Ive been coming to this pharmacy for 16 years. Ive noticed a staffing change in the pharmacy. This pharmacy is severely understaffed, wait times are long and yesterday the pharmacy was closed during the time when it should have been open. Im told the issue was due to the pharmacist having an emergency, hard to believe they only have one pharmacist. This pharmacy needs better management.

Walked in to see manager Andrea NOT greet me while running over to 4 other coworkers gossiping. I walk up to the photo pick up area, and was NOT greeted because manager Andrea, and her crew were to busy gossiping. When I asked for help I was treated awful, I got attitude from all of the employees because they had to stop gossiping and had to help me. Very rude, I will NEVER use Walgreens photo again.

Horible location. The girl declined to open the restroom for me with no excuse, was rude and dod everything slow on purpose.

My daughter had a terrific experience with super-friendly staff when she picked up my order. Thanks for making holiday shopping so easy.

This store opens late and closes early. If you need something close to posted open or close hours don’t come to this store.

While I was purchasing my items, a man s dog got very very close to my legs. I got scared, I thought the dog was going to bite me. That dog is very misbehave because he kept pulling away from the owner and tied to get towards the other customers. I always shop here and I always see that dog. Customer service does nothing to handle the situation. It always gets busy and theres barely employees on the floor to help other customers.

Horrible experience the cashier screaming treats the customer. I went approximately 6:00 pm

I used to love Walgreens. Now the pharmacy never has your prescription until you call and talk to someone after being on hold forever. I am transferring all of my famonly elsewhere.

After waiting for assistance at photo center. No help waited in line at register and they tell me I have to wait after waiting in line and waiting for more people. Employee was sharp and rude no sorry for the wait. Terrible experience wish I could do 0 stars they dont deserve even 1. Saturday Feb 29th at 7PM employees on this shift should be coached on how to give good customer service.

Pharmacy staff is just ok, but the store itself is always clean, bright and well stocked. Store staff are great. We shop here twice a week, easily.

I like shopping here, they always have sales and its a laid back place to grab items you missed on the weekly shopping trip. The associates are friendly and helpful.

DONT use this Walgreens for photo services. I submitted a VHS-to-DVD order with them. First of all, they didnt even know how to put the order in. They didnt give me a receipt or envelope number, they didnt give me my order print-out back so I couldnt track it myself, and I called 3 times over a month to check in and each time I called, they were very short with me and unwilling to help or give me contact info for someone who could help. The photo dept never directly answered the phone (even though I always called around 2-3pm), and they always told me they would call when my order came in, but even after a month had passed, they never called so I had to go on the Walgreens website to find the main email for imemories inquiries just to find out what in the world happened to my order. From them, I found out the order had already been received one week ago, but I hadnt received a single call or voice message letting me know even though they assured me three times that they would. When I went there, the photo dept representative took her time assisting me and didnt even realize a customer was present because she was goofing off with other employees. When I told her my order, she said, oh, is it the big order? Hmm, I dont know, dont you think you should have a better idea of what orders you have than I do??? Apparently not. She also talked to another employee the whole time I was there. It was an order worth more than $100, so you would think I would get better service but it was clear they couldnt care less because it was out of their hands.

I stop here all the time, to avoid going to the bigger stores . There hardly ever is a long wait, everything is easy to find . Cashiers are always friendly and happy .

My boyfriend and I bought 2 Arizona ice teas for $1, when at the register we gave the cashier a $5 bill and a nickel which meant we got $4 and .2 cents. When my boyfriend said keep the change, any normal person would think the actual coins. He kept the whole $4. We got it back but we were definitely not happy

Manager was very ignorant. Wasn’t answering any of my questions. She responded to me with a attitude and I did not feel like that was necessary. I really hope you gets a consequence. Thank you for your time

DO NOT USE the pharmacy, always a long wait time and Ive always had one issue or another with the pharmacy, I believe her name is Sam shes the pharmacist, she has NO customer service skills what so ever, shes too opinionated on prescriptions that are brought in which are valid but she wont fill because she doesnt feel comfortable doing so. My daughter has had double ear infections for the past month, I got her antibiotics filled there 2 weeks ago which she ended up having an allergic reaction to so when I took her back to her doctors he gave us a script for tylonel with codeine and told me how much to give her which was .5ml, I ended up having to return to Walgreens pharmacy to pick up her original paper script, also pulled all mine and my sons scripts as well and took them to CVS to which my daughters prescription was filled there instead because Sam at Walgreens didnt want to fill it because she wasnt comfortable even though her pediatrician prescribed it to her for a reason! I do NOT recommend using this pharmacy like I said before this pharmacist is way too opinionated which is not her job to be, her job is to fill the prescriptions that are brought in that are valid and keep her opinions to herself! My daughter has been in severe pain for a month now and hasnt slept well which us parents havent either but thanks to CVS hopefully tonight my baby will get some relief!
