A person in a red Nissan Rouge car with the large Icar logo on the back window almost hit me while driving in rush hour. This was an intentional maneuver as they sped around me and cut me off. I expect Icar to hire better people driving its name around.EDIT: The owner responded saying that logos are on every car sold. I want to make it clear that this was a large sticker on the back window…I doubt any customer would buy a car with a window sticker taking up the entire back window. I’m confident this was a company vehicle.

UPDATE: I was given extensions to reach the owner and manager, and when I tried both, the operator said the extensions were invalid. It’s now been a month.Was told over 3 weeks ago that the dealership owner would call me back. I’ve tried 4 times since then to get ahold of him. Hoping this review will help speed things up.

My daughter and I purchased a Honda Odesey in March of this year 2021 for her and her 4 kids, with in just 5 weeks the car started showing some serious issues with overheating and unable to pick up speed. We had the car looked at and were told the transmission was going out on it, $3000 repair. Obviously this isnt covered under the warranty. The car is completely inoperable and it is only September we paid $5200 for this vehicle and never drove it over 1000 miles.I am very disappointed and wish the laws were different when it comes to stuff like this. Dont buy a car here!

I called about a Tacoma, spent some time on the phone asking questions, said Im coming from 2 hours away, can I see it this afternoon, if I buy may I leave my truck, all good...I drive 2 hours, the thing is broke down. Power steering. I kept my cool, thinking maybe this will just lead to me getting it cheaper. I left my name and number, said call when fixed or you find something else.They never contacted me again. Eventually I bought elsewhere.

Scam Artists. Please do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them.UPDATED 2 weeks after purchase: No wonder they wanted to push our financing through to get our down payment and trade-in. The mechanic who inspected it said he’d never seen anything this horrible in 30+ years of being a mechanic. He was surprised we even got it home from the dealership, as it is in unsafe condition.The frame is rusted and was painted over so you couldn’t tell. This was obviously not disclosed info. Picked up an excellent low mileage car that drives like a dream!

They sold my friends a truck with rusted frame that is totaled, and requires thousands to fix.ICAR is Standard they do not follow and is misleading name.

Bought a car April from Icar automotive, the 2nd day I had it a check engine came on. Well of course I didnt mind to much as they sold us a warranty that would cover it. So that week I took it in go Giannis Repair which is where they told us to take it, my cars fuel pump cam follower had ruined the camshaft and fuel pump itself and had to be replaced.The damage was there before I bought the car, as the mechanic showed me how the whole piece was worn though completely and metal got in the engine parts, that kind of damage doesnt happen instantly, after some research they have to be changed every 50k miles or they wear through after time due volkswagens design, the car was at 106k when I bought it and obviously the part was already worn through and destroyed after I had only driven it about 50 miles those 2 days I had it, when the check engine light popped.So flash forward to now, I called Icar the warranty company doesnt cover it at all, it took 3 months of Icar arguing with them to get them to send a third of the cost of repairs. The repairs totaled around $2,000, and we were stuck left to pay around $1400 out of pocket. I felt like Icar could have done more to help me as this happened right after I bought the car and they said the powertrain was covered (fuel pump, camshaft being under that) it was even listed on the warranty paper work they gave us, and on the company warranty website. But the car was faulty before I purchased it so the warranty company didnt want to help at all at first, and then ended sending me a 1/3 of the check I needed for repairs.So basically Icar screwed me $1,400, lied about repairs being covered, and sold me a car with the top half of the engine already broken before I even signed the paperwork. I was actually going to leave a 5 star review if they could help us, but now definitely not now.They guys who work at Icar were nice and friendly I had some hope with them, but after so much wasted time and not even getting the whole repair covered I would say dont buy a car here. I had a few questions about a vehicle I had seen online, the advertisement in BIG and BOLD letters say “financing available” even gave me a rough estimate of what the monthly payment would be, I texted the number listed to inquire about the vehicle and immediately from the start I received very vague answers, I.e. I asked if there was any unlisted problems with the vehicle, or any previous problems, the only answer I received was “car has no problem”. And then I was told I CANNOT finance the car. WHY IS THE AD STILL UP THAT SAYS I CAN? AND WHY DOES IT GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF MY MONTHLY PAYMENT?Glad I dodged a bullet with this place, based off of some of the other reviews you’re better off building your own car than trying to buy one from here…

This is one of the nicest most professional dealership I ever seen! I love the inventory they have. I Bought a very nice car that I had for a little over a year now with no issues, also their customer service and the warranty they offer is great.

