I have shopped around several different stores to find a mattress that was both affordable and going to help with my back issues. I was told I would receive my bed within 7 days. Then I was told it would be delayed a couple of days. Then I called and they told me it would be a week until I get a CALL about my mattress and when they will ship it. At this point I am furious and simply ask for a refund because I am not interested in giving my business to a company that lies to me. They tell me then that it will be another 7-10 business days to get my money back. Are you freaking kidding me? It didnt take you 7-10 business days to take my money! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! HORRIBLE experience! HORRIBLE! Follow-up: I called and got my refund expedited and the customer service was very professional, but the store itself just lied to me and that is why I chose to spend my money elsewhere.

Went in to this location with every intention to buy a new bed and accessories. Left after spending $4,500!!! Thats okay, because that was my higher end expectation.What I did not expect were broken promises, improper bed gear, and massive communication failures for certain installations (got the feeling that once I spent the thousands, I wasnt that important).The product absolutely rocks!!!! The customer service does not!

My daughter and I thank Jim for allowing us to come in for a private appointment to decide what beds we wanted and needed! I was impressed by the demonstration of the moving bed! Also the sheets with the cross bands! I though I would use regular sheets on my new bed but saw the definite reason to get the sheets now! So far I am very pleased with what we bought and look forward to sleeping a good nights rest!

Heather was super helpful and attentive to what we were looking for. Got the perfect set up. They ordered me mattress protectors that were suppise to ship to my home. I was notified a few days later they came up as out of stock. Heather had already located my product at another store and arranged for them to be dropped off at my local store before even calling me. She solved the problem amazingly. I was also struggling with the delivery company not having a day that works for me for delivery. They called the shipping company themselves and made sure I got a day of the week that worked for me. Amazing experience and I havent even slept on the bed yet :)

Moved to Phoenix and needed a chord to operate my bed. Gregory at Glendale was very welcoming, assuring availability of mask and hand sanitizer.
