I made an appointment to bring my car in due to a recall. I dropped the car off and 0took lyft home. Two hours later they called to tell me they didnt have the part in stock. No way to run a business.
It has always been like pulling teeth to get someone to answer the phone here. After my 2nd to last experience I said I wouldn’t go back.....until my car started shaking on the way to work and I couldn’t leave so for convenience I called them and scheduled the tow truck to drop it off there at 930am. I tried calling 3 times at different points throughout the day to check on it. Finally at 2 they said they had no idea what I was taking about (-_-) I had a text confirming an appointment that morning after I called to let them know my car was being towed in. They found my car and I never heard back from them. I tried calling 3 more times. No answer. I finally remembered they texted me about my appointment so I texted back that number if they had a diagnosis yet, they finally responded to my text. I immediately texted back what I would approve for the fix. No response. So I called back again 3 more times before they closed.... no answer. Did they get my text about the fixes? Who knows. I call back this morning. No answer. I go on their website and chat with a customer service person who saaaaid he would have someone call me with an update....it has been at least 3 hours and I have called myself 3 times since online chatting and still I haven’t been able to talk to anyone. Will my car be done Monday? Tuesday? Next Friday? Who knows. I really really regret not taking it to another shop. I won’t make this mistake again. Not to mention last time I took it in the heater immediately stopped working and when I asked them if they could look at it if it was something related to their previous “fix” he said it would cost $170....even if it was their fault. I’m trying to think of a time when I brought it in and was completely happy leaving........I’ll let you know if any time comes to me.

Very bad service. Irresponsible people working there. Took my car there for service in the morning and didn’t get any call from them to pick up my car until I called them right before closing and they say oh your car is ready, and nobody cared to call us to let us know. I waited all day to get my car. Very dissatisfied. I would give a 0 star if I could

Theyll get the job done...eventually and after scoffing up your paint or something. Could be worse but definitely leaves much to be wished for in the end.

Returned a lease vehicle here. Rude salesperson, lousy end of lease experience. Parking is very limited as well. Would not recommend.
