I am So in love with my new brow pen. In addition to my new eyebrow addition, customer service was phenomenal! They were quick to respond to my concerns over my 1st order. They sent me a replacement so quickly. My new Brow Pen that came was perfect for me. Can not Wait to get my brown on! Let me say again customer service was awesome and answered me quickly 24/7. WILL be using them again!

Hey guess what!??! I Doug H. Came across a box full of these brow pens. Dark Brown. I met some cash badly and so Im gonna be selling pens starting right now. So, whats the retail price on them? I will charge only half price!!! Desk? Or no deal?

I was so excited to receive my Tatbrow, I ordered two pen. I try out on my hand first two strokes were fine after that no more lines, looks like a marker on my hand and eyebrows. I am very disappointed, thought this product would be perfect for me....but its not. Honestly, I would not recommend to anyone and I do feel like I have wasted my money.

What a scam! It says very clearly on their website you can return and get a refund. Now they are trying to offer me a 40% refund only. Makes no sense. The product is horrible too.

Used exactly one time. Made sure the cap was on securely and placed carefully in my makeup bag. A week later I went to use it again and the pen was totally dried out. Dont waste your money. You can get a cheaper version at a local store that lasts longer and is a better product. Very dissapointed.

Saw an ad on Instagram after I had recently got into makeup and my aesthetics. Shipping was quick Id say it came in maybe 8 days? Dark brown, super dope. My brows are dark but I wanted them full like Normanis. Newsflash: TatBrow held me down! Love the brow pen and will be buying more in a few weeks. Getting one for my mom too! A1 product!

THEY ARE STEALING FROM PEOPLE. This is a SCAM do NOT purchase from them. I ordered my pen back in MARCH, it is now September. They keep saying that my product is on the way and showing me its been in transit since July 9th. Ive reached out to customer service multiple times they are only willing to process my refund of 50% even though they havent even ensured that the product is delivered. They say they will not give me my full refund without me shipping the product back (which i will never receive). Ive put in reports to BBB and will be disputing this charge with my credit card to have the full amount credited back to me. This is a fraudulent company. BEWARE.

I saw there ad on Instagram. So, I purchased two TatBrows. After two weeks of not hearing from them or receiving my items I contacted them. Come to find out that my order was lost in there warehouse. My order never even left the company. It has been a long month of me emailing and leaving message’s, with no response from them. I’ve asked them in my emails to either refund me or reship my TatBrow order. It has been a month in a half since my purchase and I still don’t have the product or refund. What kind of company is ran like this? Not a very good one. DON’T BUY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I recieved my pencil and yes its just a scam seems like diluted in water no color and they are not responding for thr concern . Very bad 👎 😕 👎
