We needed a good dishwasher same day. Lowes gave us one that was broken and had us run around town returning it. We stopped by here just to see and Keishaun (Shaun) was awesome helping us look at what they had and explaining what everything was. Super helpful, no pressure. We left with a good until and were more then satisfied. Will consider this place for future stuff.

We needed to replace our extra fridge for our pack patio and could not find a shop open on a Sunday. We happened to drive by and figured we would stop in to see the hours and were surprised to see it open. Carrie (and Shawn) were very friendly upon entering and we were able to view all fridges, which were at great prices. No hassle or feeling like sales people were breathing down your neck. Carrie asked if we had a question as we were checking tags and she helped us by suggesting a perfect model for our family that was within our budget. They were even able to do same day delivery and haul away! So glad to find them :)

Purchased a new - open box - dishwasher. I specifically confirmed with the sales person that I did not need to buy anything else, other than a water hose, in order to install and use. They said yes, ready to go.... I arrived home and realized two pieces were missing. The drain hose connector (the drain hose was included), and THE POWER CORD. I, not knowing anything about dishwashers, had no way of recognizing a missing connector piece. And I, not being able to get underneath it on my own, had no reason to assume the power cord wasnt simply wrapped up on the underside, waiting for install. I was sadly mistaken.... Not only was the cord missing, but it had been CUT. I attempted to contact American Freight, and have heard nothing back.*Edit, I have gotten word back from the manager. Apparently power cords are not included? 1. How many people actually know how to install a new cord, that seems like an industry issue to me 2. I still asked if I needed anything else, and was told no, so still poor service there.I appreciate that they called me back, however it was still a poor experience overall.

Meh! I was looking for a washer/dryer combo. They had limited selection. The sales person was not particularly knowledgeable. The prices were not that great. They wanted $120 to deliver( not install or remove old appliances)Do yourself a favor and buy from a big box retailer. They have more selection. Just research yourself on the internet. Best Buy will price match. If you get Best Buys installation kit they install for free.

Ok so I moved here in mid-2020 and needed a couch because my home furnishings got delayed. This place and, moreover, these employees at this location not only had great deals on quality merchandise but stellar service to boot.SAME DAY DELIVERY.As time has gone on, I found myself needing a new washing machine. So I went in and within 2 hours of leaving my house initially I had purchased a new machine, unhooked, removed and loaded old machine, and hooked up and tested the new machine. If you need an appliance, bed, or whatever I HIGHLY recommend checking here.Also, a bonus is that they dont have a crowded ultra busy parking lot. Very chill very clean.

The sales rep noticed us waiting & asked if we wanted in. Im sorry to say this, but this place is waste of your time to shop. Prices are higher on apliainces than in Best Buy. It just looked run down. Horrible display, run down old looking store. Giant store with two people shopping inside and their apliainces look Horrible for the price. I really hope that you will become realistic in your prices and get better display and clean the place. Just a friendly advice.

This was the best buying experience one can imagine. Courteous and helpful from the time I entered the store till the purchase. No pushy salespeople and knowledge of many product. Would go back and purchase again in a heart beat.

Purchased a refrigerator at this store because my refrigerator lost the freezer portion. The earliest delivery could be made was 7 days after purchased. Was provided a delivery date at the time of purchase and took all the relevant address information. Sales clerk confirmed delivery date at end of purchase. Item did not arrive on delivery date. Called store, which took several attempts and over 50 rings for someone to answer during business hours, and was told that the salesclerk failed to charge me for the delivery fee. I looked at my receipt and sure enough the charge was not there. As a result my delivery was cancelled. No one from the store called me to inform me of the error. Tried to blame the error on myself, even though I was given a delivery date and was confident that the refrigerator would be delivered per the salesclerk. The manager required that I go back to the store to pay the delivery fee prior to getting yet another delivery date stating that I should not expect them to deliver for free. She was unable to take a credit card payment over the phone or on-line. Given the error on the company end, should have waived the fee or taken the card on-line and delivered the same day as promised. Very poor customer service!!! Better off going somewhere else.

Patrick was really professional with his customer service! He was patient with the whole interaction with the Contact Center for me to only be declined and told to try again in thirty days. Originally I went to the store on 9th street and Ramon informed that the system did not let him move forward. I was told to call the Contact Center and Daniel informed that my address was input wrong and to do everything over either online or in store only to be declined again for reason unknown....I was in need of fridge and range for my new place and mislead.

Broken freezer found us here. Found a freezer here. Every store in the valley said they needed to place a order out....some even said it would take weeks for order to arrive? Customer service was excellent! Ample parking. Picked up our appliance behind the store.

I have bought several appliances from this location over the years since it opened about 3 years ago. Ive always had great customer service. All the staff is friendly and attentive. A lot of these reviews must have another side to the story because from my own experience I can say that this store is a lovely place to shop.

After having a terrible experience with the Gilbert store I was very hesitant to shop with sears again. However I was referred to the store manager Cory and it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a gas dryer. My dryer is bigger than average and extremely hard to find but Cory went above and beyond to find one for me at an extremely great price. She was patient and more than willing to help me . They dryer is in excellent condition with little to no scratches or dents . I will recommend her store specifically in the future to anyone I know looking for appliances . Thank you Cory and I’m glad there are still people like you working in the customer service department !!!!

Appliances are not well kept. I assumed the outlet would have cosmetic defects, but caked on dirt and mold in fridges. They have no room to deal even if defects are more than minor. I saved so much more and got a brand new fridge and dishwasher, with free delivery, on a Presidents’ Day s sale at the actual Sears. They have no room to deal even if defects are more than minor. The deals aren’t worth the defects. Just wait for the big sales, like Memorial Day, to get a good deal at an actual retailer.

