I came into the store looking for a certain phone. David & Kendell both were very professional, polite & very helpful. They even helped my daughter switch over to AT&T from T-Mobile. I had a issue with my phone not working right once we did the switch. David & Kendall both worked non-stop to help me with the issue and now I am a lifelong customer. Always have a good comment for my AT&T store. The young man who helped me today with an issue on my husbands phone was very people friendly and professional. Am getting ready to upgrade my phone soon and he explained some of that procedure to me. Will definitely be going back to get a new phone!

Kendall was awesome! Got us in and out. Very fast and efficient, answered all the questions we had and was very satisfied with the answers. As well as, did more than we asked, which left us completely content with the service and what we came in for.

Went in to upgrade my phone and my wife’s and daughter’s phones and we got helped by Elroy Smith. Elroy was very helpful and took my iPhone XS MAX as credit for trade in even though screen was busted up very cool guy got my wife and I hooked up with the iPhone 12 Pro Max and Apple Watch series 6 and accessories. Store manager David Montez went to great efforts to investigate a billing problem that I had with another, less reputable AT&T authorized retailer. After we reached a conclusion, he offered options for meeting my short and long-term smartphone needs even though one of those options would not result in a sale for him. I had intended to go carrier shopping when my current contract with AT&T is up, but based on this meeting, Im returning to Davids store to purchase my next phone.

David Montez helped me today. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and patient. Im a Droid lifer changing to the Iphone world. He went above and beyond with his assistance. I highly recommend this store.

Justin provided outstanding service to first my mother-in-law and then with us the next morning. He provided friendly service and was blue to answer all of our questions.Getting new phones is definitely a long process. I was very impressed with the service we received.

It was fast! I had two main reasons for my visit. 1. Get bill adjusted for military discount (brought in DD214). Took like 5 minutes.2. Upgraded my phone. Told him what I wanted, he gave me some options. Offered me a case to purchase (I gracefully declined) finished up new phone transaction. I was out in 10 minutes.Great Service!!! Thank You!

Getting in and out of this place was nightmarish because Starbucks drive-thru goes through the single lane parking lot. Just in order to get out, I had to be horribly bullish, including laying on my horn and directing traffic while I got out of there. It took LONGER to get out of the parking lot than it did in the AT&T store. The store services were not bad, but BECAUSE OF STARBUCKS next door, I will never go back there.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THE GENTLEMAN. Who was there on 10/24/20 at 7:30pm. Would not help us with any service. We went inside and the employee (didn’t catch his name) had an obvious friend in there and they were “chilling” hanging out and he told us “sorry” were closing at 8:00 (which was 30min away) and said he could NOT help us switch over to them for a new account and would need to come back another time. We then went to another store at 59th ave & northern and they HELPED US AT 7:45pm. GREAT SERVICE TO THEM!!!

AMAZING SERVICE IS ALL I CAN SAY. I went to the store yesterday with an issue I had from an online order that the 800# couldnt help me with. I had previously spoken with Warren from the store on the phone and he was very helpful so I decided to drive over there from Scottsdale. I couldnt have been happier. I left the store with the order I was trying to purchase online and all I needed to do was call the 800# today to cancel the online order. Well as usual the 800# was not helpful so I decided to call the store and ask for Warren. He was out today but his coworker Kedrick remembered me from yesterday and he went above and beyond getting my online order canceled for me. I am so happy with this store. I love that I went down to the store because I got so much help! Katie was an amazing sales person! She helped me get my bill straight and helped me get my phones working so they were just right! I have four lines and everything seems complicated but everything to her seemed so easy. She knew all the answers to my questions. She got me signed up for two more years with AT&T and Im not even mad about it. I later called into the store with another question about my bill and she answered and was happy to help me again! Kenrick (I believe that was his name. I was super spazzy yesterday) was one of the most amazing reps I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. I had an extremely stressful day and knew what I wanted walking in. Sometimes I can be a high maintenance customer and he took it in stride. Although I knew the ins and outs of the promotion he showed integrity by ensuring he explained it as well. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

I came into this store to try and upgrade my cell phone. Unfortunately i was not able to upgrade due to a network error with AT&T, but Vivian, the sales rep who assisted me, went about and beyond to try and do what she could to help me get my upgrade. She is a great employee who was willing to help, unlike the corporate store at Metro center.

Great atmosphere and great people. Got help right away for my mom and got her her new phone within minutes! Awesome store !

I was able to get two new phones with plans with Steve Avila and trade my old ones in with Mark Moses and was very happy with how helpful they both were. They took care of everything I needed, quickly and efficiently, and were even able to save me a good amount of money with discounts and trade-in credits!

Their customer service is amazing I no longer deal with the phone call for help or payments I go directly into this location

Great showroom. Greeted at the door. Had not one but two reps helping me. They did not have the phone I wanted but called around to see who might have it. No one did despite website listing them. We came in to switch from sprint and the moment we walked in we had incredible service!!! Keedrick was super helpful and very nice!! He helped us save money and get the new phones we wanted. Just needed to add hotspot to my service and ended up leaving with a cheaper monthly bill after my military discount was added. Ive been a faithfull att customer for years. I see why now. Thanks

Just tried to get basic information about coverage on my current plan. Staff member would do everything except answer my direct question -kept trying to upsell me on a new plan instead. I understand that they may get commission on selling, but customer service has kept me coming back to this location for over 7 years - until now! Ill try getting answers online (which has proven to be frustrating so far) but Ill probably be switching soon.

The at&t store at 67th peoria ....the sales guy was terrible...he couldnt tell me the the differences in 2 model phones except that tbe,specifications were better on one phone which tells me nothing...I asked to explain and he,said hes not a technician...well he could take the books out we read the differences to me but no such luck. Screen size...GB...ram...VERY SAD...will never buy or shop at&t .. direct tv nor best buy which my is part of the same froup.. good luck

The store manager, Preston, sold us a Direct TV package. Told us that the dish would be small. Free installation. Said we would get a 500 hour DVR and wireless receivers for four TVs. Said the dish would be mounted on the house.When the install guy came out, everything was different. Wireless set up would cost us an extra $99. Dish was bigger than the neighbors. Had to be mounted on the brick wall, (against HOA rules).Total Bait & Switch!!! We were fed bullshit with a smile. Think twice before you make that choice.
