I was so excited to learn they can do embossing in-store! Plus the ladies working were beyond helpful and friendly, I bought a wallet as a gift and they didnt mind redoing the embossing to make sure it was deep enough. The end product looked great and I know the recipient will love it :)
Today (11/22/2020) had a extraordinary customer service from the staff working the am shift! They were extremely very helpful, I would definitely highly recommend this store for all your Fossil needs. Thank to the am staff!!
Needed a battery warranty on my Q watch and the manager stopped the person at the door from helping me. Apparently 2 minutes and me not needing to be in the store for it was way to inconvenient.
Best staff. Very courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Took care if getting my sons watch updated and back to work within minutes. Will refer my friends!

Walked in the Arrowhead branch for a battery change, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The manager did for at no charge. I will be upgrading my watch there very soon! Highly recommended!
My sisters and I bought watches here years ago and I have been very happy with the high quality time piece and the exceptional service. We return whenever we need batteries or watch cleaning. Now that they have a new line of smart watches... you bet well be back for those as well!

Customer service is amazing! Manager at Arrowhead store went out of her way to take care of us! I have owned Fossil watches for a long time and I keep going back because of the quality of watch and the culture. They helped replace a watch that I have owned for over five years and wore everyday!

Had an amazing experience at this location, I had bought a hybrid smart watch in December and in June noticed one of my buttons seemed to not be working anymore so I took my watch to this location and explained my situations. The employee who helped me(wish I had gotten his name) was extremely nice and professional and actually tried to fix my watch himself and realizing the button was broken he replaced my watch right then and there no questions asked and actually apologize that my watch had broken. I had also told him I had just paid and replaced my battery in my watch. He kindly explained to me that I can get free batteries in store for life for my watch, I told him I live in Prescott and don’t make it down to Phoenix often and didn’t mind the cost of the battery but he gave me an extra battery to take home with me. Outstanding experience! A lot of reviews on here talk about poor customer service and management, they must have new management because my experience has always been amazing with this location.

Wonderful to see everything out, be able to touch and play with the products and try them out. Customer service was terrific as they answered my questions, made sure I was comfortable with my watch and ready to set up.

I was only in the store for a few minutes and somehow managed to have a bad experience. I purchased the Fossil Q Sport and after mentioning my wrists were too small (Ive been sick recently and lost a lot of weight) and that I just wanted to return the device, the worker had a snarky response about how there were so many people trying to get that watch with the recent sale and pushed to look for a replacement instead of a refund.Online support mentioned I could have my refund processed at the store, little did they know I wouldnt have anything processed and couldve done all the same work on my own without an off-putting experience. They told me theyd assist me in mailing out the unit and when it was received the refund process would start, ripped my shipping label off the order confirmation and said goodbye.I look forward to the Fitbit Ill be purchasing instead, Fossil was nicer looking but Im glad fashion isnt a priority.
Customer service is superb. I could not have asked for anything better.I visited this location to see about replacing a battery in a new Fossil watch I received over Christmas. I explained the problems I was having with the watch, and they decided to replaced the watch right there on the spot.There was no hassle and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.I would highly recommend this store.

Very cheap customer service experience with my first purchase for fossil watch.
I returned to this Fossil location after previously speaking to a manager (at this same location) about submitting a damage claim on one of my watches. Upon entering the store I was greeted by an employee who to I explained the reasoning behind my visit. She told me to hold on for a brief moment and went behind the counter. Moments later a manager short in stature walks up to me. Her initial greeting was quite mundane as far as it goes for first impressions, needless to say she wanted to know what I wanted. I explained to her that I previously spoke with a manger who explained to me that I have the option to surrender my current watch and apply the credit towards another watch. Without hesitation, this manager cut me off mid-sentence and told me that this is not how it works. Confused, I decided to remention that a previous manager stated this is the option that was available to me. The more I tried to explain myself, the more she felt the need to intergect.I decided to inform her that she was being extremely rude in response to my simple question. It was clear that she was growing more aggitated with each passing moment she had to spend with me. I asked her to provide her name - at this point Im sure you can assume she refused to do so. By this point other patrons are directing their attention to the escalating situation (please note: throughout this entire process I did not raise my voice, nor did I call her out of her name, I simply wanted to know why she was treating me so unprofessionally). Before I knew it, she was on the phone calling security. I asked for her name again, and after what felt like pulling teeth, she wrote her name on a business card as if she was being held at gunpoint to do so.Moments later security arrives, informes me that they dont care about our reasoning and we are being kicked out of the mall simply because ROSE wanted it so.Yes, this managers name is Rose. Please do not attempt to do business with this woman. She will trivialize your customer loyalty simply because she does not want to deal with it.
