We recently moved to Glendale, Arizona from Lancaster, PA & had to find a new auto repair shop within our first two weeks here. We found Bell Tire & Auto through our AAA club. We have been very pleased with their prompt repairs, pricing, & friendly staff. Dave, Jeremy, & Shawn have all been great to interact with & treat us fairly.

Dave of Bell Auto and Tire provides exceptional service with honesty and integrity. We have had multiple repairs and service over the past few years and we have never been disappointed. Took my daughters car in today after receiving an estimate from the dealership. The dealership had provided inaccurate information on repairs needed. In a short amount of time Dave was able to identify the problem and repaired my daughters car for less than half of what we were quoted for parts that were not the cause of the issue I highly recommend Bell Auto and Tire.

As usual, Bell Auto took very good care of me. I knew there was a possibility that I was going to need a new oil pan, because of an issue with drain plug. But after close inspection a prior repair I had done in Chicago, while on business, was done well enough that a new oil was not required. I have had experience with many automotive repair shops over the years, but only a handful of honest ones. Bell Automotive is one of the best. I need more work done after close inspection of the front end, and Dave provided a detailed estimate of the work, but there was zero pressure to do the work. I will need a little time to get the money together for this front end repair and when I do it will be done at Bell Auto. I recommend Bell Automotive with out hesitation for all your repairs needs.

On behalf of my wife, Laura McCormick. This place is fantastic. First rate customer service. I (Colby) am very leery of most auto shops due to many previous bad experiences. My wife brought her older Toyota Camry in due to a check engine light. She needed it fixed to get it through emissions. Jeremy, Josh, and Dave were very helpful. They didnt try to take advantage of her. They were very good about communicating with us on what was needed and what it would cost. It was actually CHEAPER than originally quoted! That has literally never happened to us before. They even took it to the emissions place! If there is a poor rating on Google for this establishment; either they have not actually been there or they were jerks to the employees. This team and shop are amazing. You will not be disappointed! I hope 2021 treats everyone well, but I really hope these guys are blessed! Thank you again!

I almost never leave reviews, but I had such a fantastic experience here I had to share. I had a power steering leak in my Honda. Dave took me to look at my car and showed me where the leak was and a few other things that needed looking into. It was the first time a mechanic had ever actually showed me the problems on my car instead of just telling me. This is a really honest shop and the pricing is very competitive. Im coming here from now on for all my car needs. Thanks Dave for all the help!

Im not sure all the work they have actually done. I went last for a 60k change. My transmission fluid is still dirty, and they physically broke my intake manifold valve, on a $1200-1500 job. I have had to go here twice because my coolant was rebuilt and they had put the wrong part in. After which NONE of the screws were tightened so I would have had to go back a third time. They also didnt replace the mounts that were supposed to be replaced. I do not recommend.

I had to get the ignition interlock in my car, the staff was very friendly with me from start to finish. I still bring my new ride to them for any problems or regular maintenance.

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Bell Tire & Auto Service after reading their great reviews and unbeatable pricing! I needed 4 new tires on my vehicle. They were $200 cheaper than even the Goodyear service center in town. Same day service as well. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

I had to have an ignition interlock device installed in my vehicle. I had Bell Tire & Auto Service install, and service my device, over the course of the year that I had it in my car. Intoxalock was the provider of the device.

Dave checked my car for a leak that I thought my car had. He did not find a problem and did not charge me for checking it out. I am 90 years old and feel this is the best auto repair shop that I have ever done business with. I trust them completely!

I searched prices everywhere within 25 miles for tires for my truck. The best deal I found was Walmart. Since I avoid Walmart as much as possible, I did one last search. Bell Tire beat that price by almost $80 for two tires. Even after I paid I had a hard time believing it. The only thing that made it better was the friendly service and done in an hour. I will take my truck there the next time it needs service.

Accurate quality work at reasonable price

I dropped my car off for a scheduled 10am and it took 6 hours for them to fix the problem. I had to call them to get updates on my car and come to find out that hadnt had looked at it until noon and a day later my cars problems returned. I am very dissatisfied. Stay away from Bell Tire and Auto Service, unless you want to deal with rude employees that keep your car all day without even bothering to fix it.

Misquoted price started at 160 ended 175. Slow just rear brakes took 2.5 hours promise to me in less than 2 hourst. I received quotes other services that were extremely high. Will not go back.

I recently had to have a second oil change from this establishment. During the first oil change they had tightened my drain plug on my oil pan too tight/stripped the nut and could not remove it when I went in for the second oil change. I was told it would cost me an additional $50 to remove the plug (plus the $94.85 they quoted me for the oil change). I drive a late model foreign car and was told this happens quite often. I then took the car to two other independant Automotive shops and they both told me the same thing. Whoever gave you the last oil change put the drain plug in WAY too tight....and I will now have to replace the entire oil pan at a cost of between $700 to $900 plus labor. I wouldnt let them change a diaper, let alone my oil! Ill probably have to sue them for the mistake they have made!!!! They offered NO help in tis matter other than saying it would cost me money to fix THEIR mistake.

I came for an oil change only on a 2016 jeep after 45 mins of being here I ask the guy to check and he told me tht it takes an hour and he just sat there playing with his self I will never bring my car back to this place again
