I delayed as long as possible before reviewing, hoping to come to a resolution of a couple outstanding issues. I realize now that most likely wont happen. Please note my review is for a used car. Im told a new car purchaser will be treated much better. After paying in full I needed to wait a couple days for a safety check and for them to clean the car up. After the two days I had to can the dealership three times to get a pick up time the following day. During the final paperwork with the busioffice I was told I had been overcharged and would be receiving a check for the refund. Three weeks later and still no refund, and no reply to emails. Unless they are going to make a very large profit from your transaction, I would not expect actual customer service.
David Hobbs always treated me kind, I like this place because they get right to the point, both of my Advisors were great, I will only take my Van to David Hobbs when something goes wrong or just for maintenance, Keep up the good work guys.
Owner Gregg Hobbs has poor customer relations skills. David Hobbs was a great Person.
This was the second or third time that Carlo have helped me in the service department and once again his knowledge in customer service have been impeccable the service from the service department excellent. I just recently upgraded my car and because Carlos spoke with me regarding the upgrade on my car with your dealership is the reason I chose your dealership .
