I loved the store when I went in for the first time, found some amazing goodies. However, when it comes to their return policy its quite disappointing. I purchased a $20 pair of raccoon socks, and after carefully removing the tag discovered that the thread on the inside of the cuff was frilled and undone, forming a massive hole only visible from the inside, something I could have only seen after removing the tags. When I called and asked if I could exchange the pair for a non-defective one, they denied me saying the tags must be attached and with the receipt. I had not worn the socks, still had the receipt, and there was no way for me to see the hole before removing the tag. So now Im stuck with defective $20 socks that are bound to fall apart. Horrible policy, extremely disappointed. Otherwise the store has great gifts. Just be sure to carefully inspect what you buy first.

Very nice place with lots of t-shirts, trinkets, and cool books :) staff is very friendly, and make you feel welcome!! 11/11 would recommend :)

I used to work there a few years ago. The store manager was very degrading and treated her employees very bad. Very glad I left there. Do not like places that treat their staff with disrespect and no consideration. If corporate has any questions, PLEASE contact me.

This store has a ton of fun gifts for all the friends in your life! My girlfriend loves the dresses I’ve gotten for her from this store. The crew is super friendly. Everyone from the general staff to the store manager know how to brighten your day. The product is fun and quirky and it’s where I plan to do all of my holiday shopping. I recommend it to anyone who walks by.

They watch you like a hawk. It makes me super uncomfortable as if they think I’m going to steal something. Very strange experience that happened to me more than one occasion with two different workers. If I need help-I’ll ask for it! You don’t have to ask me more than twice. I put things nicely away and I don’t need you following me and breathing down my neck!!! They have cute things and I purchased the first time only because my kids wanted shirts there. But after having the same vibe the third time-I’m not feeling it! Not giving them my business! Three strikes you’re out.

I love this store!!! Im from SD, came to the area to visit family and I absolutely love this place! The staff and owner are so friendly and the variety of fun, cute things in this store is so exciting. Definitely five stars and Ill definitely be telling people about this place when they come to visit.

If I could, I would give this location zero stars. I purchased a shirt online and it came in the mail and was unfortunately too small. On my order confirmation it says verbatim that products purchased online can be refunded or exchanged in any Attic Salt location. With that being said, I traveled 35 miles one way to the nearest location to onlybe told they do not refund nor exchange items purchased online.. this was me even physically showing them the confirmation order from their own website advising that it may be returned in store. Horrible business practices.I will never be shopping here again.

Very cute store! Found the perfect dinsoaur sweatshirt for my friend and they had an XL which can be hard to find. The prices could be considered high but its a specialty store so what do you expect. Very cute and funny shirts. Just awesome stuff everywhere!

The staff here are engaging and really fun to talk to! When I needed help finding a gift for my friend they were more than happy to help me! Plus the short girl wearing the glasses is super cute. If I could rate 6/5 I would!

The artic salt sells a shirt that reads( impeach the president).I will not shop at a store that disrespects President Trump. He as done more for the United States of America than any president in my lifetime .Do not shop at the artic salt, for it is harmful to our nation. Sincerely Dennis

I recently visited the Attic Salt store in Arrowhead mall. I found a shirtIn there front window that read sorry about our president. I found this disgraceful and very disrespectful to Donald Trump who is The President of the United States of America. Myself and my friends will not patronize the Attic Salt. I do invite you to move to the country of your choice other then the United States of America to sell your poor quality products.An American citizen who love his country. Eric
