Interestingly different Walmart with entrances on two opposite ends of the building. Its pretty disorganized in an intriguing way, and the layout is very unusual. Theres a large food section, though there is no fresh produce, and the refrigerator and freezer items are very limited. In the food section there is a huge amount of Hispanic product availability. We noticed a fairly significant tourist/souvenir area in this store also.

The best view from any Walmart I know of. Ive had great customer service and the staff has been friendly every experience Ive had here. Being in the mountains they have a hard time keeping things in stock. So if there is something specific you need take the time to call first.

Its a great Wal Mart ! Just recently moved back to Colorado ( born and raised ) 🙌But I took my kids shopping in Grand junction at the mall, ya know more selection of clothes appropriate for my young daughter right ? Nope. Everything for girls are belly shirts now 😑Went into Walmart on a work related trip. Glad I did ! They have clothes ! And cute ones for a young lady .. good selection of stuff there.

I dont know how many customers know that youre getting followed around the store by employees in plain clothes rather than putting on a uniform and actually being served I am a veteran that can spot tails a mile away. It seems to be an attempt loss prevention but, Walmart youve already lost.

Pretty good for a Walmart. Prices are low as you would expect and the selection is fine as long as youre paying attention. Ive caught a few products that are packaged to look higher end or from a better known brand.

An absolute joke. Trying to return one item and will be here all day. Asked an employee where the service desk was, unfortunately she didnt speak english.8 people in line and not a single person working the service return desk.Dont count on this small poorly run Walmart for much of anything.

They have hired a family there recently and because Im not friends with the family Im treated very badly if either of the 2 girls are working. They make sure to stop me and check my bags or other things like that. But really I have never taken thing from there to call for that treatment. Really they should look in too the reason for their new employees were separated from the last few jobs they had..

There were no Organic fruit juice. And got craft supplies. Seemed friendly and quiet.

Worth visiting just to see the city. Smaller Walmart with a very large clothing section, friendly staff. I disliked the layout and it took a while to find the regular old baseball caps.

Not a bad Walmart kinda small for a supercenter but still does the truck if you need something. They probably will have it. People are friendly there and where helpful for me.

Walmart needs to eliminate many of the self-checkout lanes and hire more people to meet customers needs. I am certain that mechanizing the checkout process has saved them quite a bit of money in paychecks, but it has cost them quite a bit in customer relations. Automated check-out also makes it easier for dishonest people to steal because I have seen customers slip items into their bags without scanning them. The few check-out employees that are working there cannot possibly watch everyone.

This Walmart is ok. Always empty shelves and lack of variety in the things I want. Never can find some of the things I need so end up shopping online for them.

Staff isnt usually that bad but its 50/50. I will give a shout out to customer service and some of the self check out hosts. So.etimes 2 of the 4 self checkout are waiting for an attendance but they are goofing off in front of the customers

I buy lots of a water drink called splash! The rack they keep it on holds a bunch, but usually its so far back I cant reach it, maybe keep a stick with hook to pull it up? Handy? Im 61, and not a small guy, I had to reach stuff for other customers after I got a broom to pull my stuff up!

Customer Service Associate, Alex Perez, should be promoted. She provided exceptional customer service to me. I called her store and her department in electronics. I asked which laptops she had in stock and that I was looking for the HP with the red case. She said she had the Acer in stock but not the HP. I said I would take it. I got all the way down to the store. She told me she had bad news and then good news. I asked her what it was and she said, The Acer is actually not in stock but I found an HP for you! Would you believe that it was the exact same HP I wanted that she knew I wanted and would make me ecstatically happy?? I thanked her and hugged her. You need thousands of employees just like HER!!

