QT is the move. I love that they offer consistent service across all their locations; I always know what to expect.I really appreciate the public restrooms and the free air pump for tires. These little extras show that QT values offering quality service to their customers. I will always be a loyal QT patron.One note:Most QT’s in the Phoenix Metro area have the nozzle from the free air pump stolen off of them. This is to no fault of the establishment, but rather the people in the area thinking it’s more important for them to have the air nozzle, rather than for their entire community to be able to air up their tires when they need it.I am wondering, is there not a theft-proof nozzle QT can employ to ensure that all their air stations have a functioning hose?

At 6:30am I am ready for some coffee. They never have any coffee on but the staff always talking. Everyday I have to wait for coffee when Gambino is in charge. I will just start going to circle k to get my coffee. They never run out. I will drive a extra mile just so I can have coffee.

I stopped for an iced tea and to fill up but clearly they failed tea making 101 as there was no unsweetened ice tea and while I asked someone to make it which they did the water never came on so it was straight tea. Which was the exact opposite of all the others which were almost clear due to the tea bag not being inserted correctly. So frustrating

QuikTrip have some of the best prices of gas in the valley all the drinks you could think of and an amazing snack selection.

It should not take 25 minutes to clean a restroom absolutely ridiculous. Staff needs retrained if they think thats acceptable

This is so disappointing. The bathroom looked like a bomb went off in it. The amount of beggars and homeless people was astounding. And the store was just down right disgusting. Its 4pm and I have never seen such a disgusting gas station.

It is sad that a great company like quick trip would hire such disrespectful and racist cashiers. Two different occasions when I have seen and heard two different cashiers talk down and disrespect people of color and different race then white. Such a disappointment.

Always clean and stocked with a variety of items. The food is very good and a great selection for breakfast and lunch. Some of is cooked fresh at the mini restaurant located right inside. They also have a car wash and the cashiers are extremely fast so theres never a line. They work hard on customer service and I must say they do an outstanding job.

Almost dumped my bike due to filth and oil on the ground mite be time to just use Chevron and not QT there cleaner and clerks didnt care so o-well tried no to get license plates or people in pictures due im posting this

As a driver for lyft I love qt. Whenever i need a bathroom break i can count on qt for a nearby and reliably open and clean restroom. Always friendly staff and quick inexpensive food keeps me aware of my nearest qt.

Im going to start by saying the staff is and always has been great there, but every time i go to get gas i get harassed for money by beggars. not cool, makes people very uncomfortable!

I bought gas and then got on the phone and forgot to pump. It was prepaid and I called a half hour later when I remembered and they had me all taken care of the next day when I made my way back. Thanks for the excellent service that I have come to expect and appreciate at quick trip

I loved this qt until I had a problem with an employee I had asked if she could change a bib because it was out I patiently waited (the store was not busy at all) my brother walked over and asked 5 minutes late if she could change it. She had attitude and after she changed it she came up to my 14 year old brother and told him next he needs to wait she was busy. So I told her off not only was she rude but to talk to a kid like that her name was Monica I tried talking to the manager but on a Sauterday managers dont work that is what I was told. B.s.

The workers are friendly, but the bathrooms have been DISGUSTING the 2 times ive found myself in this location. I understand this location is in a less than “nice area” but the bathrooms are Certainly not up to QT standards.

Every time I got gas, a lot of the people keep asking money uncomfortable 😣...!! If you say NO to them they gave you the middle finger 🖕 OMG! I unbelievable for this country anymore or this area!! I feel not safe at all! They need to do something for this!!!

I go out of my way to skip Circle Ks and 7-Elevens for QT all the time. Ive been to this one several times now and it is probably the most ghetto QT that there is. For example I just came out of the restroom where there was a man nearly undressed all the way with his clothes and belongings spread out over the counters while hes taking a shower in the sink. The management at this location seems to lack the ability to keep this kind of stuff under control. And they always have one of the urinals taped up with a black bag. The grounds outside are filthy as well. The only reason Im giving it two stars is because they at least still have fast service.

For being a gas station I am blown away. Such a friendly staff wonderfully pleasent. They always say hi and very fast. Great selection they got every junk food and sugarly drink possible. Love them and this gas station.

Always clean and well stocked but there are alot of money hecklers outside, its well lit. Friendly and fast staff only thing they could improve is keeping the brisk raspberry tea always on hand.. it has been varuous time that theyre out of stock

It was quick and easy to refill our tank, so we would be able to continue on our journey, the staff was pleasant and courteous to all theyre customers!!!

I used to like QT even after a cashier tried to beat me out of some money. For it to happen a second time by the same person is ridiculous. It makes me think he does this a lot to many customers I cant stand this place.

Buyer be warned... DO NOT GET THEIR SALAD!!I WENT TONIGHT and rht staff was putting new .fresh salafs out. So I thought great I dont mind a fresh salad nope the salad that just put out frozen, guess what you cant freeze lettce... Under all the chicken and dressings frozen lettece. I call and they day bring it back for a new one.... Yeah ok since the one I got was just put out. I am thinking they are all like this underneath the stuff they hide the lettece with... 5.29 for a frozen saladNext time Ill just go to Mc Ds and get one...

This isnt the first time they run out something in the qt kitchen ! Today i ordered 3 twisters and none of them got whip cream because they ran out of whip cream !! And on top of that my oreo twister wasnt mixed good ! FIX IT

I am a huge fan of QTs and will go a bit out of my way to get to one. I recently moved into the are of this particular QT on 67th Ave and Glendale. Of all the QTs I have been in this one is probably the worst. The store is not as clean as I expect QTs to be. The Frozen Cappuccino machine is never working right. When I brought this to the attention of the store they just made excuses and told me where I can go to get to a better QT store.

Called to order a pizza and the guy on the phone made it so difficult, never really took my order then hung up in the middle of conversation. Dont advertise your pizza deal if you dont want people to actually order it.

I went there today 8/31/19. I accidentally gave them the wrong pump. Well someone pulled up on the pump and used my gas. So I went back in there to get it switched and the asst manager said I couldnt get it switched but instead I would have to eat it and pay another $20 bucks. This was unacceptable to me. What if that was my only $20 bucks. These people are too busy and do not care about customers at all. You cant treat people like he did.

Those homeless beggars got to go obviously there are too much! Different beggars there everyday what gives? Is it laziness addiction? Idk i should not care but its frustrating
