Verizon needs and must do better for the pandemic...They offer a one time help last year to secure lines through 6/30/20.... Then they hike the prices and makes it nearly impossible for those still affected by the pandemic to pay their bills... The pandemic is worse now then it was then, this is ridiculous...

When I checked in I told the guy exactly what I needed to do and he gave me a wait time for a hour which I was fine with. Only to get up and check after a hour and I wasnt on the list. I was then helped right then to only be told they cant take care of what I needed done. Why couldnt you have mentioned before the hour wait?

I know this is just a location, but its an official Verizon location and Ive tried everything except this. My phone has had issues from day one. The claim service is a third-party you have to go through your app, and they could not complete my process. I have regretted switching to Verizon since day one. Ive never had to spend so much energy on something as simple as my phone plan. They charge way too much and justify it by partnering with all of these random companies like Disney and giving you these random offers that are just distractions from what a horrible company they are. Their phone service is through a third party who uses another third-party for repairs. So if you talk to Verizon about the issues youre having they just tell you to kick rocks and call the company that they hired to do their job. That is where theyre extra costs come from. They are not a better company, they just hire contractors to do their job so they have to charge more. Verizon is nothing but a middleman in a business that doesnt need one. This is the last month that Im paying these people. I never once had an issue with T-Mobile, but Ive spent the last six years hating myself for switching to Verizon. Im canceling my service with Verizon this month. I advise you all do the same.

Customer service has SEVERELY DECLINED over the past few years. No Customer services. 2 employees putting people on the wait list, 2 employees seeming to hide in the back...yet over 90 min wait. Then we get told we need to call in! You all need to re-work how you handle in-house customers.

Get an appointment. When I was there I saw 2 employees and an empty store, but they sent me away because I didnt have one. Said theyre only doing appointments due to staffing shortages. But NOT ONE person went in the place in the 20 minutes I sat outside in my truck.

I want the District Manager for this store to contact me directly to discuss the service my husband and I received at this store today by the woman who we purchased our cellphones from. I do not want to hear from the manager of the store because he was there listening to her speak to us very badly and never stepped in. They never even took the time to explain any of the phones to us nor the plans. She wanted us to tell her exactly what we wanted. Well hell we didnt know for sure what we wanted. We are an elderly white couple and I believe they were discriminating against us. Mitch and Chris Brewer are our names.

Love the staff, from the walk-in to the goodbyes each member is smart in helping me out (if its a billing charge? even me walks in smug face and rage of anger/fire in my eyes, but the amazing part is STAFF helps. Fantastic layout with large room move around without touching another human. Plus then recommended matching my new note 7 with my glasses, which come out fancy. Keep up the great ladies and gentlemen!

I went there tonight (1/27/21) to get help with activating two phones I had purchased online. I arrived at approximately 6:30 pm (store closes at 7 pm). I only needed help with installing SIM card. Employee at door was the most rude and sarcastic employee (I believe her name was AJ). She said she was short staffed and refused to help me even thought it would have taken her a couple of minutes. I definitely won’t go to this location if she’s working. Worst customer service EVER!

I just want to say thank you! Your staff was friendly and welcoming while keeping everything a safe shopping environment. CJ quickly helped us decide what phone my daughter needed (and wanted to) upgrade to. He explained our options clearly to us. We were in and out of the store in under an hour. We had actually tried a different Verizon store this morning, but left because we had poor customer service from the manager and had not even gotten into the store. I should have known better than to think that all Verizon stores would have the same great customer service. Ill only be going back to this location from now on. In fact, I think CJ helped me with upgrading my phone last year, and he was just as great then.

Oraine the Driver at JW Logistics saved the day!My 170 Lb Weber grill was 3 days early!yeah!Oraine was so polite, and pleasant. The manager Guierllo was so rude, he kept cutting me off when I spoke about trouble I was having with my phone. He talked over me as I spoke and I left unable to get any help with my phone. Another gentleman ahead of me left in frustration and the manager spoke slyly as he walked away “guessing you don’t want the charger” and laughed and said anyways “what do you need” to me as I’ve tried to explain myself in tears how trying to get my phone problem handled. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and cancelled my Verizon services after.

This store used to have insanely long wait times, but the last two times I have been here it hasn’t been bad any more. We don’t like Verizon’s prices very much but their network has better connectivity than the other big cell carriers. Overall, a good Verizon store.

Verizon has been absolutely horrible, from the first day I gave them 350.00 cash only to find out that they never included it and billed me for it the next month. Benn with them for about 8 yrs and changed our plan to unlimited talk and text, but every month since then they have billed us at least 2x the amount in the contract for, guess talk and text! Well every month we call and they say we straightened it out, until the next month and it starts all over again. It takes an average of 2 hrs every time we call. Well now we cant even get ahold of anyone . THE WORST SERVICE EVER

As Verizons rates keep rising, their service and their employees ability to fix phone problems gets worse. At least at this location on Bell Road, they have not been able to find the problem causing my phone not to receive notifications. I was able to fix the problem by watching a YouTube video. I am very disappointed with their technical abilities.

We have been with Verizon for over 15 years. We own our phones and still pay over $188. For 2 lines. Went to speak with them about offers from other carriers that were $130. We were told there was nothing to do and we should probably take the other offer. I have never felt more like a number than a loyal customer before. Leaving Verizon today.