Make sure you get a PPI done before buying here. Sales guys were nice when purchasing, but already put in 2k into the car just to keep it running since I bought it January.Needs another 1500 for a suspension refresh just in parts.Good sales experience, but be careful with car quality.

I had an occasion to stop at Icar Automotive to see if they would appraise my vehicle for the purpose of getting a new title. I was greeted in a professional manner, even offered a mask as I had left mine in the vehicle. In a matter of minutes the appraisal was done along with the necessary paperwork required by the state. They would not accept any money, only asking for a customer review. I rate at five stars ⭐️

Be careful. The cars are clean, staff are friendly. But the internals of the vehicle are not carefully looked at. Great place if you want a fixer upper and have money to do it. But when the thermostat and oil light comes on the same night leaving this place. Called dealer and provided nothing due to no warranty just as is. Even though it was mechanically cleared. Had to park a roughly $12,000.00 car within a month of purchase. Turns out, that it only costs $8,000.00 to fix. So yea...be careful with them never judge a book by its cover.

My husband and I purchased a Porsche Cayenne with a warranty that the dealership talked us into. Since we brought it home it has had multiple issues. It threw 17 codes the first day. It has a leaking turbo and we contacted warranty service and they said it’s not covered because it’s a pre existing condition. We contacted the dealership and they said it was checked by a mechanic when they bought it and nothing was wrong with it and to go through the warranty. We took it to the shop and went through the warranty with the mechanic and the warranty refuses to cover the repair saying turbos are not specifically listed. They are not specifically excluded either. Now it needs a new steering column due to a malfunctioning module inside and the warranty doesn’t cover that either. So basically we are paying an extra $2500 for a warranty that doesn’t cover anything at all.

What a joke. Wanted to sell me a rust bucket of a 4Runner that obviously had been painted with over spray everywhere. They claimed to not know anything about it. Sunroof didnt close and many other issues. Also were asking more than it was worth seeing the issues it had. Make sure you do your homework on the car your looking at. My other gripe was when I returned, someone had out their gum on the middle of my hood while it was parked right in front of their office windows.

The people here lie and don’t tell you all the information. The took over a moth to get me my title for the car. Then when I took the paperwork they didn’t fill it out correct and had to go back to there office so they can do they’re job correct don’t buy your car here

While the salesmen there from Moose to Faras were pleasant to deal with, their dealings as a company are very poor. I purchased a vehicle on July 3, picked the vehicle up and drove to Colorado Springs on July 6. The vehicle broke down on my way back home, not even 83 miles. I am thankful I purchased a vehicle warranty however, even what I was told about the warranty company (Royal Admin) was not true. I have records and over 2 pages of each person who I spoke with and what I was told. I was unable to even drive the vehicle until the month of November.However, while I must take fault that I did not have the vehicle checked over by MY mechanic before purchasing, I am quite disappointed that I purchased a vehicle and was not able to drive it for over 4 months because it was in the shop. A short list of what was wrong with the car, Fuel Pump went out, Both Fuel Sending Units, the ECM (computer) as well as the Instrument Cluster (there were pieces of black tape on the dashboard.)Further, any follow up from this dealership has been poor at best. When I got my car back, I attempted to register it with El Paso County and was told they never received any paperwork regarding the title. When having to call the dealership to follow up, I was told it was sent in August and they would resend it and then call me. I am happy to report it WAS sent to the county and delivered via UPS but was not called back as I was told by Faras or Moose.Ultimately, while they are pleasant enough to speak with and did try to accommodate me through the vehicles breakdown when it initially happened, I am just sorry I had to experience this myself. Again, I am responsible for signing the papers AS IS as well as should have had the foresight to have it checked over independently, that does NOT excuse selling a car that was in horrible shape. I will never recommend here or return to here for business.