I ordered a charger for a bicycle I bought at Walmart. The charger was shipped to the Walmart at 3010 Blake street, Glenwood Springs, CO. I received an email confirmation saying it arrived at the aforementioned address.I drove from Aspen, Colorado to Glenwood Springs (60 mile round trip) to pick up my order.They couldn’t find it. General Manager Coach J.C. asked me to contact my roommate in Littleton, Colorado to see if it was shipped there.It was not!! J.C. said he would contact regarding the order. He did not!! I called Walmart, Glenwood Springs location, and spoke to Chris Randy, another General Manager coach, who advised me to check and see if it was shipped to my home in Littleton. The email I received clearly shows it was shipped to their address and arrived 7/12/2021 at 12:37 pm.I have now spent the last two days dealing with people who are clearly incompetent to do their own jobs, let alone train others to be General Managers.I will not be dealing with Walmart ever again.

The Glenwood Springs Walmart is the worst Walmart I have ever been in. Non of the workers speak English so if your looking for help in finding something your on your own. In the grocery department they dont even have onions, what grocery store doesnt carry onions. If I could have left less than 1 star I would have..

The store was clean. I was asked multiple times during my visit if I needed assistance. I wish I could remember the name of the one gentleman, he is always so kind. On more than 1 occasion he has asked if I need help, asked how my day was going,then wished me a great rest of my day. On another note this Walmart is well stocked and I rarely go there and dont find what Im looking for. The prices are reasonable.

Smaller Walmart. Don’t go here if you need any real variety in groceries. There is no produce at all and a small frozen food section. Only one restroom, not two like usual. However, they were friendly enough the let me use the employee break room bathroom. Great choice if you feel like going to Walmart usually takes forever to go across the store, this one is significantly smaller. I guess it’s not a super center than I’m used to.

On our way to Leadville, CO, we were stranded in Glenwood Springs for 18 hrs by the closure of I-70. Despite No Overnight Parking signs, the manager of the Walmart allowed several of us to camp in the parking lot. Thanks!

The store has 2 entrances. We thought someone stole our car. It was insane. Other people fid as well. It was scary then hilarious 😆

I went in for several reasons shotgun shells of course again theyre out sell shotguns but never stock shotgun shells thats just as lame As It Gets I did get the oil I need it for my truck the food selection very poor I realized its not a big Walmart but none the less disappointed

I needed replacement cartridges for our printer and they had them alright. Found plenty to buy there.

The layout, is something I have never seen. I am glad I was able to check it out. Literally, there are two separate entrances, at opposite ends of the building. What makes this location different? One side of the building, to the south is the grocery entrance. On a separate street, with different parking lot, is the general merchandise entrance. We found the items we were looking for with ease.

Whenever I go into a store even if its just because I need to use the restroom, that is what sells me on the whole store. The cleanliness and good smelling bathroom was a plus in my book. Was visiting and will definatley be back again the rest of the store looked great to!

Poorly stocked. Every time I drive over to Glenwood Springs I tried to get all of my shopping done in one place. The last three or four trips to Walmart in Glenwood Springs have been disappointing. I end up having to travel further to find what I need since the items I usually buy at Walmart are out of stock.

Looked at laptops for 11 minutes, went counter and waited 3to 4 minutes, no response. Wondered if I was invisible? Always have been polite and responsive, not today.Even standing here, several stood around with me.

Pharmacy lady ignored me twice, helped Latinos instead. Walked right past me and started speaking Spanish! Really!? Small for a walmart no fresh foods and typical bad stocking job.

Could be better. The shoplifting is ok, and the drug dealers dont seem to mind if your not wearing a covid mask. But we have got to do something about all the dang cops there. I mean come on. Wheres a fella supposed to go for some decent action in this town??

Staff is very friendly! We asked staff about some items we where looking for and they even walked us to the isle to find them! Also, this Walmart is: Very clean, Organize, you can find staff everywhere in almost every isle and thats very helpful because you can ask them for question and they can guide you! They have a good amount of registers open so the lines goes faster with a minimum wait! And lots of parking!

Good one stop shopping, flowering gardening plants looking better than in past years. Most vegetable plants to small to plant at this point in the season. There is not enough room to social distance coming in and out of entrances and exits when store is busy.
