Service itself was perfect.Now, dropping off the car was a little different.As I was instructed where and who to go see to take care of my car, I was introduced to Michael. He was just lounging on his chair. He did not even move an inch. He just looked up and asked what do you need not how can i help you. It was like I was doing him a favor for coming in. Really, I felt like he could not have given less whether I was there or not.Disappointing.Picking it up the car and taking care of my bill was just perfect.
I took my 2013 Ford Fusion Energi in to have the charging cord replaced under a recall and the service advisor, Ray Schuette,was very helpful. He even informed me of this vehicles warranty coverage that I wasnt aware of. I appreciate good customer service.
