patient for life!

The eye doctors of Glen Ellyn Family Eye Care are truly some of the best. They take the time to explain your eyes and their health to you in a way that truly makes sense. Their staff of opticians gives you insights into why certain types of sunglasses are necessary and why our eyes change as we grow older.If you want a truly good customer service (fun, courteous, full smiles and knowledge) this is the place to go.

Since moving to Wheaton for graduate school, (4 years) i have always come to this eye doctor. They are incredibly helpful, thoughtful, kind, professional, and funny! They also provide education about what’s happening during your eye exam and provide authentic support in helping find the right glasses, contacts, etc for your needs. They’re amazing and one reason I’m sad to move after grad school is because I may not be able to come to them. So thankful for Glen Ellyn Family Eye care!!

Dr Bartlett was really great and answered all my questions. Helped me figure out what contacts will work best with my dry eye issues and allergies. Then I was able to pick out a couple pairs fo glasses that I liked with lots of help from the staff. I always put off going for my eye exam, but now I will be looking forward to next year.

I have no yet visited but I spoke to Amy and she was absolutely so friendly, helpful, and took the time to make sure I am getting the best deal.Her phone etiquette was perfect I can only imagine this is a reflection of how kind and caring the office environment is.Can’t wait to make my first visit !!

Love these guys! I moved away from the neighborhood and tried someone else nearby. Wasnt happy so I bring my family back here. They are worth the trip.
