Incompetent. They couldnt even charge my phone over 1 1/2 hrs. in order to transfer data. When I retrieved my phone, it charged in 20 minutes.

Brought my computer in for email troubleshooting. They found a couple of viruses, which I havent had in a long time, and cleaned up my computer within a few hours of the same day. This place is awesome. I wasnt expecting a same day turn around. I highly recommend this place.

I just need to compliment Micro Solutions, Inc.A few weeks ago I had my screen replaced because it was dropped and cracked. About a week after it was fixed, it started to lag out and the LCD broke. I have a new son, so I wouldnt doubt if it was dropped at some point or another or if it was just a freak accident. I contacted micro solutions and they responded quickly. They contacted the manufacturer and do to the looks of it, they couldnt warranty it. My screen is expensive to replace. I received a message and I was told they would cover the price of the screen. This couldnt have come at a better time. It is my sons first Christmas. I havent seen this much generosity out of a business for awhile. These guys are simply fantastic! I have had the pleasure of using them for my computer needs for the past several years at the office and they have NEVER let us down. We have 13 computers in our medical office and when we have a computer problem it can pretty much stop us in our tracks... these guys have gone above and beyond SEVERAL times to get us on track quickly. We have also purchased several computers from them and their prices are fair and competitive. Excellent service for computers and electronics. I was referred to them by other providers in the valley who can get the job done. They did what they said on time and under budget.

I brought in a MacBook Pro that had caught a tricky virus that was affecting internet and mail. Jon actually didn’t fully fix it the first time. But his diligence and research—it was an issue he hadn’t seen before based on the new Mojave update—was incredible. He made sure things were working perfectly before I left, and they have ever since. And all for a very reasonable price. He finished on a Friday afternoon and actually texted me his personal cell to make sure I didn’t have a problem over the weekend!
