I visited Louis Vuitton’s Americana location on 7/8 at about 6:45 p.m. I was greeted and assisted by Vernice who was very helpful, kind, and patient. However, my review is about the manager - Javier. Shortly after walking into the store with Vernice, Javier called her over with his finger in a very condescending manner and yelled at her for letting us into the store. He then walked over to my daughter and I and proceeded to yell at us while shoving his phone in our faces saying we weren’t on the wait list so we “better hurry up and not take up his time” (verbatim). He made a scene in front of the entire store, other clients were starring. I’ve never experienced such behavior in what’s suppose to be a luxury, professional setting. Vernice was able to alleviate the situation by apologizing for Javier’s disgusting behavior and still providing excellent customer service. I don’t believe someone who talks to clients and their coworkers in such a manner should be working for Louis Vuitton. I hope the right people come across this review and Javier is reprimanded.

I was at Americana LV last week shopping for an anniversary gift. I usually am so indecisive but Anahid, I believe who was one of the managers, patiently helped me pick out the perfect gift and made my experience just perfect. Thank you so much, will visit soon.

I visited the Glendale (Americana) store in Glendale California on 06/08/21. My experience was so severe that I almost had a heart attack or a mental breakdown. I visited around 6:45pm 15 minutes to closing to purchase a gift for my boy and I had the line concierge guy advise me that no matter what I was not getting in it was almost closing time, I asked to speak with a supervisor he refused, he racially profiled me, embarrassed me, let the person in front of me which he also advised was not going to get in which later he did let that lady in. I was the only soul that he did not permit. I spoke with the store manager Jessica an amazing person advised her on the full story she encouraged me to follow up with LV headquarters. I am so traumatized that words cannot begin to explain and I am thinking to contact my family attorney to litigate this ignorant unethical employee.

Gunner was the best Client Advisor we have ever met! The conversation flowed so naturally. We never felt pressured to buy anything and he was so classy and patient. I tried on so many different purses and did not feel uncomfortable with this CA. The experience was fun filled and positive in every way! Kuddos to Gunner. We will be returning again and again. Just wish this Pop up location will stay.

Im just speechless how rude can be the person who is the manager ( Monica ) of the store.We talking about the Louis Vuitton store where the manager Monica can allow her to yell at customers ( Im not even talking to say sorry or how can I help you ) and not even ask why they want to speak with her like she doesnt care about customers who spend thousands of dollars in the store. But I think they forgot one important thing, without customers like me they cant even allow buying bread for themselves. Its nonsense, I never saw anything like this non even in one store of Louis Vuitton. I dont know how this person got the position of the manager, but first I think the company has to review this fact, that she not even have a 0% of the customer service skills. She is better to sit at the home and not even go out with her unprofessionalism. Its just disgusting to have this kind of experience in Louis Vuitton.

I went to the new Louie Vuitton store at the Americana, Javier G was the manager who assisted me he was just amazing ! He made the impossible possible ! I am so happy that people like this exist ! Thank you again for everything you are awesome !!!!!!

This location almost always has what Im looking for. Staff is friendly. Wait times are usually short.
