Store had a good supply of hair products - but the prices are not reasonable. I spent $$$ products that would have been half the price on Amazon. Be aware of price of product when you enter and be aware - NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES policy which is just awful even if you havent even used the product.

They sell good products, but youre on your own when it comes to customer service, unless you dont mind the cashiers finishing their text messages or social media post to get assistance.I walked around the store 3 times (and its not that big of a store) looking for what I needed until I just gave up and bought what I could find. You would think SOMEONE out of the 3 cashiers there would have asked if I was looking for something specific. NOPEAs I was standing at the cashiers counter, she finished her whatever on her phone, then asked if I was ready....smh. Guess Im just use to good customer service.

The Sales Associates were not friendly and didnt greet me as I walked up to the counter. I tried making conversation with them, but they were straight faced, but the products they sale are wonderful.

Small but good selection and variety(braiding hair for me). Not too busy which was a good thing for me. Prices are the average beauty supply store prices(Im from CA) . Friendly staff. I was satisfied with my items and the end total. I say This place is worth a try

Never have an issue here. They have a lot of theft so they watch everyone on the cameras in real time but theyre usually not funny acting.

Overall theres a lot of variety. Pretty much everything you can think of that you need for your hair nails or face. Staff are always courteous and very very knowledgeable I think that is the prices were a little lower, it would definitely get more business. Or maybe even if the key online Cell match the in-store sales that would help too. Various coupons throughout the week or month would be awesome. And maybe even a birthday discount, not 4 sure if they have that...yet.

Good store but if youre accustomed to east coast beauty supply shops, you might be disappointed.

Been going here since a minute.. Love the service with no doubt..love to touch base with the girls. Miss Claudia lately, she is one of a kind with great customer service skills.. My GO TO beauty supply. I ALWAYS find what I need and even things I didnt.

I love this little beauty supply. They have everything, and I do mean everything you could poßibly want in the way of nail supplies. This includes nail tips, electric drills, several brand nail polishes, several brand acrylic, silk wrap, hand files, the latest in nail designs and so much more. The store is not terribly organized but youll be able to find everything you need. The staff is friendly although one of the ladies working there irritated me when I asked for a specific size nail brush for applying acrylic and she tried to talk me into buying another size because my kind of people dont use brushes the size I asked for. They only use the size I asked for in nail shops. I had to let her know that I have been doing nails for over 25 years. I felt this was uncalled for especially a license is not required to purchase anything in the store and her opinion was not welcome. Ive never had an issue on any on my visits after this. The parking lot is large and theres always parking spots in the strip mall where theyre located. Although the store is not the most organized, it is clean. All and all, its a great store.

Polite, helpful, patient people. A huge variety of products. Also have a rewards program that offers a discount on each purchase that can be applied towards your very next purchase. No limit on the number of wigs you can try on. Stocking provided free of charge. People do not follow you around while you shop. This establishment respects their customers.

If you have any kind of medical condition, do not go here. They offered no accommodations as they legally need to according to the ADA laws whatsoever and were disgustingly rude. They refused to even let me speak to a manager. I hope they lose customers and go out of business.

I like wearing extended braids. They have the prestretched hair and the price is pretty much the same.

Ive been shopping at AZ Beauty for years and yet to run into a problem that cant be solved. I also accumulated discount cards and they will combine them all together for me of I have all on hand. The gentleman who sits behind the counter watches the cameras for hours but I never get offended because he is only protecting his product and his helpers are very good at customer service. I am so glad they let me run free in their store even when Im on a call or just looking at stuff Ive never seen before they just dont bother me. I shop there as often as I can even tho I only buy online hair now I still go there for hair products and lashes. Theyre great!!! Shop at AZ Beauty

Disappointed. I got most of the nail polish I wanted but they had no decals (except for some random ones in a nail kit). The ladies behind the counter were not rude at all but were not helpful either. The nail supplies were limited to one little corner up front. I asked if all of their nail things were in that one spot and they said yes. They do have hair though. This store should really be called The Hair Store - it would be more accurate. No need to go back.
