The Caliber Collision team that was assisting us in the total loss of our Jeep Grand Cherokee showed the highest level of customer service that I have seen at any Los Angeles body shop in a very long time. They were transparent with the feasibility of our vehicle being repaired and down to earth with us during every step of the way while we were dealing with both them and our insurance provider. The team even went the extra mile in order to ensure that all our belongings were retrieved prior to transferring our car to our insurance company. Caliber took good care if repairing my front bumper after I was backed into. They stripped the car down quickly and got the repair done. Worked directly with my insurance to coordinate payment. Rental car was offsite but not far away. They delivered my car back to me clean, which I appreciated.

Having my first accident on the highway and being in a new area, I could not have been more luck to have steered to Caliber. My VERY special 2005 Mini Cooper hit a real bad concrete chuck on the highway and it left serious DAMAGE to my suspension. Moe was very helpful with assisting with my insurance and making sure my car was pristine, in and out! I mean my car drives better and was cleaner then when I dropped it off! You’d be crazy to go anywhere else!

Great auto body repairs shop. It’s a shame they are closed on weekends. I would have loved to know before taking my car in, now my car will just sit there for 3 days because they’re closed.

We had the unfortunate luck of having somebody hit our car while parked on the street. After a call into our insurance company, we were directed to Caliber. Not having had any issues in many years I didnt have any experience with an auto body shop. I was pleasantly surprised by their great customer service from the moment I walked in to their office through the completion of the service. I was kept updated and provided with information regarding my claim that was important to my decisions and follow up discussions with the insurance company. I think we were very fortunate to have a knowledgeable and professional consultant like Mr. Adán as well. The repair was completed and our car was good as new.

I wouldnt recommend my car was damaged from under and they said nothing was wrong with it when done with other repairs they gived me the car back and I took it to a other shop they lifted the car and there it was damages and they told me they fixed it but they didnt

Great customer service! The receptionist was very friendly and offered water. The service technician who helped me get my estimate completed was also exceptional. I havent had anything done here and it was my first time walking in for a damage estimate and it felt like I was their only customer. Would highly likely come here for future repair and see if they do a great job and also exceed my expectations.

Really nice staff, but the guys doing the work are absolutely useless. My car was there for a tiny bit of paintwork and when I went to collect it they’d dented, chipped and scratched the whole of the passenger side! Five days later I went to collect it again and the hood paint was terrible. Three days later and the rear fender was not fitted properly and they’d broken my phone mount. Avoid this place like the plague! Their other location on Louise in Glendale is 👌

Avoid this shady shop. I had my driver’s side door dented in June and took my car in for an estimate and was quoted around 2K for body repairs by Jose. I kept the car for a couple of months to save up for the repair money. When I dropped the car off to get the work done I was told by Adan that the same dent with the same paint repair would now be FOUR thousand dollars with no explanation. When I declined I was repeatedly badgered about the multiple fees I would incur for estimate itself. Cost me $150 just to take my car back to NOT get scammed.

Caliber Collision really took care of me. I have a Dodge Challenger and that car is my baby. Someone vandalized my car by maliciously keying every panel. They took it in, worked with my insurance and made it look like new. They even offered for me to come back if I found any extra scratches later and they would buff/repaint free of charge. Very happy and they handled this with extreme care and professionalism.

It took a long time to get the parts for my Forester, because of Glendale Subarus poor customer service. The people at the service desk were great as was Jose Torrez who kept me updated.

A motorcyclist behind me was weaving and bobbing on the 101 at rush hour. He lost control and hit my driverside door. And then took off! A curse upon him. He left a 9 deep scratch. $800.00 poorer as I paid out of pocket. (My deductible is $500)The staff at Caliber Collision in Glendale are top notch. They did an excellent job! I will highly recommend Jose Torres and the crew at Caliber Collision in Glendale.

The nicest, incompetent people Ive ever met. I only take my car here because my insurance has a contract with them. Its required. Unbelievably bad work. Cars filthy and has more problems now than when I dropped it off. My wipers dont work and the nozzles spray over the hood. They got my name wrong on all the paperwork. Took them 45 minutes to bring the vehicle out. I dropped my insurance just so I dont have to ever use this shop again. Idiots.

Super nice interior. Needed front license plate mounted and had been calling all over Glendale with no one willing to help. Finally here a gentleman comes out of his office and installs it on the spot, 5min, no charge. Thanks Caliber Collision!

This auto body shop might be do a great job putting vehicles back together based on the other reviews but i didnt get the chance to find out because of the way I was treated. I walked in asking for an estimate and right away i was told theres going to be a wait and was asked what insurance company i had. Once I told her my insurance name her attitude was all smiles but then I said I might pay out of my pocket then everything went down hill after that. First of all she mentioned they preferred to deal directly with the insurance and told me she had to make an appointment for me a week from the day I walked in for the freaking estimate. Her whole demeanor changed once she thought they couldnt squeeze as much money from me as they do from the insurance. She tried to convince me to involve the insurance because thats the right thing to do. Really? I felt really disappointed on how I was treated as a potential customer once they thought it wasnt going to be really profitable for them.

Terrible service. Forced to go there because Liberty Mutual insurance forces you to go there to get an estimate. Had to wait 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged that I was there. Then they came out begrudgingly as if they had better things to do.Once the estimator came out, he could kit even give an estimate, he took pictures of the damage so he could give it to an estimator. Of course when the estimate came back, it was full of errors and was so under estimated that other body shops, three of them, laughed at the estimate.This place is just a factory for the insurance companies, they have contracts that they have to abide by with the insurance company.I would not even trust them to put air in my tires, and neither should anyone else.

They stole parts from my car, and damaged my car. They were supposed to replace the parts they stole from my car never did, They were supposed to fix the damages to my car never did. Liars, and bad customer service skills.

The front desk staff were not very professional, they actually lost my paper work for a simple body repair. Some of the front desk staff even faked answering the telephone to avoid attending to walk in customers. Was not a very good start to my first business transaction with them. However the working auto staff for repairs did a great job. Too bad the front desk can detour potential customers with thier rude, racial profiling, and unprofessional attitude.

My adjuster Sergio was MIA half the time I was dealing with them. It took them a week to tell me my car was totaled and another month for them to give me my total loss check. Just do me a favor and save the misery for somewhere else please. They’re not worth it
