I have taken my cars to them three times for hail damage repair and they are super knowledgeable, friendly, VERY TIMELY, excellent at communicating and keeping me posted on the status, flexible with scheduling and so reasonably priced. I had the best customer service here, Communication was on point and i loved it! I really also loved that they work well with enterprise, I got my rental their and was even able to leave it their instead of taking it to enterprise! They did great work on my car it looked brand new definitely recommend coming here if your looking for great service done to your vehicle it was pricey but worth every penny.

I hate to say that I have needed to use Mahnke 4 different times (4 different vehicles), but I am happy to say that I have had great service all 4 times! They have been exceptional in matching existing paint colors, including several cars that had multiple layer paint technology. I am hoping to take a nice long break, but if I need further auto body work, I will definitely be back!

Horrible service. Took my vehicle in for an insurance estimate. It took them almost 3 weeks to complete the estimate and upload the required documents to State Farm. Meanwhile, my vehicle has been sitting in my garage as it cannot be driven without working tail lights. During this process, Mahnke NEVER returned a single phone call despite promising me that they would. I made 4 phone calls, each time they promised to get back to me within a certain amount of time and never did.

I needed a minor repair which was covered by insurance done by Mahnke Auto Body in Golden. They handled the claim and made the necessary repair in a short time with minimum of expense. I appreciate their attention to detail and efficient handling of the claim and repair.

I scheduled over a month out an appointment to get my bumper fixed. Was called the day after I dropped my car off informing me that they hadn’t checked the new bumper when it came in and they aren’t going to be able to complete the work till the next week.

Professional, high-quality and timely service! I had a tighter timeline for getting the repairs done, and they were very accommodating to that. Will definitely be my go-to auto shop for any sort of dents or auto repairs.

Avoid this peculiar unprofessional repair shop. My insurance company towed my Jeep to this shop on their preferred list. Mahnke took 5 days to come up with a repair estimate, and another five days to decide whether to fix the vehicle (they were thinking about it), and then chose not to repair (cosmetic damage). No reason given. Money was not the issue. Communicating with this business was difficult and awkward. The intake person gets temperamental when you ask too many questions and answered in vague non-committal responses. Mahnke Auto Body wasted two weeks of my time when my Jeep with a snow plow was much needed. There was no consideration for the needs of me the customer.

DO NOT USE THESE WANNABES I used this shop because it was a preferred shop with my insurance company. Called to confirm completion two weeks ago. QC found paint problems. Another week for them to paint again. Called to verify it was ready the next Thursday. Will not align needs new parts. Will call on following Monday. No Call, followed up on Tuesday. Part should arrive today but they do not know if it will fix the problem.I reported these clowns to the insurance company. I intend to have all work validated by a real shop.RUN AND HIDE FROM THIS SHOP

Our car was attacked by an elk in Evergreen this afternoon. It struck our rear passenger door. The result, besides considerable body damage, was that the window would not go up. We are in town from Cincinnati, and we really needed to get the window situation corrected prior to heading home. That is were Mahnke Auto Body came to the rescue. I called their office at 4:45. They close at 5:30. I explained my dilemma to them, and they said if I could get to their office soon they would take a look. I arrived and they took my car right into their shop. In less that 20 minutes they were able to get my window up. The manager pulled the car out and said to me Your all set. I asked her what do I owe you? She said NOTHING. I was shocked and very appreciative. This is a great story, and I highly recommend using this company for your auto body repairs.

My vehicle went into the shop to be repaired (Accident that was covered by State Farm) and within 11 days, my vehicle was ready and complete. They were fast, the quality of their service was beyond exceptional, and their customer service is incredible. Honestly, I usually say some bad **ish about service and maintenance, however, I couldnt NOT say good things about them! Thank youuu guys!

They push out really good quality work. Some staff is not the friendliest (maybe it would be nice if they smile once in a while) but some of the front ladies were very nice and courteous. I would go back again because I know theyll do a thorough good job and on time.

I had a lot of damage to my car from the most recent hail storm and needed to get my car in quick as I had lost my back window and could not drive it. Mahnke got me in quick, Laura kept me up to date through every step of the way while my car was being repaired and I got it back quickly too. They were GREAT!!!!

Laura took what would normally be an incredibly stressful and painful experience, and made it so easy for me. The insurance company that I had to deal with was an absolute nightmare, but Laura walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. If I am ever unfortunate enough to need bodywork again, I will not go anywhere else! Laura, you better not leave!

