Great staff! Very nice and clean great location for me. I was taken on a tour of the property and shown some different sizes. The biggest plus is that some of the space I saw were carpeted. I was just looking to get prices so I can get an idea of what I need to spend. Steven told me a lot about extra space and why they are the best in the area. We ran in to a lady who told me that Steven and Sally are the best and they will take good care of me. I will be coming back when I need storage already told friends about extra space. A++

My business partner and I are Interior Designers and Home Stagers and decided we needed extra space to store some of our inventory. We looked at a few storage facilities and Extra Space Storage in Glen Rock was by far the nicest place we saw. Our unit is carpeted which is perfect for our business. The large garage you can drive into to access the facility is a bonus. The weather doesnt interfere with storing items. Heather did a great job explaining the process. She was extremely helpful. We are so pleased we decided to store here!

I have used Extra Space Storage in Glen Rock since 2011. The facility is always clean and in good repair. My belongings have always remained safe and secure. Michelle and Sally (manager and asst. manager) are always pleasant and go the extra mile to insure that renting a storage unit is stress-free. Nothing is ever too much trouble for these ladies. I have used other storage facilities, but find Extra Space and this facility to be superior! My recommendation is enthusiastic....go here if you need storage space. A true value in the storage industry.

From the day I first walked into the Extra Space Storage unit in Glen Rock NJ through to my last day utilizing the facility I have felt completely safe in the facility and working with the staff. I made many trips throughout the six months I needed storage space and did so at all times of the day and week. Steven and Sally have always been pleasant, courteous, and straightforward in their communications and instructions demonstrating the highest level of professionalism. I thank them both for all of their help.

When we were selling our house in NJ (2011) we acquired a large storage space in Glen Rock. After moving we went down to a medium space (2012) and later a smaller unit. Just recently (2013) we were able to close it out. Through out this time the facility & staff were excellent! Easy access, clean, and all the needed tools on the property - which is heated/air conditioned. Excellent experience! Thanks Extra Space Storage of GR.

Walked in, and immediately was greeted with a smile from Jamie. You can see the place is kept clean, and in good condition.Was shown 3 different units that might suite my needs. Then after I left was called about another unit that had just opened up. Was in the area, so went back immediately.Suited my needs perfectly.The fact that they have a covered loading area, and right by the elevator is outstanding.If there is any minus, it is outside in the parking lot. By one of the parking spaces is a drain, that is collapsing. They were patching the cracks, but really the drains needs to be taken apart, and built up to be level again with the parking. Someone could get hurt, or a car could get stuck and damaged.

I want to acknowledge Heather Obney. She helped me with an issue I had. She was patient, kind, courteous and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable and my issue was satisfactorily resolved. She is an understanding person and an asset to Extra Space Storage.

My daughter has stored items at this location for years. The place is very clean and the people are very nice. However, they are constantly raising the rates on what they charge you. It is totally unfair! As soon as she moved into a smaller unit to save money, they raised the rates on what they charged her. Also, they have two dumpsters inside the garage however no one is allowed to put ANYTHING into the dumpsters. Finally, they have a bathroom located right outside the office, however it is always locked and you cant use it unless you get a key from the office that closes at 6pm and the facility is open until 10pm. It doesnt make much sense!