The business is similar to many smaller dealerships, they buy auction vehicles and don’t fix anything that you don’t point out and take to the shop yourself. Also, the vehicles are very rough on the lot. The car I went to look at wasn’t ready as was promised... it took a while to pull it out of the Tetris maze. The price was very high and they even have a sign saying they will raise the price if you insist on a discount! I didn’t buy the vehicle and would recommend you go elsewhere.

I didnt leave the car on long enough for it to start properly and these guys drove out just to jump me. When there was no oil in the car they got me an oil change. If your family is the lying, cheating backstabbing kind, you’ll feel right at home here. Left my car an extra day to have headlight and air conditioner fixed. They claimed to have fixed both and sent me home, to Santa Fe, NM, with neither fixed. Didn’t realize I had no headlight until going through Trinidad in the dark. Then just left me hanging and would not return my calls. Buyer beware!

We bought a car here right before the coronavirus hit. Fair price, great car, easy process, friendly people BUT... since then these people have just gone above and beyond with the customer service. The DMV has misplaced our title not once but FOUR times (with tracking) since the coronavirus breakdown. These people generated the paperwork and sent it priority UPS a total of FIVE times for us immediately, no complaints, no questions asked. Just timely and courteous service. (In case you’re wondering- the fifth time I had ICAR send the paperwork directly to me, and I’m gonna drop it off in person this time. Point is, they are really, really awesome at customer service.

Thanks for your quick and comforting reply to my very honest review. Feras did sign the affidavit on January 3rd. We spoke to the county in Wyoming. The tags have been purchased and the only reason this is offered is for enrolled Native American tribes to get a tax break. Way to be a racist though! I would welcome a visit with police as I have said no such threatening remarks. You are just threatened by women like I said before. Maybe I will ask them to see where you guys funnel money to that you dont use for vehicle inspections or mechanical work .

I had purchased a Chevy Cavalier from these guys and overall, the experience was painless. I was able to buy the car for the price I wanted since I had a struct budget. The only reason I mark these guys down in a review is because I experienced some extreme issues with the vehicle very quickly after purchase. I want to start that it was my fault I did not have the vehicle inspected before purchase. However, I should not have to be repairing it within a week of purchase. The first issues I ran into was that I was losing the whole reservoirs worth of coolant over night, and my car would not start because of the battery being dead. It turned out that the thermostat was stuck open, and the battery had so little charge that it hardly registered as a battery when it was tested. This resulted in a 300 dollar repair. The battery wants to make me suspicious that maybe that this dealer is not starting every vehicle as expected, but this is not confirmed. Soon after, many small things began to break, or I discovered already broken things. Some of the damages include toasted wiper fluid tubes, both windows not rolling down due to motor failure(this vehicle is a coupe), the anti lock break system entirely being in failure, a corroded crank fuse, only half of the back window wire heaters working, and the axle causing the car to have a very loud whirring while in motion. All of these have been inspected and diagnosed by my mechanic. There are more smaller damages, however I didnt want to list minor things. While I do understand that buying an old car is a risk, it would be expected that a vehicle that was claimed to have absolutely no issues would not fall apart in a matter of months.I post this review not as an entire bash to this dealership, but as a warning. I do not want to entirely blame the dealership for these issues, however I find it slightly suspect that this car went from perfectly fine to a piece of metal that I will have to scrap when it comes time I get a new car (which will be in a few months). I warn everyone who goes to this dealership to get the vehicle youre interested in inspected. Do not make the same mistake, for I am now 2k in the hole with only part time pay.

