First time trying this place out and absolutely loved it! Decently priced, good service, and so easy to book online. Sam was absolutely wonderful.

I do not have enough good words to say about this place. 3 years ago I surprised my parents with photos (from JCPenney) of myself, my now husband and my 3 little siblings for Christmas. I didnt have time to do my hair and couldnt do my little sisters because it would have tipped my mom off. So I booked an iron works with Felicia. This is the best decision I have ever made for my hair. Fast forward 3 years and she has styled my hair multiple times, taken me to blonde, then even lighter, then back to my natural hair color. Every time my hair has come out soft, healthy and an amazing color. She did such an incredible job every time, so good even that I asked her to style my hair for my wedding. I have brought my brother-in-law, and all of my bridesmaids into the salon to have their haircuts, colors, and styles done to them. Every tech we have ever been with is super helpful and does a wonderful job. Since then, my husband and I have done a couples manicure there and that was so relaxing. Instead of being in the chair 30 minutes and feeling rushed, she took her time, made it relaxing and did a perfect job. I have since been back. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great stylist for a fair price.

The stars are all for Amber! Shes amazing. The receptionist I dealt with today was extremely unhelpful. If I had one tip dont get an appt before the mall opens. Its a ridiculous system to get in the door. Prices are good though, stylists are awesome :)

I LOVE this salon!! I have been going to Melissa for 4 years now and she is FANTASTIC!! She always makes sure you are comfortable and that you get exactly what you came in for! Everyone at the salon is so friendly and helpful. i would recommend this salon to anyone!

I really needed a bang trim and decided I wanted to change it drastically. I was able to get in the same day with Felicia. I was a little nervous, as I hadnt found a hairdresser in my area yet. Felicia was AMAZING. She listened to everything I said and helped me to get exactly what I wanted. She took her time and made sure to cut and bayalage my hair perfectly! I will be back to see here when I need another cut!! Thank you! :)

I have been holding this review back for months because I was hoping the damage would subside. I came here back in May for highlights and the stylist convinced me to bleach my hair and do an all-over lightener. I had no idea what to expect. I had never done this before. The damage I have had to deal with after coming to this salon has been detrimental. I had to chop off about 5 inches of my long, pretty hair and it is still so so dry and damaged that I am still unsure how to fix. I felt like I was sitting in the salon chair far longer than usual and have read about overprocessing. It is sad because I came here after reading tons of 5 star reviews. My treatment was NOT cheap and I ended up with orange, fried hair that even Olaplex can’t fix. I will never come back here.

Worst experience by far. I called ( yes it was later in the day ) and asked if they couldDo color. Now I even said, I know it’s last minute so if youCan’t it’s fine. The lady said comeOn down, if you leave now we can do it. So I get there I drive 25 minute, park, go into the mall and I go in say I want a brown cover and the girlIs straightening Some co workers Hair and says ya we can’t do color tonight we close at 9 and it’s 7. Like why in the heck would you have me drive all the way over here, u just say no because you don’t want to stop doing your friends hair. Please do notGo to this place!
