The dude that works here by the name Alex is a whole chad. Helped us with what we needed with perfect precision, was super nice too. If you come here ask for him you won’t be disappointed at all. 10/10 experience and 10/10 would light up with him. First time where I felt I had to leave a review.

I promise you I’ve purchased parts at other places and have been let down for various reasons. They are knowledgeable and get it right. Great employees, a little pricey

Whenever I need parts for any of my vehicles I go to this store and there are two other stores in the immediate area as wellbut I always choose advanced because they always have what Im looking for and the people behind the counter treat me like I am importantin fact just today I had questions about my anti-lock brakes on my truck and I had two guys behind the counter giving me their exclusive attention both trying to help me make a decision on what part or parts I should look at before making a purchase instead of just trying to sell me a part that may not take care of the problem good job to both of them

The store is organized and clean, but the employees I dealt with kinda sucked. I needed power steering fluid, and found that they had a quart of Valvoline power steering fluid on their website for like $4.75 or so. I could have bought it then and arranged for pickup, I suppose, but I live really close by so I figured Id just stop there before I went home after work.I got there and the fluid had a considerably higher price tag on the shelf. When I brought this up to the employees, they basically shrugged their shoulders and refused to give me the lower price without any explanation whatsoever. At this point, I noticed that the fluid I wanted to buy apparently wasnt formulated for Japanese cars like mine, so I went to put it back. One of the employees came over to me and asked what kind of car I had. I made the mistake of telling him, which led him to tell me I needed this stuff that was made specifically for Asian cars, and cost TWELVE dollars for TWELVE ounces.They effectively wanted me to pay almost ten times more than what I was originally looking to spend. I told him, Oh, okay and dismissed him pretty clearly and went back to browsing. After he walked away, I left the store, walked to the Auto Zone on the next block, bought some fluid there, refilled my tank and went on my way. Oddly enough, while I was looking at their fluid selection, there was another guy standing next to me who muttered, This place !@#$ing sucks! or something to that effect under his breath. Could not agree more, sir!As a side note: Advance is STILL advertising the sale price on their website. Im never shopping here again!

What a horrible customer service experience. I went in to get universal windshield washer nozzles. Guy who was helping told me that they may or may not fit the car. I asked him politely if they dont will I be able to return them. He got really upset and yelled that you cant tell just by looking at them. I replied back can you tell me by looking at them if theyll fit?. He got more upset and told me if I want them I should pay $20 or else go to the dealer and pay $60. I probably wont ever return to this store. There is an Autozone a block away and they will be getting my business going forward.

Was happy that they had the part I needed. Tried AutoZone and OReilly, neither one of them had. I think I found my new favorite auto parts store. Thank you so very much.

I dont really care what store...what makes a store is the people who run it. Cesar at this location is an excellent manager provides exceptional service handles the situation till your happy, truly HELPS you out. Will shop here as long as Cesar is there.

Disappointed. Returning a part that wasnt needed. Worked fine but wasnt the problem with the vehicle. Unwilling to refund. I suggested they give it to someone then if they wouldnt refund it. Employee threw in trash because it was opened per company policy.
