I asked for information on their website and someone immediately called me and made an appointment for 5 days later for Friday, June 26, at 10:00 a.m. At 10:20 I called the office to see what was going on. They had no appointment written down for me and then wanted me to talk with someone to set up another appointment. I told them forget it. If they couldnt show up for the first appointment, I knew what kind of work they would do. After reading some of these reviews, I find I was right. If you start out at first with a problem, you can rest assure there will be plenty more.

I put half down one patio on 10/28/19. I understood there would be a wait of several weeks (typical) for install.Today is the 2nd NO SHOW for install.My experience with sales (Tom Ewing) was fine. However, this company doesnt proactively communicate.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This patio company is absolutely the worst contractor experience Ive ever had. Not only were they not communicative, but our planned installation date was moved last minute 5 times because the workers never showed up. In addition, their concrete contractor up and quit on the job after not following the specifications of the contract. Finally, our assigned project manager quit the company without notice to us and I had to continually call the company until a new project manager was assigned. At this time, the patio STILL has not be installed and had the plans signed in July.In short: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a bunch of scammers and your money will be wasted as they seem completely incapable of finishing a job.

I was contacted a week early and was excited to hear that they could start sooner than expected. I quickly realized that there were going to be issues during this process. I was quoted that my install would take a day, it ended up taking 4 days 3 days of actual work. The end product does look nice but there was no communication to let me know the change in the timeline. I was disappointed to see all of the issues during the install process, there were other issues but I will leave it at that. I personally would try to explore other options before using Az Patio Cover Sun Control.

When you click on the website, you just get ads for online stores that sell patio furniture.

Ismael installed a pergola for me about 6 months ago. He did an excellent job and installed it quickly. We have had no problems with it, we highly recommend!
