Don’t recommend working here or even suggest visiting the place. pay rate is lower than minimum wage, first day of work they had me doing the bare minimum and standing around, zero training/don’t care to train their new hires, or even dare pay them for the shifts they worked. management could’ve done better, learn better people skills, and LEARN TO SEND PEOPLE THE MONEY YOU ACTUALLY OWE THEM.

Pretty disappointed. I paid $50 for a Hippie Costume that only included 1/3 of the costume (missing headband and fringed boot covers) and all sales are final so I’m out $50 for a partial costume. Tried calling and waited on hold for almost hour with no answer so I just hung up.

Cashier was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She was interested in a boy her friend was shopping with and couldnt seem to focus on doing her job. When she asked a question, I would have to answer several times before she would ask again because she simply wasnt paying attention.

Horrible customer service. Didn’t tell us we were passed the return date when checking out. 1 minute after purchase, child changed mind and they wouldn’t let us return the item the credit card was just processed for. Rude cashier sent us away with fake, sarcastic “have a nice day”. Will never purchase here again.

Inconvenient entrance, had to park a ways from the storefront only to see the sign in the window saying to enter through the mall! Another football field to walk, I just walked back to my car... who plans these things?!?

The store was great but apparently a lot of people know that there was a line to get in because they could only allow so many people in the building at once and then there was like a good a half hour or so line to get to the checkout

Well stocked ... fun to browse. A bit pricey unless you plan shopping with coupons. No real help in the store ... youre basically on your own. But, the displays are fairly easy to navigate. Go with knowing youre gonna spend at least $100 bucks ....

This year this store is awesome. Its set up is great and easy to find things. There is do much in it and its not all cramed together. The clowns are fantastic so many different scary creatures and extras. Its at Arrowhead in the old Toys R Us.

5 days before Halloween and this place is nuts. The line was all of the way to the back of the store. The line moved really quick and the employees were very chipper for being so busy.

Halloween is my favorite holiday. Ive always loved coming to this store and looking at all of the animatronics, costumes, and decorations. If you havent been you must go!

Purchased a costume for my daughter less than 15 hours ago, didnt fit and so i went to return it. I was no told no returns after October 18th... Ummm yesterday was the 29th and it hasnt even been 24hours! Makes zero sense. Store assistant manager gave me a phone number that took over twenty minute to talk to customer service rep who was equally unhelpful. Will **never** shop here again!!! No wonder amazon is taking over, retailers forgot common sense in customer service.

Decent selection of costume genre but some costumes were ONLY for children or Adults, while others came in every size.

If I could less than one star totally would! I stood at the register waiting to pay and after waiting several minutes an employee walks up so I think finally someone is going to help! Um...nope he stood there looking around for something never bothered to ask if I was waiting to be helped or has anyone offered to help nothing he just was there doing nothing. I work in customer service and I simply couldn’t believe someone ignoring a paying customer. So I set the item down and simply walked out! You are a once year store wouldn’t you want all the businesss you can get. Just based on this visit I might just return all the other items I bought at another store and order online from somewhere else. Teach your employees about service!!!
