Beware of purchasing a phone at this location. I bought a phone, which was not properly set up by them (the set up took less than 10 minutes and he never put a sim card in the phone), had many issues with it, returned to ask for help, and was told to call the manufacturer. The phone was 15 days old, but apparently Boost is not obligated to help the customer after 7 days. Believe me, i was never asked how he could help me. On a whim i went to another location (Woodridge), and was given very professional service by Natalie there. If you need help, go to Woodridge and see Natalie. Shes great!

I love boost. I’ve had boost since it was Nextel way back when. Me and my Fiancé recent just waited to boost and the guy that was there was so nice and definitely made my life easier. I am seriously so thankful for him. I had my kids with me and he gave them balloons and notebooks, he helped me out significantly and I’m overall just so happy with them.

They Don’t answer their phone AT ALL... why waste a drive if they might be out of stock of something you need, but u can’t find out because they don’t answer... Skip this store, the business will decline, keep it up with bad costumer service.

Walking in to the store i was greeted immediately, made it seem like they were actually trying to help me. when it was time for them to work with me they made sure i was understanding everything that was going on. They showed interest in helping me out, not only did they help me out but they made sure that i was up to date on all the new promotions they really did help me save money.

This location is awesome!!! I came in to have my sons phone switched from a droid on boost network to an iphone (which was all he said he wanted for Christmas). Side note...The phone was from another network. I went to my usual location over a week before hand and asked what would be the fee to make this happen and I was told $10 at the most. I went back when I had the phone in hand and was ready to get everything taken care of and they wanted to then charge me 4times the amount that I was originally quoted. I then found the Glendale Heights phone number and called to see what he would charge me. Much to my delight he took care of my situation quickly and at a very resonable cost. I would recommend this location to anyone. He is definitely my new store!!!

I needed to pay my bill the one by my house had closed for the day in this one was still open made it there paid the bill service still on great day he was friendly when I walked in took care of me I was in an out good time

Very professional and GREAT customer service. This place is under new management and the new owner who took care of me was very kind, knowledgable and he made sure that I fully understand what im getting and what my phone does. I highly recommend this place for all of your cell phone needs in addition to any problems you may have with your service.

I bought an iPhone on sale here a couple weeks ago and got a discount on the sale! I bought some accessories and was given discounts! They helped me transfer my android data even though I had been told it was impossible. I so appreciated them!

I felt compelled to do this review. So I went there at 12. They say they open at 10. Then around 4:30 I decide to call and then someone picks up and hangs up on me. Then I try to call again, I thought I just dropped the call. Nope... They hung up and then were leaving the phone off the hook. Id leave 0 stars if it was possible.

Horrible. Closed 2 hours before closing time. Gave me a broken phone a while back that they wouldn’t take back BY BLAMING ME for it.

I am a boost customer, person at store asked me my pin number for my phone and we he could not sell me the phone for the same price as the Website he purposefully locked my pin so I could not access my phone. You are a fraud and you know who your are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