Hit a deer with my truck-had the repairs done and ended up having to take it back 6 different times to plug in dangling air sensors, fix loose head lights, windshield washer hoses, on and on. The bumper they put on is rusting out. The lifetime guarantee is a joke. Clear bra is curling and shrinking. The Chevy emblem on the front grill has curled and again no warranty. A head light that I bought for the opposite side from the original damage was an extra $224 (their cost they said) and it went so cloudy that it could not be buffed out. They did not warrant the headlight. I found the same-- new replacement headlight for $27.00. Unbelievable that they would shove me down the road over a $27 headlight. I will never take another vehicle to these people. They would not return my e-mails ( when that was the way they wanted me to communicate on things). Long story short they just lost a customer for life over bad work, and not living up the their lifetime warranty agreement and charging me sky high for a $27 headlight. watch out !!!!

Kept me up to date the whole time my car was in the shop, the finished product looks perfect! Staff was very friendly. Hopefully I never need to, but if I ever need body work done again I will go back to them.

They handled my hail damaged vehicle. It was done in reasonable time and it looks great. You cant tell it was ever damaged.

Very disappointing customer service and lack follow-up with customers.Their policy appears to just rely on the customer to have to constantly call them to check the status when they make no effort to meet promised deadlines for completion of the work. Calls to check the status result in vague and misleading information as to when your vehicle might actually be ready.

Sloppy work, and no integrity to own up to the new damage they caused. Took my vehicle there because I thought if they charger top dollar, and were busy they were worth it. But these guys had a problem 1st paint matching my vehicle so it took about a week and a half to do it twice, for the bare minimum spray job. On top of it my vehicle got a new gouge in the side fender flare, and they stripped out my fog lights. I know these guys were the ones that stripped out the fog lights because when I took them out right after, you could see the fresh plastic in the course threads of the screw, and they were so stripped out I could turn them with my finger, obviously these guys didnt give a care in the world. At this point Im just so sick of these guys Id rather just deal with it on my own, 150 a peace for each fog light and the thought, these guys didnt give a $#!t

Ug...I was told 4 weeks for my hail damage repairs when I dropped off my vehicle. I had made an appointment almost 4 months prior and had provided them the estimate from my insurance company so they had an excellent idea of the work that needed to be done. NO communication from the shop. It was 6 1/2 weeks before I got my car back. Bottom line was they were NOT honest with me on anything. The returned my car with the paint on the hood chipped, part of the rearview mirror not assembled right, paint on both my front seats and dust from the repairs everywhere ... basically they did not clean my car for delivery. DO NOT USE FOR A LARGE BODY JOB. It will be way too much for them to handle!!!!

Won’t provide any quote range to remove a car door and install a new one provided.Not repair - just exchange a car door.I’m expected to drive the car and the new perfect door which just needs to be attached - just to get a quote or even a range.How much more likely are they to quote higher once someone has gone through the effort to drive there for a quote and then again for an appointment?Who I spoke to specifically asked (first):1) If I’m paying out of pocket or insurance?2) this is less than an hour appointment?3) does the new door needed any work?All questions indicate this project isn’t big enough to schedule if they can’t overcharge my insurance.I am glad they are doing so well but I would rather they just say they don’t take on this kind of work rather than offer to waste my time.

I live in the neighborhood up the road from this shop. They always have an unreasonable number of damaged vehicles lining the road. The vehicles are precariously parked 3 and 4 deep in their front lot. They move the vehicles at night, but during the day its a mess.

Sadly, in early May we had a hail storm. I was one of the first on the list, with me going straight there. Understanding their machines were down from the storm is acceptable. Today, I went in and found out that my last name NOR claim # was in their record. The earliest they could get me an appointment was October 4, without willing to help for the $500 deductible. (This was with the check in hand from my insurance company). The part that upsets me, is I wasnt in their system and was easily the first 200... (When I showed up the day of the hail - I was roughly 120 on the list according to the receptionist that day). Why does it take six months, seven once they get the parts, to get me even in their system?

Horrible customer service! Our truck had been stolen but was recovered and had some damage due to the person that stole it. When we took it in the accused us of causing the damage ourselves. They then did a horrible job on the work that needed to be done. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible communication. They have had my car for 3 times longer than I was told with no explanation. They have no loaner vehicle. Will not return calls when they say they will.
