Can always find my favorite drink with very helpful baristas. If I am not sure of something or need something not added they are cool about it. Not like other places. My favorite go to place.

This is a conveniently located coffee shop that offers friendly service and a quiet place with small tables where we had a great one-on-one talk. The coffee is good and there’s a wide selection of choices. It’s a rather small place, and I wish they had some comfy seats where we could relax for a while. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the experience and will go there again when we’re shopping in the area. Recommended.

Collectivos is a special treat for me after I drop the kids off to school! I dont go here for the coffee, I come for the food! I love any of the quiches with a side of salsa and almost always get a blueberry lemon scone if there are any left. Staff is very friendly here and almost always greets me when I walk in!

I ordered the espresso shake and it was full of espresso grounds! I was really craving this shake because it was always so good, it sucks to get a mouth full off grounds !

The two young ladies working the counter today (Thursday, 6/27/18) at around 10:30 AM were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They spoke to my wife and I like we were regular customers (we are, but usually at the Grafton location). They made an otherwise good early lunch into an exceptional one.The food was great, although I was a little bummed that the soy chorizo burrito was sold out. My hummus wrap was a delicious substitute.The chai frappe that was made to order for my wifes dairy allergy was perfect! And I highly recommend the Sunshine Smoothie. Tropical without the sugary sweetness many establishments serve.The al fresco seating on this hot and humid day was the perfect way to enjoy the delicious food. I love the ambiance of the Bayshore Town Shopping Center no matter the season, and today Collectivo made it a whole lot better.

Probably one of the busiest yet friendliest Collectivos around. Love this store above most other locations.

Just not a Colectivo Coffee person. I find the coffee to be way too bitter and the other drinks Ive ordered to be undrinkable. The last time I ordered a Colectivo drink was the last try; threw it away after one sip.
