Went in to buy some more racket tie down straps because we were moving. Found exactly what I needed and took them to the register. My cashier, who I think was a manager, told me all about the program you can sign up for to receive additional rewards. My husband shops in here all the time, so I decided to sign him up after making sure that there is Harbor Freight near our new home. The straps I bought became $7.99 each instead of $11.99. She was very friendly, not pushy, and I am glad that she took the time to explain the program to me. This is nice store with a good selection.

Very helpful employees, barely made it in the door before being helped without even having to ask. The nice young lady overhead my friend and I discussing what we were there to buy and immediately pointed us in the right direction. Other than that it was a typical Harbor Freight trip but it was great not having to track down an employee for help and then actually getting the correct info.

Found exactly what I needed, trailer harness and wiring, cheap price, quality products fixed my trailer issue quick and affordability. Thanks guys!

Whenever I call this place they will place me on hold for more than an hour and then I get hung up on. All of this after asking a simple question. I asked a woman to please check if an item was in stock and she didn’t even bother asking me for the item number. She simply placed me on hold and left me there. I’m sick of this treatment as I see when I call as a woman they treat me this way but when I ask my brother or father to call for me they immediately get helped. I am a frequent customer at Harbor Freight tools but I don’t know if I will be any longer after today. I’m completely appalled by this.

Have to be honest here! Just a little annoyed that I wasnt given the 10% discount for opening a new credit card with them on my first purchase with the account. Was told they would fix it on my next purchase. But I dont shop with them often so I have no idea when that will take place if at all. Will call the company and I am sure they will fix it. 3 stars for the inconvenience!

Harbor Freight has something for everyone and at decent prices. The only thing that bugs me a tiny bit is the line to wait in to check out. When this happens they are quick to resolve it.

They are my go to place whenever I need something around the house.The only thing I wish they kept the long black nitrile gloves in stock. Ive been buying those for 5+ years and now that people are panicking over germs I cant get my hands on them. 😏

The toy store for adult males to spend an afternoon browsing and buying stuff they didnt know they needed. You get what you pay for. Buy at these prices, you dont mind replacing tools after limited use. Great return policy, and always crowded.

Over the years, Harbor Freight gained a reputation for having cheap tools at cheap prices, and not in the good way, but with some sweeping changes to their line-up of manufacturers, I feel they’ve turned the corner from being just a cheap Chinese tool outlet to a strong player in the tool world. I’ve got a bunch of their (self-admitted)mid-level Bauer power tools and with one exception (the cordless angle grinder is severely under-powered,) they are great. The batteries last for days with moderate-to-heavy use. There’s a bunch of tools to choose from that use the same batteries-and they now have 3 different levels of battery from which to choose, and overall I’m perfectly pleased with the brand. And if I’m of that opinion on their mid-level gear, I’d have to assume everything ’above’ it is even better.So, kudos to the buying management team, to whomever decided that cheap tools are ok, but spending a little more for quality is something every American does and the recognition thereof is worthy of a corner office two floors up from where they started.And the store-level employees are solid too. They might could use some practical hands-on knowledge about what they sell, but from what I’ve seen, for the most part, they are willing to find info if they don’t know it, or full-on admit if they just don’t know, which is sooooo much better than trying to BS their way thru an interaction.I’d give 4 2/3 stars if I could just for the slight deficiency in that department and the underpowered tool, but since I can’t, 5 stars is still appropriate...Enjoy!

Sent me a coupon for 10% off ANY item with no exclusions. Except for the item I had. Supposedly it was on sale and therefore excluded. What a scam. Feels like a tidy lttle bait and switch tactic, which is illegal under the Lanham Act.

Very much enjoy this chain of stores, and the niche of merchandise they carry. Their staff is very friendly and COVID aware business... AND they carry many items that are helpful in protecting the public in the COVID fight... masks, gloves, etc.My only wish is that their suppliers would take the extra steps to improve the quality and endurance of their products. Ive surveyed some of their items, ranging from 5☆s to 1☆, and in my most resent purchase Im actually intending to make a return. The product was a fail, so well see how well their customer service skills shine. Still, this IS one of my favorite shopping place. Keep it real Harbor Freight!BeWell!

This man, the driver of this vehicle cussed, yelled and threatened us in front of this store because he didnt like where we were standing. He then got out of his car to start a physical altercation. When we called the police, he quickly left. He had a young girl with him, Im assuming his daughter. Be aware of him. He came out for this harbor freight store.

Fairly large store with about everything you might need (even stuff you didnt think you might need). Sometimes longer lines than you might want but thats how they keep the prices lower

Went there to get a floor jack and found out they where sold out. didnt even put a sign up saying sold out. didnt even ask if i wanted to order one and pick it up when it gets in. also the cashyer made a some what roude remark saying you are two days to later on getting it I didnt like that one bit. This is the first time I have had this bad of a experience with them and hope it is the only time.

The staff is wonderful and the customer service is fantastic! I couldnt find a product that I purchased. Went back the next day and the team said that they didnt remember restocking the item back on the shelf after I left. They sent me off with it anyway with the agreement that if by the chance the item showed up that I would bring it back to the store. Absolutely! Thank you.

I go the 43rd/ Bell rd . location quite often . The staff are always helpful and friendly BUT today was the first time one wasn’t . I bought a tool that was close to the $80 range . I had a 20% coupon to use but when I handed it to the cashier, his exact words were “ THAT DON’T WORK FOR IT “ . I asked if it didn’t work for that tool in particular and again, all he had for me was “That don’t work for it “ . I paid anyway, he handed me my receipt, said “ there you go “, no thanks or anything ... After reading the fine print, I noticed that item wasn’t applicable for the discount. ( Which isn’t my complaint) I still give the store 5 stars . Can’t let one bad apple spoil the bunch .

I want to thank everyone at this Glendale location. The policies they have in place at this time to protect us and their workers is much appreciated.
