Good store, but the employees were seriously lacking customer service skills. They couldnt handle the influx of customers for Halloween. Every question i asked was answered with attitude. And I wasnt the only one, I seen them put these two girls on blast over the changing room. Just not the move to do. My friend has never gone to a store like fascinations before and shes never owned a vibrator. So we went to a different location closer to our house first and the service left a lot to be desired and they didnt have what I was looking for. I didnt want that to be my friends first experience so we put down our merchandise and went to the Glendale store instead.From the moment you walked in the atmosphere was completely different. The girls downstairs were friendly, said hello, checked IDs and asked if we were looking for anything specific. After directing us upstairs we were immediately greeted by I believe her name was Christina, (sorry Im great with faces not great with names). She was exactly the kind of person I promised would be there to assist. She was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and asked great questions and made my friend feel at ease. She gave great recommendations and let my friend even feel and touch the vibrators so she could make an informed choice. And when it came to my pick she helped me choose an even better option. Thank you for your service and help!!! I will not be going to any other locations! Im usually the friend that takes my friends who are scared, have never been or have had bad experiences to adult stores and this was the perfect first experience for my friend. Thank you!

Make sure you shop around when making a large purchase!!!! This stores prices are half again as much as other retailers that sell the exact same toy. Not worth paying more for the EXACT same toy. They dont price match and they dont care if you buy from them, if you dont buy it they will trick somebody else to pay extra.

The manager was horribly rude and refused us to go inside without an Id even though I had a photo of both my stolen passport and drivers license. We are all mid 30s and my friends had theirs. My wallet was stolen a week ago and It’s covid and there isn’t a way for me to currently replace my id.I would rather shop online or anywhere else. Definitely disgusted at the level of poor customer service from the manager working on 2/14 evening and I won’t be coming back.

I bought a $50 body suit and I noticed it was ripped on the waist band when I got home. I didnt even try it on (at home or in the store due to COVID-19) and I took it back with the originals tags still on and with the receipt within the 14 day return window. The manager said I couldnt prove it was ripped when I bought it and there was nothing they could do. No return or refund or even future discount! Such poor customer service and I am so disappointed because I was a regular customer before this situation.

The staff are friendly & provide excellent customer service! Kudos to Alicia for going the extra, extra mile. After getting a toy with no charge, she abided by store policy to charge it for five minutes stating the lights on is a good sign of it working. I let her know the reason I was there was because my old one stopped working, but the lights still turned on. To save time, I purchased another toy that had a charge but was the same brand & design. In addition, she offered to print the receipt of my old toy (which I didnt even know they could do), so I could use my warranty. She went another extra mile by calling a store manager at a different location so she could be guided through the process & if that wasnt enough, provided a courtesy discount because she thought I waited too long for her to figure out the process!! I just cant express how much I really appreciated her! Amazing work, Alicia!

Theres an employee named Jessica, she is super helpful. There was another lady with big glasses, also super helpful-she recommended my tiger vibe by fun factory to me last week.There is a manager named Janay and she is super unhelpful and she seemed to enjoy reprimanding employees in front of me. I hope they switch managers soon. Ill come back then. Its really uncomfortable to watch someone patronizing the employee who helped me find my favorite device.Corporate fascinations needs to help this store. My heart sank for the employees.The one-star is because my stomach sank watching this manager talk disrespectfully to my new favorite lady. Otherwise this store would get a solid 4.

Amazing experience!

I tried to enter the store with my service animal and was promptly told Id have to leave my 7 year old Boa Constrictor in the car for me to re enter the store. My animal is extremely picky about the type of inflatable doll I buy for him to practice defense tactics with and knowing my luck I bought the wrong one which means he will use me and my family for practice. The store manager wouldnt listen to reason either. I swear this COvId19 baloney has everyone playing the fool these days. I took my business to Pleasures where they know the meaning of customer service

Awesome Store!! Location is very clean and organized. The staff, Lauren and Sierra listen to every word and narrowed it down to the perfect fit of what I was looking for my wife. They both went out of their way to ask me delicate questions that would lead me to be product. The manager Kendra was fantastic as well, she ask additional questions and helped out in anyway possible.

The DVDs arent that great but the service and everything else was wonderful. I will definitely return some time soon. The guy upstairs was really helpful. He knew about everything. This is my favorite store. There is even an elevator to get to the second floor. Here, there are a lot of toys and sexy clothing. I dont like to purchase these items at all.

I went in purchases a vibrater. It was working fine and everything in the store and the woman told me if there any issues to call then and they could fix it. I get home later that night and the thing isn’t even working now. I called and they telling me I can’t get a replacement or anything cause of the type of product. Mind you it hasn’t even been 24 hour and they didn’t give me the number to. I looked in the bag to see if I had a receipt and she didn’t even put it in the bag. I had brought friends with me and spend 120 in total there. This is ridiculous I won’t be back. Lesson learned.

Friendly and helpful staff! I felt very comfortable asking for anything that I needed. There is plenty of lingerie (in many styles) and plenty of toys (for both genders). I have shopped here a few times before and plan to continue to make this my regular shop for adult shopping.

Saleslady helping me wasnt the most knowledgeable. She told me at checkout that I couldnt use Birthday coupon on clearance items, yet there are no exclusions saying so. Luckily, the manager was right there to help and set things straight.