I live over 30 miles away and I purchased an umbrella that was missing a part which an employee removed and forgot to replace. I had to drive all the way back and was only offered $5 discount... manager lacks customer centricity. Needs some people skills training.

Bought a dish washer from here. It had a small dent on the front. Thought that was the only flaw. It came with no box or instructions (manuals) also which I assumed was common for the 20% discount. After installing it, it also was missing a water pump on the bottom. Water everywhere in my kitchen. You get what you pay for. Returned it and went to Lowe’s and got what you expect for $400.

Cory, the store manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She came right to the house and found the problem, which ended up being a wiring problem, not an appliance problem. Would definitely recommend this store.

I still want to say make sure you know you have to pay something extra after your lease is up to make the item purchased really yours. However pretty good prices and products.

Though we didnt make a purchase, we were taken aback by how much the salesperson knew the floor product. We asked about a few specific collections offered by certain brands, and she was able to show us and compare amenities as well as competitors. We didnt buy because we have more research to do, but our interaction with the sales gal made us much more comfortable with the idea of buying AS-IS (with the purchase of additional extended warranty).

Not worth going to they tried to scam me stay away

When I first walked in, there was a customer being helped, after I picked out a refrigerator, there were two attendants, trying to take care of the same 2 customers ahead of me, one attendant had to leave for about 4 minutes, to get paper for the cash machine, after spending 5 minutes typing in her delivery. I couldnt believe I was waiting 10 minutes for poorly trained employees that couldnt get the job done more efficiently. And still the same two customers were waiting for the attendants to complete the orders. Both custs only bought one item. They werent filling out a form to borrow, just the address to deliver, can you train your attendants to understand how to do their jobs? Seemed they needed an adult to help them a bit. So I left after about 15 minutes, I really wanted to buy that fridge, but the help was no help.

Im surprised to see the negative reviews. I purchased a fridge there last week, and the two sales associates I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and attentive. We ended up paying less that half retail for a brand new Samsung with a dent in the back.I opted to bring it home myself, not realizing how heavy it was. My friends and I were able to get it out of the trailer into the garage, but not over the threshold into the house. Called Sears Outlet today, and they said they would install it for me tomorrow for $50. Well worth it!One thing to be aware of is, the standard warranty does not apply. We have 30 days to return -- and thats it! The extended warranty was much more than we were willing to pay (I believe it was $499) so were taking a chance without it.

Bought a gas dryer, delivered an electric dryer, then the store called me saying that gas dryer is not in stock no more. I argued with them and they said bad words and hanged up my call. They cancelled my order and said they would give me full refund. Its been already 1 month and they still have not refunded me yet.Avoid this place. U deserve something better.

Other employees were standing around and not even helping him. We were supposed to get $15 off our purchase for signing up for a Sears card. We did and the $15 didnt come off, so he said it was the wrong card and had us fill out another credit app. This happened three times and we still didnt get our $15 off. I asked for a manager and he said I had to call the credit card company. He couldnt fix it there. Well, as I thought the credit card company said it has to be fixed in store. Anyway, we were there forever and today I got two different credit cards in the mail!! Just dont go!

I have been looking for a certain comforter set for a while and have had no luck. Until last week when i went to sears in glendale and one of the employees named Monica went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. I really appreciate all her help. We went there this past Saturday and we felt unwelcome. I took my mom there because she decided that even though we were on a budget originally my tax return came through early. We intended to buy the Kenmore washer but since we were not made to feel welcome I took my money elsewhere. Since we knew what we wanted we went to 9th Street and Bell. Now the sales staff attended us and made us feel welcome. We even got a handshake.

Great prices on large appliances with cosmetic damages. I paid less than 50% off the list price for my new fridge & washer.

Well so far been here about 1/2 hour 45 minutes and havnt even been greeted one lady on the company phone at the desk and another in the middle of the store leaning on merchandise on her cell phone. I walked past the cell phone user 3 times not once greeted or offered any help asked what I was shopping for ect went into the bathroom and damn I rather use a outhouse at the fair. Store is organized well not excellent but easy to find items you are looking for. Correction both are on thier cell phones now

Cory is someone who will go above and beyond to help her customers. She helped my family find exactly what we needed within our budget. We will return to this store as long as she is there to help us!

I went on the web sight for a washer, it said they had them there & so I called to get one, stayed on hold forever. Only to be told they didnt have the one I wanted & I would have to go some where else. They advertiseKenmore but dont have them.That makes sense & tells me I need to shop some where else. Glad I learned that first.

So, about a couple days ago my dad, mom and I went to Sears Outlet. Once we walked in we noticed that only two employees were working there (male and female) the two were all over each other. There we were looking at some stoves and comparing prices to see which would be the best deal. My dad looks around for an employee to ask for some information on one of the stoves and finds the male inching close to the female worker. My dad gets the males attention and the guy looks ticked off. I guess he was caught in the move but he clearly wasnt doing his job right.

Drove all the way from the East Valley to Glendale to pick up a refrigerator we paid for online found out they had shipped it to Tempe we spent 3 hours chasing a frigerator and it was even more damaged by the time we got to it. The manager at the Glendale store was not helpful at all. We had a problem trying to return the fridgerator to the Tempe location since it was purchased from Glendale. Waited for an hour and a half for the money to be refunded so we could buy a fridge and take one home. Fernando at the Tempe location did a good job on keeping us happy. Customer service at the Glendale location definitely needs help
