Kevin is my favorite wizard. He built me a computer a while ago...windows 7. I sent him a panic email about updating to windows 10. A very fast reply let me know I could do it, and gave me a link to do so. Even though I have moved 2000 miles away, I like that he is still there for me.

Just had our annual computer checkup and I realized how long the Software Store has taken care of us.....22 yeas of excellent care. We have bought a few computer over the year and all from the Software Store. In fact the second desktop we bought has had a couple of upgrades, but is still running perfectly. When we began homeschooling our son, we were well taken care of with very good advice, a color keyboard for the little guy and much support through the years. He is now buying his own computers there. Thirteen years ago we moved 100 miles away and still drive the distance to take our machines there for service when needed as the owner has always taken such good care of us and truly cares about our machines. The hard drive was in bad shape so I was surprised when they called me to pick up my computer. It was fully restored and I havent had a problem since. Kevin was very well- informed and polite.
