I personally pre-inspected my car for damage and did not have any before dropping off at Bob Smith Toyota La Crescenta at 8:45am on 5/15/2021. When I picked up car and I went straight home and parked the car in my 2 vehicle parking. When I was going out at 4pm that day I notice there was front passenger side bumper damage with red paint and scratches. I went back to Toyota and the service department was closed by then. So I went Monday afternoon and Erick the Service Manager had left for the day. I spoke to him the following day and he denies that they are responsible. He shows me a blurry picture that was taken of the service department pre-inspection and says he sees it there. I have a report from them that was Emailed to me and handed a hardcopy that it shows a green box meaning no damage found on vehicle when dropped off. I verified the meaning of the green box with service personnel. Ericks response is that maybe they messed up on the report.This was not handled professionally by the service manager. I personally do not recommend taking your vehicle for service with this guy in charge. I will be reporting this to several places.

The detailed my new CHR it looks great. They even got me a loaner car. The lady help me get the loaner car was very nice and when I went up to the cashier this morning that she made sure I can get my Walker in and out of the trunk of the car. They loan me a brand new Prius and I had to be taught how to drive it. I drove it all day and at the end of the day before I returned it to Toyota I put 1.9 gallons of gas in it. It was very fuel efficient a smooth ride. The man who took my car when I dropped you off this morning is very quick and efficient. Hes I guess hes the valet. After they detailed my car he brought my new car to me and was very nice Greg the service manager kept me advised of what was going on when my car was ready. Thank you Toyota
