Quick to get in for an estimate and then schedule body work. Everyone wears masks and keeps appropriate distance. Larry was fantastic. I explained that I dont need cosmetic perfection on my 2012 vehicle, I just need it functional and prevent rusting. He showed me a couple quick diy fixes and took care of the rest. Great!

Joe & Larry did a great job of returning my S60 back to pre-accident condition. They went above & beyond with the quality of repair & kept me update all along the way. They also made working with both insurance companies much easier resulting in my deductible being waved with no out of pocket expenses. 10 out of 10!

Boulevard Collision repaired my Forester a couple of years back after a rear end collision caused damage to both the front and rear of the vehicle. The experience was perfect. Communication was excellent and the repairs were flawless. There were no new squeaks or other anomalies. I would not hesitate to give them my business in the future. VERY happy with the work.

They didnt tell me when I dropped off the car on the scheduled day that they forgot to order the bumper for my car Then they didnt return phone calls for days. I had to keep calling them trying to get ahold of the right guy. After excuses they finally admitted they forgot it. I ended up having to wait a extra week to get my car back. I had to pay for a rental car for a extra week. They never offered to cover the extra cost on the rental car. Then when I went to pick up the car it was not right! They tried to reuse parts that should have been replaced. I had to wait for them to get the right parts again. After that I found out they forgot the hardware for the parts and they had to order that as well. More delays! When I eventually picked up my car the final time the repairs were done right. However they didnt bother to wash the car. I was expecting a clean beautiful car and instead disappointment again. There were some other things as well... They failed multiple times at multiple things! Very disappointed.

Jerry and his crew are amazing! Thorough and detail oriented work. Car was in the shop for about a week having some minor work done and I was kept up to date on the whole process, timing and everything. Jerry personally called me himself and obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. My car came back spotless, shiny and brand new. Looks absolutely beautiful!!

I had considerable damage done to my 2019 Volvo after an accident in December. Thankfully no one was injured. Jerry handled the entire process for me and was upfront about the timeframe They delivered the car 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The quality was perfect, the car is like new. I would highly recommend.

Easily the best auto repair experience I have ever had. I was in a car accident which I quickly found out is quite stressful even after the collision occurs. Larry at Boulevard auto took that stress off my plate and made everything extremely easy. He went to bat for me on an issue where the insurance company was trying to get out of covering some of the costs and made sure that I didnt pay a cent out of pocket. He kept in constant communication with me during the whole process. I will continue going to him and refer anyone I know to him for any auto body fixes going forward.

Brought my volvo in for body work and repair after someone hit the front of my car. They handled everything and answered all my questions. Had to bring it back in as there were some small mistakes they made that needed to be fixed but were all humans. However they corrected it all as fast as they could. Very happy with their work. The gentleman who was taking care of me even stayed after hours so I could pick my car up before the weekend. Nice people... Quality service...

Their customer service is top notch! I was rear ended and had quite a bit of damage to my trunk. Larry kept me updated on the status and timing of my vehicle regularly and did a superb job on the body work. My car was also cleaned and detailed when I picked it up! Would highly recommend - high quality work and amazing customer service.

Boulevard did a fine job fixing my bumper & fender following a collision in a fairly timely fashion. I do wish they would have communicated more with me during the process as the only communication we had was when I would call them to find out the status of the repairs and discussion with my insurance company.Also, they didnt completely finish the job as they took my license plate off of the (damaged) cover and applied it directly to my bumper rather than furnishing a new license plate cover. I never contacted them after getting my vehicle returned regarding the license plate cover so I cant speak to whether or not they would replace it.As others have said, I hope to never have to do business with them again but I would likely return to this facility for repairs and recommend to a friend.

I went with BLVD simply because my insurance listed them as an option. they consistently went above and beyond, made some accommodations for me to make this whole repair less of an ordeal. I will be back again....although I hope to not get in any accidents.

After calling them I dropped my keys in the after hours box and called back the next day for an estimate. The work was done well and the new body panels were nicely painted and blended with the existing body work. I will use Boulevard again if I need collision repair.
