Got a new Jeep in September and has only been to the mechanics twice, and both times were here at Kracl Automotive. They have good reviews so I took it there when my Jeep needed its U-Joints replaced. They got it done within one business day and provided great service and even gave me a sheet that had recommendations. The price is descent for the great work and friendly service they provide. Both times I had Jordan help me and has my complete respect and gratitude for taking care of my Jeep. I HIGHLY recommend these guys! What a hidden gem, 5+ Stars! =D

This guys were SO nice. I stupidly dropped my oil cap into my engine block and couldnt find it. Neither could they but they searched for free and found me a replacement that in town and had it for me in twenty minutes for 16$! Two of the mechanics had connections to my area of northern Minnesota, so friendly, and fast. Thanks guys!

Homeboy Craig hooked us up! Were driving through CO and had issues starting up our rv. He had us come in asap and stayed late to get it all fixed. Thanks to him, we dont have to reschedule our trip through Utahs national parks. He did a great job and an incredible good price.! 😃

After I spent $2000 here for repairs to my 61 Willys, not only were all the wheels loose (actually wobbled on the road), but most of the work the mechanic did was total crap: loose manifold bolts, leaking gaskets, disconnected wires (once reconnected the lights worked fine), ruined new gaskets (fuel pump), improperly mounted fuel filter, improperly adjusted carburetor float (almost caught the engine on fire), loose distributor bolt, etc. The owner was a nice guy, but the mechanic was an idiot, and the costs were way inflated ($107 just to fill the differential; another $107 to install a fuel filter, for example). I was glad to see they have either moved or gone out of business. Worst Ive ever experienced.

Jordan at the desk deserves a 10 star rating. However, I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire and the technician helping didnt find anything wrong with the tire and said it was fine. I knew there was a huge issue and brought my car up to Sunburst auto care in Carbondale. Immediately, Sunburst found a nail in the tire and repaired it quickly.The lack of professionalism by the technician is ridiculous. Shows levels of inexperience, low motivation and disrespect to the company he works for. Lastly, he took a brand new box of girl scout cookies from my car I had JUST purchased the stop before. Who does that?!

Lifesavers! We were 4 wheeling in the mountains over the weekend far away from our hometown in northern Colorado when a bushing broke in the 4wd system of my Jeep. We were unable to shift it out of 4-Lo, making our trip home look very long and hard for the Jeep. After waiting out the weekend, we went in Monday morning, bright and early, and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem and send us on our way in only a few hours. And best of all, it didnt cost very much to fix the problem. As out-of-towners, we were definitely aware that some places could charge what they wanted considering we would not be repeat customers, but Kracl was not that way at all, they helped us out at a reasonable price.

We were on the way to Salt Lake City today when my truck lost power and died east of Eagle on 70. I called around desperately trying to find somebody to help me, and kept getting pushed farther west. I called Kracl and I unfortunately cannot remember the gentlemans name who answered the phone, but he was the first one willing to even look at it and help me with a diagnosis. We made our way via tow truck to their shop, and upon our arrival he immediately came out of the office and talked to me before I even got out of the truck. He knew who I was right away, and explained to me that his diesel mechanic was preoccupied but said he would look at it, and when I asked if I could try and find the problem myself allowed me to look at it myself. I found the problem, hardline from the common rail to an injector had busted, and showed him. He promptly hot ahold of Berthoud Dodge and had them fax over an injector line diagram, compared it to the line that was broken, and then drove his own personal vehicle to pick up the line, and brought it back, sold it to the, and allowed me to put the line on in his parking lot, all free of any charges or fees. He wouldnt even take a tip. Listen, if you are looking for somebody who is actually looking out for your best interest and wont play you and will go out of their way to help you, come to Kracl.

Sucked.... I told the owner what exactly was wrong with my vehicle. The vehicle was held for two days and I was told they couldnt figure it out.. Charged me $125 for nothing !
