There was a recall on my car and my check engine light was on something felt wrong with my car like it wanted to turn off but they took care of it for free

I got there around 7:30 pm & they close at 8. I didnt think they would be able to do much but I wanted to get the process started. I was wrong, they stayed late and did everything possible to get me in a car that night. I didnt leave until about 10pm. I am so thankful because Ive had nothing but bad experiences at dealerships recently. Nissan went above & beyond and sent me home in a brand new 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. Thank you Zack & Mr. Money Man (I cant remember his name) for being awesome!

Horrible. I’ve been coming here for service for three years. This time there was a very misleading quote and pricing where i told them what was wrong and that I need a quote for the replacement of the cracked wiper fluid reservoir. I had previous bad experiences where they tried to charge me for something they previously worked on and was under warranty at the time and then needed fixing again and they made no mention of it having had issues before and that they were the ones who worked on it. I reviewed my paperwork and saw they did. I felt so misled. Turns out it was still covered by my extended warranty purchased as part of certified preowned.This time they tried to charge me for my oil change even though I had a prepaid package. Plus, no one cared about masks even after I said something to management about customers in waiting room not wearing masks and service advisors talking to them about their vehicles but not mentioning anything about the lack of mask! This was after the state mandate was back in effect. At least ten employees has no mask on at all.They suggested we part ways. I agreed.

Everything was completed in a timely manner. Anna and Manny were very helpful!

They checked my car for a noise, ordered my parts, and explained my warranty to ensure I understood that it’s covered and will have a call when parts come in to service. Went really quick and offered a rental if needed.

I came in for an oil change & tire rotation. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Work was finished quickly. I was very satisfied with the service

Bad company. Do not buy from here. I bought a 2013 suv with 58k miles, They were nice in order to get the sale, but lied to me saying there was 170 point inspection done on car including checking brakes. That was a lie. 1 month later I need new brake rotors and pads. I contacted them multiple times and still no response. Terrible!! wow they come back with it met safety requirements and they need to be replaced in 2 months. that is a joke. They do not even offer to replace them when they should have replaced them when inspected.

The service advisors are the best, so helpful every time I bring my Rogue in.

And done ahead of schedule. I was also taken home so I didn’t have to wait.

The service at this dealership and specifically Mario Zubek in finance are horrible. After purchasing four different vehicles from this location due to persistent issues with the staff we decided to take our business elsewhere .Mario was extremely rude to my wife . Extremely rude to myself when I spoke with him . Hung up when I asked for his managers information, and said that I threatened his job ( which never happened in the conversation.) . This is not the first time we have had issues with this location however it will be the last .When I mentioned previous issues wed had with them Marios response was well we dont want your business . Which was funny because Mario was already aware wed taken the business for my wifes car elsewhere.I however am in the position to purchase another vehicle. My current vehicle was one of the FOUR wed purchased from this location . Due to this interaction I will never purchase another Nissan .In parting almost as a dare Mario exclaimed Go ahead leave me a bad review on Google, Yelp, and anywhere else ! . You see Mario I was never worried about your job . I am however worried about any other customer who walks into this dealership expecting respect, appreciation, or for a grown man to not act like a child. If I could give a negative star review I would.This location has no regard for its long term multiple time customers. There are many dealerships out there that do. The treatment of my wife was egregiously, unacceptable, disgusting, and simply BAD BUSINESS.

Friendly but lack follow up. Very traditional old fashioned approach of “show up in person or no detailed info available on lease offer”, even after filled out credit app online. Went there once and they offered verbal deal without any documentation. Seems like an exotic Bazaar.

Very disappointed. Bought a certified car from the dealership and 4 months ago1) they promised me a 2nd set of keys prior to me signing contract, I have not gotten my set of key2) I have not gotten my license plate3) they also replaced the floor mats with used mats with gum stuck on it and old dirty floor matsHave been trying to get a hold of someone since March and have not heard anything back. Be careful.7/12: See attached oil and gum stained pictures. I also emailed them and havent heard anything back about the key fab either, please let me know when I should be expecting to hear from someone.I stand by what I said in the beginning double check every detail that before you leave.

If you want to get Covid this is the place. Since this place and all of the staff have no consideration for Covid I waited outside in the cold. Special thanks to everyone in this dealership for not caring about anyone. Will not ever come back here or recommend to friends and family. Having family that is very sick from Covid really frustrates me. We’re in the middle of a global pandemic and I am looked at oddly because of my mask.

