Excellent service with a phone call before, locker and facility was super clean. really easy to load and the carts were right where they needed to be. Reached the manager quickly to move out!

The facility was clean, well lit, secure at all times and had a friendly staff.

Everyone was so helpful, facilities were always clean and there was always a dolly available.

Lemme see where do I start this review…. I have more than a few words…. Let’s do this in list form:1. Rida is my storage angel and not only got me booked for a year, she hooked me up with her favorite food item, restaurant location and way to eat…. OMFG…. Service like this died because of Amazon…. People who care don’t exist like this…. (Unfortunately)2. I’m still waiting for the answer on some chairs…. But they still haven’t kicked me out yet…. I honestly can say, I think I found new family members here…3. Ryan is behind the desk where payments are made…. He is a man of few words…. But inherently keeps Rida (he does very little heavy lifting…. He did offer me some diabetes though…)Sux to be Ryan…Literally have been here for an hour or so…. Time flies when u r in a humidity and climate controlled space…. OMG im gonna pee on myself…. But wait, they have a bathroom here!!! Since they are a vertically integrated operation which is publicly traded…. Let’s talk to my investment manager… wait that’s me…Good stuff! Thanks CUBESMART!

This facility is amazing! The management (Ryan) and staff (Fedoria) are top notch and also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond making life simple. They are real people who care. Clean, safe, super-convenient to RT 17 and easy to get into, with trolleys and elevators available to use. When customer service can be hard to come by these days, they are doing it right. Ryan is courteous and helpful. I dont often go out of my way to compliment people on doing their jobs properly but the day I left I complimented both Ryan (sorry the womans name escapes me) and staff on how well they keep on top of things. Well Done

Great people - Ryan is really helpful BUT.... CubeSmart is not a company I will ever use again. I moved out 2 days into my paid month and received no refund. It is sad to see another company not caring about its clients and taking advantage of them in order to maximize profits.

I am so happy I chose here for storage during my move! The staff is very kind and courteous and Ryan took care of me every step of the way! The facility itself is clean and very well kept! You will never have an issue getting a cart as they have plenty available to load your items to the unit which is a huge plus! Thanks Ryan and CubeSmart for making my move that much easier!

Renting the unit was very easy. Options were laid out, and I was able to change my original reservation to a less expensive unit on the second floor.The facility is clean and well lit, and the access hours make it easy to store and retrieve your item.

Ryan at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Got us in and settled in no time. Five stars for him and for the facility - well thought out and easy to use, with carts to carry stuff and a nice big elevator right in front of the double loading bay. Another manager brought the rating down, as he gave us a bit of a hassle when we had to re-accomplish some of the paperwork. Overall, Id recommend it.

Weve been with Cube Smart in Glen Rock since the first month that they opened, having moved from their competitor next door. We got a much better deal and I was immediately impressed with Eric, the manager. He has always been incredibly friendly, flexible and willing to help. Its been a real pleasure dealing with them, and I feel confident that our stuff is safe and in a great place.

Rida was really excellent and very helpful. She even stayed late to show me where my unit was and the easiest ways in and out of the facility. It also had the cheapest price compared to all the storage facilities in the area. Reserving on line was easy and finalizing the lease was simple when I arrived on premises.

Frantically needed storage space when my daughters pre-arranged moving and storage reservation was cancelled the day before her lease expired!! Having already been a customer, I instantly thought of CubeSmart, and was not disappointed. In fact, their current 1-month free promotion allowed me to rent a Unit big enough to store an entire apartment’s worth of furniture for the cost of signing up and buying a lock, for the one month that we need it- GREAT DEAL!!As always, doing business with them online, by phone and in person has always been easy, courteous and efficient!!

Well all I can say about this customer service is outstanding. Stopped in to see my storage reservation and Eric was super accommodating. Explained a few things and took me on a quick tour. Faucility is clean well lit and very comfortable..Storage was nice size.Returned a day later to handle paper work and dealt with Rita she was very nice and warm and also accomadating. I had to meet my movers at 10am so she got me in and out and on my way. I appreciate her warm Professionalism.All I can say is I left a soso storage to come to a great one.Keep up the great work guyzs.John
