Had a great trip here! Theyve kept up their stocks within the store so I had no trouble finding what I needed. All staff members were really friendly and greeted me throughout my visit.

Even though I thought I locked my keys in my car which costed me $80 only to find out I didn’t lock them in my vehicle but I left them by the towels. Regardless the store is always clean incl bathrooms. The employees are welcoming and helpful when you ask for help !

1st time using this service and I was so happy from start to finish! Was so easy to go to Target.com, pick my items with ease. Pay for them online. Recieved an email telling me it was ready for pick up (very quickly). They had a special area, very well marked for me to pick up my online prepaid order. They brought it all bagged up. Ask me if I like to look at items. I did and they were in good shape. My items were from a baby registry. 24 items and I did not have to do the reaching for them in the store! Very happy over my experience. Thank you Target staff!

Thank you Jennifer thank you so much for helping me out today . Prior to me heading to the store I searched if the formula I was looking for was in stock. Once I arrived the shelf was empty so I asked a gentleman working there if he can double check in the back I expressed to him that my baby has went 3 days without drinking the original formula she drinks since it’s been out of stock so if he can please help me out . He told me that their unloading the truck right now and to come back in two hours . Because I was so desperate I asked to speak with a manager and here comes Jennifer to rescue my poor 6 month old baby . All it took her was to go to the back and double check and there was the formula I was looking for . It literally took her 5 minutes. I expressed to her that the gentleman wasn’t helpful at all and she told me she apologizes and she will address the issue. Thank you soooo much Jennifer for taking the time you are very much appreciated. Keep up the amazing work .

I always find good things and staff is friendly

Any time you walk in to this Target you’re met with a friendly staff by the door or just walking around. While you’re out shopping or just looking around EVERYTHING is organized and in their place. It never feels like a whirlwind just went through their store. It’s so hard to maintain that type of “feel” especially when it comes to these large grocery stores. Keep it up! 😁

Every employee I passed at my local Target said hello! Several asked if I needed help. This experience was rather refreshing in a world filed with so much anger and discontent in the workplace. The employees looked genuinely happy to be there and to help. One employee went out of his way to show me where another place something I needed was. He was so kind and apologetic that I had to really look for the item. He even said he was going to reach out to corporate to suggest the item receive better placement as he agreed with my comment of it being hard to find..

So I am a female I am 45 years old about 5 tall and I had some car troubles the other evening I had no phone with me and every employee that I spoke to at target refused to either find me a phone to use there or to even call somebody for me and proceed Ed to leave me outside by myself with no help. I even asked a security guard who had his cellphone on him if he would please make a phone call for me and he told me no every employee in this store was very unempathetic and couldnt care less if anything happened to me I do not appreciate that and thats not the way youre supposed to treat each other.

This was the most convenient and best experience. My 7 year old needed a super hero shirt for her school and I found what she wanted on line at a Target about 5 miles from me.It wasnt a Target I usually shopped but they had the shirt and only had one left. I paid for it online and within 20 minutes it was ready to be picked up.Upon arrival I was greeted by several staff members, showed my order code from my phone and seconds later had my purchase.I decided to stay and shop a bit while there and every employee I saw greeted me with a smile.What a great experience.This was the Target on 43rd Ave and Peoria.

Has a lot of good stuff! went looking for a bathing suit and some floaties found bathing suits but it was pricey and the floaties, we bought three of them for kids and two of them lasted a couple days and the third, it didnt even last blowing it up I mean I blew it up through it in the pool and it went flat I looked at it real close and there was a factory hole in it. So I am not buying floaties from Target ever again sorry.

Ive been shopping with a lot of stores lately and Target is always the one I come back to. I do pick up and it is easy to see when something is in stock, and the pick up and ordering process is so easy. Target has a great selection of items. Other stores have messed up my orders or tell me things are out of stock after I have already ordered and am ready to pick up. I appreciate Targets efficiency and availability of items.

Regular target items EXCEPT... There is literally no selection of womens clothing?! The womens department is the smallest Ive ever seen in any store. Its January and theres a bigger selection of SWIMWEAR than there is actual clothes. After looking everywhere I finally asked a team member and was told they dont carry Targets signature Knox Rose line or 2 other lines specifically at this location..? The womens department has a huge wall divider placed out to shrink the size because theres no racks of clothes to fill the area, they also put handbags and jewelry in the womens section?They have a HUGE area dedicated to workout clothes and pajamas. This store is very odd so if youre seeking womens clothing this is NOT the location to shop.

We bought a utility cart on wheels a few months ago and front wheels dont stay on had to rig them with zip ties. And now back tire comes off how and eat is the wire used for on the back tire. Other than that I like the cart.

The best target in Arizona! Yeah I said it! I had a small issue with a return and I did not have my receipt. Fortunately the manager and the employees I interacted with were professional, friendly, and more than helpful.And what was funny to me was when I first walked into the guest services line I overheard an associate training another associate on customer service. I heard him say “try to put yourself in the customers shoes and always be consistent.” AND IT REALLY WAS TRUE IN MY CASE!Y’all really know what you’re doin! Keep up the great work!