These guys were helpful in the process of checking out the car we were interested in buying from them. We checked out a Honda CRV that they had listed and they got it ready for us to test drive. They also let me take it to my mechanic to get it inspected on my own which was nice. Once I came back with the mechanics findings they told me they would take it to their mechanic to take care of some of the repairs. At that point I tried to check in and they suddenly became unresponsive and I could never get a hold of them for two days. They ended up going behind my back and selling it to someone else so that they wouldnt have to bargain with me or do the repairs to keep the price up. During this time I was calling them twice a day and leaving voicemails with no response. So apparently you have to put a car on hold or buy it before they take it to the mechanic and bargain with them on the spot. Just felt like they cared far more about their bottom line then actually helping me and my family get a good car from them. Wouldnt say they are a bad dealership at all, but they clearly didnt want to work with me and led me on. They had a bunch of excuses when I walked in and said that they found out something about the car that they apparently didnt disclose to me before that my mechanic didnt find. So I would be very weary of these guys in how you move forward with your purchases if your trying to pay with cash. If your smart and doing your due diligence they might not work with you.

So I just bought a my first new new car: 2015 Subaru CrossTre XV low mileage and for a great price.. after having it for a week I decided to take it to my mechanic that I have been using for a while and the found my passenger side front axel seal was leaking! And for the mileage notice spark plugs needed done and probably an oils change since those two thing weren’t on my car fax Hx. I went to ICar with concern since I just bought and car thinking no mechanic bills! I showed icar my estimate and the gentleman I told to Feras said we appreciate your business and understand where I was concerned about cost and said take it to our mechanic (Gianni Repair Center) they looked at it and agreed with what needed to be down and Feras call back and said we will cover full 100% for the cost!! Not once did they take advantage of me and the lack of knowledge I had with thing kind of thing!! Also the mechanic closed at 3 and instead of tell me no they stayed late... :) and I waited for a long time but I saw they weren’t rushing working on my car... over all good honest dealership and mechanic they recommend are nice as well..at a business owner myself with ranching I HIGHLY recommend them. :)

I drove a Toyota RAV 4. 2012. No where to park . Also they gave me the car on an empty tank. Ive never driven one so I also had it in AWD the whole time as I didnt know the structure of the gears. Nice person, but definetly small car lot protocol.

In November of 2019 I bought a car from them. When I went to pick it up a week later, after they were supposed to do repairs, the check engine light was on and when I had that checked out at a shop the following day, I was told my engine was bad. They told me the dealer had put stop leak in it and sold me a bad car with a ruined engine. This dealer is a criminal, sells bad cars and they know it.

This place sells drug dealer esque repoed and auction cars. The cars are subpar with bald tires, check engine lights, cosmetic damages, bad batteries, and numerous other issues. Read the replies from owners to everyone with comments on here....anyone notice a pattern of not taking responsibility for selling lemons? I did and after someone dear to me purchased a car here and I needed to assist during the purchase, I will never go here or recommend anyone go here. The assistance part comes from helping a deaf individual. For starters they sold him a car that still had a previous title lien. Meaning getting vehicle plates has been impossible to do timely. We requested they complete an affavdavit of delivery for lower sales tax in another state. They did initially complete this in full, signatures and all. When we returned to have them complete a new one on their letterhead, I was told this was illegal. I said like selling the car with a lien already on the title and offering to make new dealer plates to cover your tracks? It took 4 days to get a tracking number for a title they had already mailed . However when we tracked it, said the title was mailed the day they texted me the tracking number. Additionnally I get the vibe these men dont like women. Might be a cultural barrier, but I personally, did not like being yelled at and told I can do whatever I need to do hunny. Maybe just be helpful to the folks and dont automatically start raising your voice if someone has a request, maybe not though.......4 thumbs down. Trash, trash, trash!!!!

