I needed a battery as well as links added to my beautiful Michael Kors watch. The very cordial lady immediately assisted me and in very little time. I was very pleased.

My husband and I walked in 5 mins before the store closed and usually employees tell you “we’re closing soon” but not here. Susan and Chris told us to take our time and not to rush. They were very helpful and courteous. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced such EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you Chris for all your help and thank you Susan for not rushing us out.

Good staff. Seemed low on selection of items especially for leather bags compared to other locations. Maybe they were restocking at time I was there.

Got a Michael Kors watch for Christmas and they refused to resize it at the MK store for a few weeks. But when I walked in to Fossil they resized it for free, were very fast a friendly.

Never shopped here before. Best pocketbooks ever!!! Real leather. I bought a bag over $100 for a mere $67. They are having an amazing!!!! Sale on pocketbooks over $200 that will blow your eyebrows off. I like it because you dont look like everyone else with the played out Coach bags. I cant get enough of my bag/matching wallet.

If your going to sale a particular watches you should carry replacement bands for those watches. Especially when the watch is only 3 months old. Quality as someone said is great on their purses however I will never buy another fossil watch again. 3 months and a leather watch band fails. We went to purchase a new band which in all honesty should be warrantied. They had nothing in the store to replace what failed. As a consumer I will never spend my hard earned money at this store again.

Went to purchase a handbag, not one person said hello or even acknowledged me for that matter, and I saw 2 people without customers, standing behind the register and I made eye contact with one, nothing...I checked out the handbag, but because of the lack of customer service, I left. They saved me money by not doing their job, so thanks!

I recently received a Fossil watch has a gift and I decided to have it fitted the Fossil store when I arrived there was a line of five to six people ahead of me to get watches fitted I thought it was going to take a while but the line moved fast was completed any very timely manner.

The store seems to be out of products all the time, I am not sure why its like that. I came here to buy a smart watch, which i did end up buying. The down side of it is that it wasnt the one i wanted to get. I ended up spending $100 more on a smart watch because they where out of stock of the one i wanted and i didnt want to wait a week to get it ordered ot the store.

Employees are always standing at the counter gossiping about others or complaining about co-workers. Prices are way over priced. Quality of merchandise is not what it used to be. One store I can take off my shopping list.

They said it would take 5 minutes to replace my battery. 15 minutes later the manager heard me telling my nephew that it was taking too long. She apologized for the wait and did not charge for the battery. Normally these days stores dont care but this one did.
