We came to the Canyon staying at hotel Colorado. Halfway through had fluctuating tire loss. Closest place was pitstop per Google search.I cannot say enough about the care that we received. I wish I got your name but kudos to all involved!

From out of town and need to leave tomorrow and I am in the repairs business I understand that there is no guarantee but the guy absolutely chewed me out for even asking if it was a possibility to get it done in the next couple days... just say you arent capable and I would say thanks for your time... im having a bad day but someone else needs to get a rocky mountain high and settle down

This is my first ever bad review I have ever written, but boy do they deserve it. Went to wash my car. Put the $4 worth of coins in for 4 minutes of washing. It took nearly 2 minutes before the machine responded, and just as I started washing some jerk came out yelling at me that it was closed, but that was 100% not clear. He turned the machine off, and then refused to refund me. Told me it was my own problem. How do you treat people like that? I was nothing but nice. People like that dont deserve to be in business.

Needed to patch a tire during my last day there. The owner was pretty friendly and finished the job quickly within 15 minutes.

This place was great. We rolled in with a broken alternator in the middle of a road trip, and they had us back on the road in less than two hours!

Do not use the credit card reader in the self service wash. I inserted the card and turned it to rinse. I was just getting some road slime off. Used it for maybe 5 minutes and was charged $18.98. Not ever going back. I turned it to stop when I was done and it stopped.

I moved here less than a year ago and pit stop was recommended to me. I have had oil change and tire change twice and each time they recognized an issue with my old car that would have caused big problems if not noticed. I really appreciate their expertise and fairness-great staff-customer oriented service and good prices!

Close to the end a 36 day road trip around the USA, I needed an oil change. They did a great job that was fast.

It has a car wash that closes whenever it gets close to or under freezing. Thats all I know about the pit stop.

From out of town and car broke down over the weekend. Dustin was awesome! Even though he already had a full schedule, he got me in and was able to have me on the road by the end of the work day. I did catch the techs name that worked on my car, but it’s obvious he did a great job. Prices were competitive and service was beyond great! Highly recommend going to Pit Stop for all future needs.

These guys will do what it takes to get you back out on the road! They did a great job on my wife’s Audi and my Dodge Cummins. They are fair and trustworthy. I would refer these guys to anyone, I def. will be back. Thanks again Pit Stop!

I have grown up going to this place. They do a great job with service and oil changes and typically in and out style service. Car wash is fun and cool to take your kids to.

I thought Id give these guys a shot, so I showed up at 4:45 at this place with the two lube technicians standing in front of an empty garage bay smoking cigarettes with their cellphones in hand. I asked one if they had time for an oil change, he said he had to check the clock and they stop taking cars at 4:30. If they would have shown just a tiny little inkling that they gave a damn, I would have considered going back. But I dont think I would trust these guys to work on my vehicles.

They did more than what was expected!... I went in for a simple oil change. They fixed leaks in my car, and put air in my tires. Will most likely get my next Oil Change at the pit stop!

Went in to get an oil change, I picked the $29.99 option, everyone was very friendly. Then when I was paying the total was $58 bucks, so I questioned it and they quote said that they didnt have the oil I needed and put in a different one. This is totally a big Rip off and will never go back there again. I called them after the fact to see what they can do, and they were like it would of been $43 for the normal one after taxes. They are a bunch of liars and I will make sure I tell Everyone in the valley about how they are lying!

Despite all the negative reviews, I have been using Pit Stop to service my company vehicles for many years and NEVER had an issue that wasnt rectified. Theyve always been up front about costs and honored any and all warranties.

These guys are Grrrrreat!!! They are nice, friendly, knowledgeable and the place was clean.

This afternoon my wife took our car to service oil change. And a budget repair ee lever speeds. They said it was not possible to give an estimate because the personit takes care of that was gone. And if that were not enough dijerom that the problem of transmission. Which is not true is a piece which fits plastixa where the lever which is broken. The only option I give here is that. Realmentw the guys working in that place are not quite ready to solve any problems in cars. Only small services.

Came to this location for an oil change, they quoted me at $44.00, after receiving the oil change they charged $79.99 for the service. I was upset and said they quoted me at $44.00 he changed the price to $50+ the mechanics were inappropriate with guests in lobby. Very uncomfortable never coming back.

I have been doing business with the Pit Stop for over 15 years.They service my companies fleet of vehicles. I have alway recieved excellect professional service and know I am being treated fairly by people who are local and care about their customers.I just bought two new sets of tires last week and pricing was better than driving over to the big box store. I also had repairs done on two different vihicles and was happily suprises with the turn around time and the final bill.Thanks for the great service, fast oil changes, nice car wash and fair pricing.

Rip off! I was told 25 dolls for inspection and top off the fluids, end up with a 48 dlls bill. Will not recommend this place to anyone

We wont be going back! After one year the work they did on our fleet vehicle fell apart costing me and my employees time and money. We will never use them again.

Pit stop had my tire ordered and in the next day when all other stores in town said it would take 3-5 days. The owner did my paper work while a tech changed the tire. I waited about 10 minutes and left with a free car wash. I will come here again!
