Best store in the world best products Ive ever had I love this store the people are kind of snotty but thats cool its like it wouldnt be natural grocers if they werent and I think its great that they dont pass out bags I just take my shirt off usually and use it as a bag when Im there its a great store they dont even say s***

My favorite grocery store chain due to the reasonable prices, organic and local produce, and vegan selection. This store was larger than the one where I live and had a great selection. Eco friendly and always friendly staff.

LOVE THE NEW LOCATION! With the new location, the produce section is much larger with a greater variety. They seem to carry a larger inventory now and even have organic spirits. Staff is just as friendly as the previous location. Overall a win!

Love this store and love the selection! Its so nice to have options like this in the valley. Its very hard to find selections like this in New Castle or Rifle, and a pain to have to drive out to Carbondale. Very great that this store is here!

One of a kind place in the area, we felt so lucky to see it as we were getting ready to settle for target next door for picnic food. Everything organic, good products, great service! We will make it for next time we are in this road!

Its nice that Glenwood has one, but the selection is not great and its small for a natural grocers. The staff is not helpful when I ask questions and never helps bag.

Petco doesnt sell the dogfood brand I buy for my dog, but Vitamin Cottage does. They have a good selection but not big enough.I havent had a bad experience with them, and hopefully that stays!

Good vegetables and fruits

Rude. I needed tabasco, some nice vegetables, and a nutritional supplement on a vacation stay near here. I went into the Target next store for the tabasco, and then came here for the vegetables and supplement. In Target, I was greeted at the entrance, another employee asked if I needed help and walked me to the thing I needed, and then when I checked out there was a problem and another employee gave friendly service to help me out. Then I came here to Natural Grocers. No staffer said bupkis to me despite that I was here for a good ten minutes until an employee walked past me on an errand, I asked a question and she proceeded to tell me that she was fine and turned her back to me and walked past. Her attitude was clearly arrogant. The employee did apologize, but she was twice busy explaining to me why she had acted that way rather than just apologizing and making it right. I put my basket down and walked out. Its like these folks just landed on planet earth, and Natural Grocers was hiring people who had no experience at all being friendly. Can you imagine a place that makes Target customer service look great? Ill go to Safeway instead.
