Very polite, very fast, not quite pleased with the quality of the screen itself which is probably not the fault of the store. The responsiveness of the part itself is not as good as original, but this is my second replacement screen and it has the same problems as the first replacement screen. I am now trading this phone in for a replacement however I will say I think the Representative himself was outstanding

Upon walking into T&E Repair I was greeted with a warm hello. I showed the owner my iPhone XR and he let me know that it will be an easy fix that will take approximately 45 minutes or less which it did. For the price of $114 including a screen protector my phone looks brand spanking new. Thank you for your hard work and for allowing me to use your WiFi, so that I could work on my laptop. I would definitely recommend to many, because this is the place to go to for any and all electronic repairs.

I lost all my photos on my phone last year. Verizon said they couldn’t do anything to help retrieve them. My husband looked up reviews for phone repair shops. T&E had great reviews, so we took my phone in. Not only was the staff friendly, but they successfully retrieved all my photos! Today, we needed new batteries installed. We came back because of the great customer service last time. Once again, the staff was friendly, helpful and they put new batteries in both my husband and my phones in 20 minutes! We will use T&E for all our electronic repairs from now on!

This is my second experience with this store. On my most recent visit I purchased an iPhone 7. Paid $50 extra for a white one… as a gift. This phone in question turns out is white in the back black in the front… I asked for a phone case has a $10 coupon on text some place and the cashier would not just comp the $15 phone case after charging me $50 extra for an identity confused iphone. Is it black with a white back or white with a black front? All and all I will not come back to this store.

If you break your phone this is where you want to go to get it fixed. I dropped my iPhone X and messed up the screen. After having it for only two weeks. My daughter looked up the closest place to where we live and found this hidden treasure of a shop. We went around 5:45 pm and they close at 6:00 pm. They had no problem taking my phone so close to closing time and fixed it for me in less then 30 min. I was very satisfied and the price was good also. I wanna thank the person in the back for fixing it for me so fast. And the guy in front for taking us in. They were awesome! I needed my broken cell screen fixed and they were great!! My provider wanted to charge me more than what I paid for my phone to fix it!! I have one question though, I need to fix Samsung Galaxy Tab A SM-T350 and its volume up and down doesnt work because of water damage and its stuck in safe mode and I cannot turn it off, so Im asking if you guys can fix it?? If not its completely fine.
