I’ve been coming to this location for a very long time, and i’ve felt that recently there’s been issues with the cream cheese. It often tastes gritty, and when it doesn’t you get lucky. Today, however, i noticed patches of my cream cheese have yellowed, and this was right after i got the bagel. I really do love the employees there and they’re all really nice but i just wish the food was what it used to be.

Ordered an assorted bakers dozen and to be cut and somehow ended up with 6 garlic bagels, 2 pistachio, 3 whole grain wheat, 2 sesame bagels... I guess thats assorted but not what the description of the Bakers dozen includes. Wheres the 3 plain bagels, 2 chocolate chip, 2 cinnamon raisin, 2 blueberry, and 2 Asiago??? Thats what I ordered through the app, the description specifically says which bagels I will receive. Also they didnt bother cutting the bagels right? I called to let them know that I felt like I got the wrong order and it took me 3 tries just to find someone to talk to when I was just at the store 5 minutes ago. The phone Cal was a waste of time because not only did she not apologize, she made it seem like Im just trying to get a free bagel??? Not sure if that was because of her tone though. I guess they dont care about quality nor customer satisfaction l 😅 With all these garlic bagels, Ill be sure to not turn into a vampire. At least I was able to pick my two spreads to my liking, congrats that earns you 2 stars!EDIT: I feel like its company app fault for having a specific description of what comes in a Bakers Dozen Bagel w/ Spread and not the location, but with the customer service side, it could of been more efficient and understand, instead of dismissive and nonchalant, cause of this Ill change the rating to 3 stars.

Worse egg sandwich ever. Slither of egg abs a slither of avocado. Disappointing.

Those cooks should be given medals. Wow. So many perfect dishes, so little belly room.

Food was great fair prices

First time trying this place a couple of weeks ago. It was good, especially the breakfast food. Overall, satisfied.

Ordered five sandwiches bagels every one was wrong who put bacon on a veggie sandwich

Ordered Bagel with egg bacon tomato avocado. When started to eat there was no bacon in it. I clearly mentioned bacon twice.Also I was the only customer in the store at 4pm and both employees were sitting playing on the phones. The floor had sugar, papers from sugar or salt and other debris. they didnt care. 3 of 4 coffee pots were empty.Bathroom was gross too.

I stop in whenever I can. Service is great. Very fast. Love the food especially delicious variety of bagels and smears.

I like the place for the bagel variations, relatively clean. Its hard to find the place the first time but otherwise great.

Wow lots of positive reviews... well I guess I’m not as lucky, I bought a dozen bagels for Father’s Day... chewing bricks or a truck tire would be more comfortable. The bagels were all chewy like rubber!I was told they are fresh. Next time I’ll get my bagels at Walgreens...

Sandwiches today were great. I should have not ordered the Caribou drinks. I asked for a large and small, I was provided a small and medium. When asked about the size the cashier looked at me like a deer in headlights. I said this is a large and small and she said yes, I said that’s a small and medium. She agreed, I then hear a co-worker state we are out of large cups I told you. I received a refund on the drink, but did not have the whipped cream nor drizzle on top and wasn’t “slushy”. When I was handed my drink the drink had already separated. I stated this wasn’t right and the woman in charge didn’t offer to re make me a drink when she knew there was a mistake. Numerous customers were in the store at this time as well. I will try the other location to see how their staff is.

Einsteins (aka Noah Bagels) is a chain bagel place that you can find in most major markets east of the Mississippi. The bagels are all right for non kettle boiled and the sandwich variety is decent. I wouldnt go out of my way to eat at Einsteins but if its there and its breakfast or lunch time Einsteins is a decent choice for a bagel with a schmear, an egg sandwich, and a surprisingly good cup of coffee.

Bring a city boy from a Jewish neighborhood its hard to give this place 5 stars however their bagels are pretty amazing and the staff is extremely friendly also they are in glenview so close to home

Friendly! Sure beats $tarbuck$ for customer service and good variety. Clean well-lit seating area. Caribou coffee has Panera beat for serve yourself. Mmmmm.... pumpernickel bagels.

Num Num Num! Early Sunday morning, grab half dozen bagels and some plain cream and slice some tomatoes 🍅 maybe a little sea salt on tomatoes and enjoy your breakfast with some ☕️ coffee! You will not regret getting bagels or even sandwiches here!

Fantastic bagels and cream cheese! My fav is the chocolate chip bagel toasted with strawberry shmear (cream cheese)
