This is a small little coffee bar that is connected to Nordstrom. Its a hip little place to come for a nibble of food and something to drink. I came here on a blind date and the decor inside is nice and they have a nice selection of sandwiches and basic bakery items. I highly recommend this place.

LOVE this place!!! Coffee is always good, the public restroom is open now (yay!). Employees are very nice and its in the middle of a great walking and shopping area. Woohoo!

Tonight after a long day of shopping at Nordstrom I decided to try a coffee from here since I had always seen it but never been. I stood behind the lady that was with the cashier and waited my turn. There was no one else in line and i was looking at the popcorn by the cashier so i didn’t think i was doing anything wrong. Another lady comes in and stands on the other side, the cashier calls the next person and I go up and then a male employee with a beard tells me very loudly and rude that that wasn’t the line and that the line was elsewhere (where the other lady was standing) and rolls his eyes. He made me feel so bad that I just decided to ask for a water and so i can leave quickly. Since it’s self service water I made my way to the water as to now make it weird and walk out empty handed and right then i could still hear him talking loudly about how I was in the wrong line. I wasn’t rude ever and i just made a mistake... he could have just told me politely. I was super embarrassed and for sure will never go back. I’ll go next door to Starbucks in the bookstore instead.

Coffee is fine (it’s just your average coffee), but service is almost always terrible. I’ve only interacted with maybe two nice people here? But today the cashier was just apathetic, rude, and made me feel like he was personally mad that I walked in today, yet never met the guy before.

Good coffee. Surprised with the free refill. It is always good.

The good side is that the coffee is reasonably priced and the location is very convenient within the mall lay out. The bad side is that I purchased the worst cold brew of my life here. So much so that I contemplated taking it back and asking the barista to taste it. I didnt do that, but I did write this review.

Efficient and excellent for my Cappuccino. Also they carry Donsuemor madelines out of Alameda. Simply the best. Also theres a single bathroom in the back. Great place to hang out near the holidays.

Unrespectful staff, insulting their clients. When I reach for honey at the counter and politely call the person who obviously an empleyee - excuse me, sir. He chatting with coworker, sarcasticly, but in quite voice replied, - excuse me boy... (I regret I went to this place)

Smooth cold brew -- a little on the light side. Space is not cleaned often enough. Slow queuing system.

Drank a latte with whole milk and have been throwing up since, improper food handling

They have ice blend drinks in here.
