Good price and friendly reminders

I have gone to this place once and I will never go there again, I bought a 3 piece set for somebody and it came broken in the box. When I brought it back they told me they couldn’t not exchange it, so it had to be fixed it took 3 days. When getting it back they tried giving me only 1 part of the 3 pieces, when I asked for the other two pieces of the 3 piece set and they could not find the two pieces. It took a very long time for the employee to figure out what to do, they later gave me a new one. They could have given me a new set from the begging to save a trip back. If I could I would give this place zero star, and also tell my friends to never buy anything for this store.

I ordered lobjet candles from them, they didnt have the one I was looking for, so they special ordered 3 for me to pick from. I was so happy with the service, they called in few days and told me that I can pick up my candle. They gave me a GREAT price and never pushed me to buy all 3 eve do it was a special order by my request. Ill go back to them for sure.They have amazing products and good prices.

This gift shop has variety of household items and kitchenware at really good prices. There are some nice small statues and art pieces as well. You can also negotiate the prices down a bit. It is a great place to buy expensive looking gifts at low prices, specially if you do not want your receiver to know the exact value. They may think you paid much more for the item.It seems the owners are a husband and wife. They were very friendly and helpful when I shopped there. They even did free gift wrap for me!

Great store, selection and amazing prices!

Extremely poor customer service. We purchased items and as they were being wrapped, my almost 3 yr old said she had to pee. They refused to allow us to use their restrooms and instead told me to take her to the 7/11 across the street. Its a toddler.

Absolutely worst service that you can get you are better off burning your money then spending it in the store.
