The Asian man there last name Young refused to help with my problem, raised his voice and used profanity out of frustration. Do not spend your hard earn money here because you will be scammed and not receive the service you deserve. Go to a different store. I hope this potty mouth man gets fired. This guy should not be working in customer service because he doesnt know the meaning of it.

Showed up to buy my daughter a new phone for her birthday. Door is locked. All lights are on. No sign on the door. Open sign lit up and flashing. Nobody to answer the phone. Place sucks or is permanently closed.