Its all about that sale!!I bought a iPad Pro 2019 model and took it out the box and it was bent, took it back to the store and customer service said they couldnt do anything about it because the sales Rep no longer works there I show them the receipt and still no help! They told me to take it to the Apple store in turn I did and the Apple store told me to take it back to the Verizon to I bought it from, which I did and still no help! I gave up and gave it to my daughter and took it as a lost, and not to mention the other problems when trading in my iPhone X for a iPhone XS Max which was paid off! They force me to trade it in instead of keeping it and giving it away.

If corporate chooses not to reach out I have no problem contacting Attorney General I have been a customer for over 15 years and have no jet to Verizon have paid bill every month in full have put up with lots of crab from corporate offices this location was very rude and when we try to acquire or explain about getting a new phone one of The employees even fliked of my mother What good is having service through a Carrier that doesnt want to do anything for you after you have paid the bill lots of other providers are offering all kinds of perks and I see no reason why I would want to stay with Verizon knowing that the customer service is horrible and it is overpriced the devices are faulty most of the time and when you complain they just push you aside would love to be reached by corporate office So I can explain further my position I do not see any reason to continue service with horizon if they are going to be Rude and keep taking my money for service that isnt provided in addition this location is horrible all of the staff are rude and do not work with the customer I highly suggest corporate investigate this store as many people have been turned away when they need service With a giant where open outside on On TV screen If corporate would like to reach out to me they can reach at facebook Would very much appreciate if they got in contact with me

Absolutely excellent! Our rep/consultant was Tony, and he solved some what phone do we need issues for us in a way that we could not have imagined, all while dealing with four carrier switch-overs (family plan) from 2 different carriers and 3 new phones, 1 same phone. We couldnt even keep track and he never missed a beat! Fast, efficient and with a final price that was remarkably good!

I walked into the Verizon store to buy a note 9. It was around 7 PM and I was the only customer in the room. I stood and waited to be helped only to be ignored by four different employees. One with his back to me and a few others came in and out. After 5 plus minutes of standing and waiting, walked out of the store and bought my note 9 at best buy instead.

This is the best Verizon store I gave ever been to. Customer service has an excellent crew. They go beyond the call of duty. Extremely helpful, courteous, caring and efficient. Unlike my experience at the other store in Glendale (59th Ave& Northern Ave) where they are not as informed and tell you to call customer service yourself. Kevin is awesome! A breath of fresh air. I left feeling very relieved. Will always go back even though it is further away. 😄👍

Was lied to by an employee. I went in with a phone that had a completely broken screen and an older replacement phone that ran on 3G. Was told the older phone could not be used on the Verizon network any longer due to the company phasing out 3G service. The employee offered to fix my old phone instead (for a price).I checked to see if that there any way at all to use my older, 100% fully functional phone and the employee confirmed that there was not. I left without spending money at the store. When I got home, I pulled the sim card out of my broken phone and put it into my older 3G phone. This worked and now my older phone works on the Verizon network.I read online that 3G service will in fact no longer be offered at the end of 2019, but the employee at the store did not tell me that. He told that there was absolutely nothing I could do with my old phone and that it would not work under any circumstances.

My husband had the most frustrating time at this corporate location. He is deploying to Korea in a week and was given the runaround by so many employees in that store. One told him he could terminate his contract due to deployment as long as he turned in the phones and provided is orders of deployment.When he got there, they told him he had to pay full price for the phones and that they already charged him. He called their customer care line and a representative read him their policy saying that he could very well cancel his contract without penalty only to have returned our phones. He hands the phone to an employee who takes the remainder of the call in the back room, and when he comes back out they both tell him he cannot return his phones and cannot terminate his contract. AFTER THE MAN ON THE PHONE JUST TOLD HIM HE COULD.Finally my husband calls corporate and Brian was very professional and took over the entire situation. He was indeed able to terminate his contract and did so, but this stores employees really need to be retrained on their policies. Thank you Brian for your help!

Management is terrible here. I received a replacement phone last night, and it completely died this morning. I went to the store, and they offered no solutions except to call Assurion. One problem...my phone is completely dead! This is my business phone as well, so I can not have a dead phone. I could hear the manager coaching the rep on what to say, and the manager offered no assistance or solutions. My initial replacement was done at the Power and Southern location, which has a great team. They ordered my replacement from their tablet. The rep in this store simply said she could not do that. THIS STORE WILL NOT SOLVE YOUR ISSUES, SO YOU SHOULDNT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Went to upgrade my wifes phone. We waited about 15 minutes and finally got help. The guy was showing us the two plans (2 yr contact vs Payment Plan with accessories). What a nightmare. Thanks Verizon for making the phone purchasing process more sleazy than buying a car. This guy Anthony told us that he has never seen people take this long to decide on a plan... then left us to work with other customers. Finally, we went and complained to the manager who didnt seemed phased that Anthony is such a tool and by the bad service we were getting. Thankfully, we met Tony and he was really nice and got us the phone that we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. If it was not for Tony, this would have been a 1 star experience.

The manager Jeff is a total douche bag and I refuse to ever talk to him because he is a useless peacock who mistakes his condescending personality for excellent customer service. Honestly Im seriously considering canceling my service just because of my experience.