At my last visit I was assisted by Tanner in the service department, he was very professional from the beginning. He gave me his honest opinion on all my concerns. He communicated very well and got my car ready in timely matter. He highlighted each an every charge on the invoice, which frankly nobody ever does. Took my 2015 nissan Altima for oil change. We been taking it to this same location since new. Today I get a call. Service advisor telling me that we have to use 0w20 oil ( full synthetic). Since new nissan been using 5w30 oil which per service advisor is not recommended on nissan vehicles since 2013. So for 50k miles nissan has been putting not recommended oil in my vehicle. Only reason I took it to nissan because I figured they are the experts. When this car had around 30k miles my wife took in the car for oil change and they told her she needed brakes. Took it to different shop and they said I have another 15k on them. Very bad buisness from this location. I will take my car purchases and service elsewhere.

I purchased a new battery from your location 2 years ago and I was told the battery needed to be replaced, I was quite disappointed in the quality of the product longevity. I have my vehicle serviced regularly at your location and felt that a replacement battery should have been less expensive than the price quote. Also you didn’t have your car wash service available.

Emmanuel Garay was above and beyond the regular service level I have experienced previously at other service centers. Due to his service level I would definitely return and recommended to a friend. As a matter of fact the entire service team was very professional and extremely helpful.

I’ve purchased 3 cars and brought all of my service, to Glendale. I did recently have an issue with my car n service and Jim H. was by far the best service manager to deal with. Just so kind and understanding and willing to work the issue out. He made sure to contact me personally with any updates. Thanks Jim for all that you did!

I can not fully express how helpful Manny was during our last visit! He goes above and beyond to keep in communication, speak in mechanic terms that we understand when relaying the car problem, and make things as convenient as possible. Bringing your car in to get fix is always a stressful situation, but Manny was reassuring, flexible and kind. Had transmission issues on my Rogue and Anna Holda helped me out with getting the issue diagnose, also giving a rental car while my car was being serviced. She called me with detailed explanation on what the issue was and what needed to be replaced. After picking up the car, the car was super clean and the issue was fixed. Keep up the good work!

Read the fine print on their ads. Used cars are only certified if you pay a fee for the certification even if they advertise a car as certified. I went in to look at a so called Certified car and was greeted with the usual used car salesman bs. The certified car would be $1250 more than advertised if I would like it to be certified. Be careful before you go there and waste your time. Its because of dealerships like Glendale Nissan that companies like Carvana are popular.

After 4 hours and and $1500 bill i find a tire needs inflating. Since the car went in with that warning light on one would think the service Dept would have returned the car with everything fixed. Not thrilled.

I had a very bad experience at Woodfield Nissan. I called Glendale Nissan and the service was night and day. Anna H, Tanner, and Armando were all very helpful, and professional. My car was diagnosed and fixed quick. It was very relieving and reassuring to have my car fixed at Glendale Nissan. The service I received is exactly how everyone wants to be treated, I would definitely buy my next car from Glendale Nissan.

2 hours of being here just to deflect blame and leave my new fully warrantied leased car without a solution. Wasting time indoors during a pandemic. Never recommending doing business with this place that wants to play games over a $100 fix.

The service and friendliness are always top notch at this location. They told me about an hour and a half and were pretty close in word despite a very busy waiting room. I am disappointed that there were so many customers in the waiting room. Chairs were not moved, marked off etc. We were all uncomfortably close. Secondly, many of the showroom people were NOT. wearing masks, even in their small enclosed cubicle corner spaces. Some of the workers stood in the middle of the fop of the showroom on their phones, no masks. I had to go outside for fresh air.

I went in on a busy Friday and the staff kept everything going quickly. Karina was very upfront and honest about the whole transaction and laid out every detail for me. I have recommended Karina to my friends to get a new Nissan from because of how she actually made my car buying experience pleasant.

Bad Service drive and mechanics I came there to get a oil change and after a week the car was run fine till I took it to shop they alternator because it was all oil that you guys spill and never going back there

This is the only Nissan I will take my car to! And the reason being that the service representatives are out of this world but one always goes above and beyond! I express how helpful manny is! Always so polite and happy to throughly explain and answer any questions I may have.

Chris the person who helped me was beyond helpful when My 2013 Nissan Altima control arm broke I had initially called because it broke and wanted a oem replacement but he told me there was a recall for it and gave me tow to immediately get my car fixed I am beyond grateful for Chris because he kept his word that I wouldn’t pay nothing out of pocket and I didn’t I will for sure recommend any freinds with Nissan to go speak to Chris to get they’re car fixed he was super helpful and a man of his word thank you.