Just want to say that the service here is exceptional, employees really take care of the customer which is hard to find anymore. Needed creamer and just came off the truck and I was patient on waiting due to the employee was stocking at the time and told him to finish what he was doing and I will come back in little while. Came back shortly after and another employee asked the back dock people and said he has it but its on the bottom and will be up there as soon as he could. so shopped little more and then came back and he had it ready for me. So awesome, I think his name was Joe, but not sure and the cashier was a sweet as pie and made sure my bread and chips were not to get smashed when she put my items in the cart. I was so impressed with their kindness and willingness to help me. Good peoples.

This place has NOTHING in stock, No clothes, No Soda, No Toys, Not even OTC medicines. I found one high priced item in Electronics but since there was nothing else I could find on my grocery list I just put it back and left. Dont waste your time. I went to the grocery store up the road got everything and bought other items cheaper online

Target is great! I always find what I am looking for and even things I am not looking for.

This is the worst store for customer service and product on the shelves. Maybe I will drive across phoenix to a different one.

Since I moved this has been my go to I just prefer Target over other similar department stores this one has decent parking, conveniently positioned in the plaza and its outside grounds are clean. The inside the isles are pretty big so your not bumming into anyone things are arranged to make finding what your looking for quick and easy due to the pandemic they are sanitizing the carts, baskets and shelf check out machines after every user they even put signs up in jewelry/accessories requesting customers dont touch or try on items. The employees that have assisted me were all friendly and helpful.

Im glad the employees are staying safe. This location gets busy so having the drive-up/pick-up is awesome to limit time and possible exposure.

Decent selection of housewares and toys. Food in a pinch but generally way higher than grocery stores for non pantry items. Parking lot is a pain when busy or even semi busy. Has a snack bar as well as a Starbucks.

I purchased gloves for my husband. The sign said 30% off. When I paid i did not get 30% off because I didnt have my phone with me. I could not use the coupon. I went to customer service to find out. The young lady was not very helpful she said that is the only way to get my coupon

What is it with Targets ordering and supply chain. Pandemic issues notwithstanding there is an ongoing problem with their maintaining a constant supply of basic items in their inventory. This is especially true with items in the pharmacy section. This is endemic for all store locations. On my visit to this location I entered with three items on my list, all of which I have previously purchased here. I was three for three and walked out frustrated and empty handed. The store was clean, well organized and easy to maneuver.

I actually enjoy Target and prefer going there over other retails despite higher prices. However, this specific location, I would not recommend due to awful customer service the past two visits.

I shop at Target quite often and usually only have positive things to say however the target at 43rd avenue and Peoria is the exception Im only going to comment about the mens section in the store because I did not go to any other section pretty much they stock at absolutely nothing for men well in the department looking for a pair of shoes they had two different styles in about three different sizes while looking at the pants they had four or five different styles in one or two different sizes when I asked one of the employees about it she said this Target doesnt sell very many items in the mens department but she would be happy to show me a catalog I can order from well I could happily show myself a catalog online and purchase stuff online if thats what I wanted to do

Whats not to love about Target? The stores are always clean, they have a wide selection of items, staff is always friendly. Most stores right now have empty shelves and are over crowded. My Target was stocked and even the patrons were not running around panicked and were respectful.

Ive been going to this Target since I was a young teen. That was back before the store was entirely rebuilt! I like the renovations they did, and I can always find something I need. This Target is as good as any other Target, overall. Looks decent, clean, workers are pretty good.If you need to make a Target trip and youre in the area, this is a good one. The plaza has been renovated a lot over the years, and its had some nice improvements.

Target overall I would give a 10. This particular Target I would give a Zero. I have never been more disrespected and humiliated. I will never shop at the 43rd Ave and Peoria Target ever again.

The whole environment is uplifting at any Target. Walmart may have a wider selection but the depressing atmosphere canceles that out.

Most importantly, we were served at the checkout by Lois, who has been my cashier on other shopping trips. My husband always helps with my big Target shop of the month and he remembers Lois, too. She is funny and pleasant and never minds double checking the register to make sure we have gotten the best deal. Just in case the computer makes a mistake. Lois is always so helpful and thorough. At least once a month I FILL my basket so full because I go up and down each and every aisle. I always find something that wasnt on my list. She gets us out the front door efficiently and swiftly. It really makes a difference when you have a familiar face taking care of you that you have confidence in. I think shoppers enjoy an experience that could seem like a chore, turn into a breeze. We always leave with a smile.

I Love Target!!

I wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes for target to open at 8 AM. As I’m walking in the door, a woman tells me I’m not allowed to enter because I’m not at risk or elderly. Yes I know, I have to go to work. And I need to get some things before I go to work. So you’re telling me I cannot enter your store to get things I need before I go to work?

I went to this Target with the intention of purchasing $200 worth of items. As I proceeded to check out I was told they would not remove the security devices from my items until I completed the transaction by paying in full with receipt in hand. I felt this was a very confrontational approach and frankly embarrassing. I regularly shop at Targets and never had this experience before. I left the store without the items because there are way to many retail options to be treated like some sort of criminal. They lost the business and a customer I have no plans on returning to this location. The reasoning was its because its the holiday season. Absolutely ridiculous to treat paying customers in that manner.
