I do not have enough great things to say about this place. First off shop small and shop local! Chris and Jerry are amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy at all. We had our heart set on a mattress and the manufacture was having material issues so we could not get it… Chris promptly got us back in to pick another bed and didn’t string us along saying it might be there and just take our money. They went above and beyond and when they say they are going to do something they mean it. I’ve been in customer service jobs a long time, just spot on and top shelf service. Thanks again guys! Jerry here was amazing, he poured a lot of knowledge in my brain about the different types of mattresses there were and accessories; at first I didnt really care but as we moved to different sections of the store I found the perfect mattress for my back. Im getting back surgery soon and thanks to him and his knowledge I wont be sleeping hot anymore and no more restless nights!

I love mattress 360. I was shopping around the valley looking for a new bed since I haven’t bought a bed since early early 2000’s. I was looking for something specific due to having had back surgery and still deal with pains and diabetes 1. I felt no one pressure’s to buy unlike other stores who hound you. Chris asked me questions as well educated me on the different things each mattress offered. I ended up buying from them not just a mattress but also a adjustable frame and not only was it at a great price but I’ve had a few calls since just to make sure I’m comfortable and happy. If ur in need of anything they are your guys to go to.

Without a doubt this is the best mattress store in Arizona!! Their service is amazing! Jerry is phenomenal, professional and very friendly! Their prices are far below of those at other mattress stores! Great selection!

It really makes a difference to buy from a family business with owners you can trust. I recently bought another, yes another, mattress from Chris and every experience buying from him has been great. His experience and knowledge of the product makes the process so much easier and he never tries to oversell me. He truly cared about what I wanted and took the time to show me all the options. Everyone I have referred to him has called, thanked me, and raved about the service. If knowledge, honesty, and integrity are as important to you as they are to me, then this is the place to go.

Terrible. Jerry, the sales guy was extremely assuming and thought he knew everything. I layed on a bed and just happened to cross my feet, so he then proceeded to tell me I have a lower back problem because I did that.... Which I dont at all. He was very pushy and acted like he was the best mattress sales person on the planet. Needless to say, I couldnt stand his vibe. I went down the road to mattress firm and purchased there. I had high hopes because of the high reviews. Store was nice though.

Went there with a friend today who needed a mattress by the end of the week. Jerry the salesperson was FABULOUS! He was knowledgeable, not pushy, and made sure to meet all her needs. Not only that, but the final price on the Stearns & Foster mattress was almost $400 less than other places we had tried. I would recommend Jerry, the owner Chris (who quickly answered a question via text message) and this store to everyone!!!!

I’ve been to this place twice and both times I’ve had the best experience. I’ve recommended mattress 360 to everyone i know who are in the market for a new mattress. They know what they are doing and work very well with you within your price range. They don’t push to where you feel so pressured! I love it, i will ALWAYS come back to this establishment.

This store is amazing! About 1 month ago my boyfriend and I got a king bed here. The price was amazing the quality of the service and product was absolutely superb. Besides the bed we also purchased the bed headboard, water proof sheet protectors, and just today bought the bamboo sheets! Chris, the store manager was so helpful and I refuse to shop any where else!

Absolutely incredible experience. The goal of this place is to find the bed that is right for you and one you can afford. I would recommend this store to everybody. Just be prepared to stay a while, as they like to explain everything you need to know so you can make an informed choice.

So I found this place via google search and saw it was close to home so I decided to stop on in today, especially since I saw that it is locally and family owned. After looking around for beds for a few days and seeing such crazy prices even at these going out of business /bankruptcy sales, I figured this was probably going to be the same but I would at least see what they had. When I walked in I was graciously greeted with a simple hello and welcome. Nobody came running to me giving a bunch of bs sales pitches. They simply asked what exactly I was looking for, so I told him, and he simply showed me the products. I was showed good, better, best for the market I was in looking for. Both of the guys were very friendly and made my time at their business very enjoyable. I was not expecting to walk out with a mattress right away but after seeing the prices and receiving the service that I was given, I had no reason not the do business with this place. I highly recommend Mattress 360 over any other mattress store, or least give them a shot. Thank you for your help.

I went to this store last week. Had a great experience with the owner. They have really good pricing and a super wide selection of beddings. If youre in the market for mattresses, you will want to check this place out. UPDATE (2 years later) -- I just bought another bed from Mattress 360. Third bed purchase from them. I upgraded to the power bed with tilt and zero gravity option. The mattress they helped me pick out has changed my life. Chris knows his stuff, he is kind, not pushy and super fun. Mattress 360 offers a wide range of mattresses at great prices! Upon arrival, Matt greeted us and allowed us to browse the store without feeling pressured to buy. Asking all the right questions led us to 3 options within our budget and we left the store with a scheduled delivery date within a week!

We want to thank Mattress 360 for a great buying experience. Their store in Glendale is amazing, so nice and so many options...We were looking for a mattress for our guest bedroom and Chris was so helpful in making sure that we chose a bed that would be right for our guest. He wasnt trying to sell us the most expensive bed, but what would be a right fit. He was concerned that whoever sleeps on this mattress gets a good night sleep. While we were there we picked up some new sheets (Bamboo sheets) that will help our guest sleep cooler. We, also, selected an i Comfort pillow by Serta. Chris (the owner) is awesome! He took all the time i needed to select a bed and picked out the ones he thought would be most helpful for my bad back situation, but was within my price range. The first mattress turned out to be too firm and he readily took it back and let me swap it for a different brand, even waiving the second deliver charge. This company knows all about customer service!My last experience at Mattress Firm was so awful compared to this! They didnt even try to help me pick a bed that was best for me, just let me bounce around the showroom for a bit and ignored me until I said I wanted to buy something.If you want excellent service and someone that really knows their product then go to Mattress 360!!