Icar is the worst. Bought a 2007 Mercedes, and they said they would fix windshield washer leaking everywhere, said they would fix a flat tire, and I had to pay for my own emissions test because they ran Out of vouchers. Ended up a Discount tire because my tire FLAT. Tire is unfix able. Stuck at the tire store because they can’t put back on the Tire. Called ICAR and Was told.... yelling at Me that ICAR isn’t going to Fix anything. They CLAIM they are a Family run business. Their family and ICAR is extremely CROOKED. BUYER BEWARE! I bought a Subaru here in August. Ive now had multiple issues with the car within the first 1000 miles of driving it. The dealership refuses to do anything for me. One of those happened to be from a hole in the gas tank. This car was clearly unsafe to drive or sell. Ive already put $2000+ into the car. They told me the car was inspected by them but clearly it wasnt looked over properly if at all. Feras has also made it extremely hard to get plates since they will not send my title information to the DMV. I recommend going anywhere else, dont let them waste your time and money. I wish i could give them zero stars.

When I got there the car I was looking at was sold.. I live in Aurora and didnt want to waste my time after driving to Golden. The guys were willing to help and made sure I felt comfortable in whatever car I looked at. There was a previous snow storm and they went out of their way to shovel and move cars around so I can test drivewhichever car I wanted. You can tell all the guys get along with eachother and treat eachother like brothers.They also made sure I had the cheapest full coverage insurance. THEY ARE GREAT AND WORK WITH YOU.Thank you icar! I love my new car. Ill be referring ppl to you all.

I bought a car here in March and in July there was an oil leak that ended up being a head gasket seal that was make-shift repaired. It will cost me $4,000 to have the actual repair done. I called to discuss this with the dealer and he just ended up shouting at me on the phone. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!

We purchased a vehicle on Saturday July 27th. The car buying experience was great and they were super friendly. 13 days after the purchase the vehicle broke down and had to be towed to the shop. We contacted them and we were told they inspected the vehicle and there were no problems with it. The harmonic balancer broke a known issue with this vehicle. The brakes were below replacement measurement. We went back and forth with them over several emails and text messages. The vehicle is still currently in the shop with more issues. They had told me the vehicle was inspected before it was sold. I called Manheim auto auction in Nevada where the vehicle was purchased by them. They advised me for $100 they offer dealerships a full used car inspection and that ICar automotive LLC opted out of the inspection. If they truly have their vehicles inspected which they at first said the did and the an email told me they don’t these things would have been found. Their solution to the problem was to give the number to a guy they use for towing and have it towed to a place in Lakewood they use who would charge us less money to get the vehicle repaired as the vehicle is not drivable. We have had this car one month to the day an only drove it 13 days. While we can expect vehicle to break down we didn’t anticipate after 13 days and our first payment we would still not have a useable vehicle. They had told us you can’t make everyone happy and we were obviously those type of people. This dealer is that type of typical used car dealer whose only interest is selling the “metal”. The after sale doesn’t matter to them. We are problem people apparently. This used car dealer is definitely buyer beware. By they way they will say they offered us a warranty which in this case would not have mattered. All warranty companies have an exclusionary clause where repairs before 90 days are not covered. This repair would have been on us no matter what. They did not offer us a warranty anyway. The used car dealer is definitely buyer beware. We are definitely not liars. The car broke down august 9th. The last i checked that is not 30 days. We asked for proof of the presale inspection and we were told they do not have that information to give to us. Then we asked for the name of the shop that did the inspection and they did not respond to that either. Fyi the carfax does not show they had any inspection at all.

My husband and I bought a car here just a little over a month ago. They were super nice and made us feel like we were making a great purchase. A couple weeks into our purchase the car started leaking coolant. It is now completely undrivable because the leak is so severe, we are waiting for the mechanic to let us know what else is going on with the car (the brakes are also going out). When I called to talk about the issues he was incredibly rude and said they go through multiple inspections. However, with the condition of our car I completely doubt it was inspected at all. We put all our savings in for a down payment and now we have to pay for whatever repairs the car now requires. I am extremely disappointed and wouldnt wish this on anyone.

My credit was not the best but they got me a sweet Nissan Altima for a good payment count ask for any thing more thank you Sam, Moose, JJ and Feras for helping me get this vehicle!

These people lie and cheat. They make promises and then NOTHING. Dont buy.

The vehicles were reasonably priced and in fair to good condition staff was attentive and friendly would recommend to others
