I had the most wonderful experience working with both Terry and Rickie - I had severe damage and was deemed a total loss from the incredible and thorough work from this team. They worked quickly to expedite the process and were over the top helpful.They are extremely responsive, willing to go above and beyond with their customer service and their overall knowledge and advice is second to none.A true Minnesotan experience as far as kind and graciousness and would recommend 10/10 times and wont go anywhere else in the future if ever I need to.Thank you Terry and Rickie for a superb experience, excellent to meet and know you both!

Extremely professional with great communication. I was kept up to date on the progress of the car and was very pleased with how they returned the vehicle back to me. It was such a nice surprise to see that they had completely cleaned the inside of my car as well. I had a lot of dog hair and sand in the back and they cleaned it all up for me, I was not expecting that and it was a nice surprise to get back a very clean car. Thank you!! I will be back.

I had body damage repaired at CollisionCenter1. I visited a couple other shops but chose CollisionCenter1 because of the favorable, caring and attentive attitude and response I received from Terre Geffre. Work was completed professionally. As a bonus, my car was washed and detailed inside and out. Had not expected that but it definitely solidified the positive feeling. I would recommend them without hesitation.

This is a professional place with great staff. Very happy with my experience with them.

Went in with front end damage (bumper and fender). We got our car back from them good as new! I didnt see any imperfections at all. Everything was straight with no gaps, bends, drips or chunky paint. An awesome job by an awesome crew!

They were my 3rd stop on Monday morning to find a shop for my wheel opening molding - it was detached and I needed it fixed before my trip this weekend. They got me an estimate within 10 minutes and ordered me a part that arrived the next day! Came in this morning and they got it fixed within 30 minutes. Super happy with the service and professionalism and quality! Definitely will be my new go to shop.

Brought in July 28, 2021 for front end repair. Get a call headlight showed up cracked and will be another week. 6 days later get a call there’s a puddle of brake fluid drivers side rear wheel and that I need to call CarX and talk to them. Long story short CarX wanted $1,600, had it towed somewhere else and $376 later (not $1,600) all was fixed and now runs great. Cluster from the beginning, poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Dropped off my cars for repairs, they fixed the damage but also scratched up my passenger window tints really badly and claimed it was like that when I dropped it off. The CEO literally laughed in my face when I brought the issue to there attention and said there’s nothing they could do about it. Extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great place! I got a few quotes after scraping one of the doors on my truck, Collision Center was $5 more than the lowest quote I received, but this place was closer to my work, and Terrys customer service was great. Scheduled the service for two weeks out, dropped it off, 3 days later received the truck back looking like new. They detailed the entire interior and exterior, which I wasnt expecting. Would definitely recommend.

Terry and Rick were terrific in getting my car repaired back to its original condition. Their attention to detail and keeping me informed during the entire repair process was perfect. They are simply THE BEST!

I have dealt with Rick at Collision Center on several occasions. He has always been very good to work with and did a good job of keeping me informed about the repairs on my vehicle. Both repairs I have had done I have been very happy with, they do very good work. Each time my car was repaired it was thoroughly cleaned and detailed. I have always been very satisfied with Collision Center.

Brought my car here expecting this to be a great shop from the cars I saw there. Boy was I wrong car wasn’t finished the first time when they said it was done. I heard some noise in the front end thought it was my brakes boy was I wrong both front springs were broken the car is a 2008 and there was no suspension issues before it was brought in. I would never go back it almost seems like someone took it joyriding..

I have been using Collision Center for more than 20 years. The work is top notch, and the people are great to deal with. I highly recommend them.

In a word, they were awesome (and I am as picky as they come). I got bids from MULTIPLE shops, but these guys were the cheapest, most flexible, most honest, thorough, and they did an excellent job. My car had front end damage to the body that they straightened out beautifully (even though I only asked for approximate, just enough to make everything fit). They installed a new headlight, new tail-light, and were willing to let me purchase parts myself that were used and cheaper. They charged only for reasonable labor. I would definitely recommend them.

I didnt get work done and they have a long wait, but they were very friendly and honest when giving me an estimate and making recommendations. Any place that recommends not getting expensive work done is a good place in my mind.

Got a quote on the body of my car in approximately 15 minutes. I worked with Terry Geffre and he was very helpful and let me know hed do a lot of the work with the insurance company so that I didnt have to, and that hed make sure its a seamless process to get my car fixed. I have to wait to hear back from the insurance company, but I was very thankful for the excellent service and their ability to give me a quote very quickly.

I went to this location because it is close to my house and I had a scrape and dent. After I filled out the forms giving all of my contact information and indicating that this would not be an insurance claim I was told to wait. Wait for what? Apparently no one, because I waited and waited and waited. No one ever said another word to me, Not Kevin the reception guy nor any of the other dudes who wandered through and ignored me completely. After 20 minutes I asked Kevin how much longer and he said whenever somebody comes up. I didnt want to still be sitting there next week, so I left.

Wonderful service and would almost be worth it to get into another fender bender to go back. Just kidding! Great experience.

The staff and quality of work they do is outstanding

In my experience one of the best shops in the Twin Cities. I have what is called a tri color finish, which is very difficult to match with adjacent panels. They blended the panels and you absolutely would never guess the car had any repairs. They have been in business over 43 years. The craftsmen they employ are true professionals. Wouldnt consider taking my car anywhere else!

They have a great staff and Terry kept me in the loop through the entire process. The only people I will allow to fix my vehicle.

I had a deer hit my car... Not fun when you have liability. So i called and asked on what it would cost to repair the door cause i was having a problem finding the part. they went out of their way to find a part for me! excellent service would recomend anyone to them.

Did what they said they would do; had my car done when they said they would; fixed it right for the cost that was estimated; have good, quick communication with my insurance company; pleasant, attentive employees; clean, comfortable front office area, and they washed my car before I got it back.

Had an accident over winter and they took really good care of me and my vehicle. Id give 10 stars if I could.

Collision Center did a very good job repairing damage to the front end of my SUV after hitting a deer. Damage was minor but after the repair it looked like new. Took two days longer than quoted due to dealer shipping parts to wrong address; frustrating but not Collision Centers fault. I would use this shop again.

Waste of time and total joke. Called about bringing a vehicle in and find out their time frame, was told to come in. When I get there they tell me the three weeks behind and I would need to leave their vehicle for the week to have it looked at... Waste of time coming in.
