A couple of grumpy old men who have been selling tools for a very long time. My guess is that theyre sick, sore and tired of hearing from some schmo that you could buy the same tools for less through the internet (Amazon) over and over again. So why are they still there, why the 5 star review? If you dont know youre probably that schmo. SERVICE... That means they know youre name, know what tools you need (and) provide the tools and services that pros need to do their jobs. Oh, lets not forget the master tool repair guy who probably lives in Middle Earth. Who usually can repair any tool you have for less than 100 bucks. I could go on but I have to go to work now.

Make sure you come Monday-friday. the repair guy is genius the owner doesnt know anything.

Dont bother coming in. They have other things to do than help customers.

They have way more than most places but its best if you know what your looking before you go in cause they can be a little inpatient.
