The only change orders that came up were around insulation, warped floorboards and leveling the floors for the tile to be installed which were all understandable. While also doing our bathrooms, we also tacked on installing all new doors in the house (12+ doors and closets) so everything would match. They did an excellent job on the doors for a very fair price.We were initially reluctant to work with a turnkey company, since we like to be involved in all decisions but we felt involved in most, if not all, the decisions. Fantastic Bathroom Remodel!From start to finish, Integrity Installations performed our double bathroom remodels flawlessly. Bryan (owner) and Shane (project manager) met with us within a few days of our call to provide a detailed estimate. They werent the cheapest estimate we got, but their knowledge and responsiveness to our questions won us over. Once the job got started - on time- it stayed on track to the day. When we had a medical issue come up in the middle of the project, they were accommodating of our special needs and worked to keep the job going. Change requests were received well and implemented quickly. Each worker on site was polite, considerate and cleaned up the job site every night before leaving, so we could be comfortable staying in our home. Virgil is a rockstar installer and no job was too small for him to do well. Vernon did an excellent job installing all our tile - it all came out perfectly.. Chris the plumber ably hooked up our toilet, sinks, faucets and showers with no leaks. Vicky kept us posted on the financial side of the job, providing timely detailed invoices all the way through to the end. No surprises! Our beautiful bathrooms came in on time and at budget thanks to a close watch by Bryan and Shane.The only hiccup in the process was the initial consultation with the designer. Erin did not come out to the house, so her initial design was not what we had in mind, and did not fit the look of the rest of the house. However, with an additional consultation, we reselected materials better suited to our vision and the design was redone to fit the existing space. Alls well that ends well. We are super happy with Integrity Installations and would highly recommend their services.

Integrity recently completed my latest project – new kitchen cabinets! The three previous projects included remodels of the master and main baths, as well as new tile, marble countertops, and lights in the kitchen – all done by Integrity over the past 5 years. The skillful crew was able to remove the existing kitchen cabinets and install the new ones without removing the delicate marble countertops, which was wonderful. It also resulted in time/cost savings, which were passed on to me. They were able to keep the range in place and re-installed the microwave within about a day, so the interruptions were kept to a minimum. Love my new cabinets! Highly recommend Bryan and the crew at Integrity!

Integrity did a great job remodeling my kitchen. They removed walls to open up the space and installed new flooring and cabinets and counters. Their personnel who built and installed the cabinetry and tile backsplash were very professional and performed quality work. They made an excellent suggestion to change the microwave space and install custom trim when I no longer wanted to use the appliance companys trim kit. They are responsive to your questions, finished the job in the scheduled time frame, and are easy to work with.

From the first estimate, to the design phase, to the pricing, to the options to the work, invoicing and follow through...these folks were EXACTLY what you want from a contractor.We had them do our Great Room with included flooring, lighting, and a kitchen remodel. The workmen who were in our home were professional, polite, customer service oriented, and best of all...highly skilled! Bryan and the crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen and powder room remodel. Everything was very clear and understandable as far as quote and order of operations. I work from home so I was around the project everyday to see the workers and interact with them. They were polite and courteous and made sure I was giving my input when needed to ensure the job was done correctly and meeting or exceeding my needs. These guys are a pretty straight forward company and after using them for 2 houses of mine, I will be using them for future projects. You wont break the bank and you will get high quality results that your friends and visitors to your home will admire.

We dont usually review people or companies, but felt that we needed to review Integrity Installations. From the moment we met Bryan and Erin we felt comfortable entrusting our project to them. The planning phase was lengthy as we had many details in our project (which included kitchen, hardwood flooring, powder room and fireplace area) that were must-haves. But Erin and Bryan listened and came up with a design to include all that we wanted. We really appreciated their ability to be both classy and practical with their guidance on design and product selections. We really liked the one-stop shopping at their showroom and not having to run around to a bunch of places to pick out componentsThe contract was all inclusive and reasonably priced. We had a set start date, and the project started on time, we could follow a day to day schedule that was developed--when the electrician put the project behind, we were asked by other subcontractors if they could work on the weekend to catch things back up. Other than issues with the electrician, every subcontractor involved (all picked by Integrity) were great to work with.As far as Integritys staff, all their employees were fantastic - highly professional, the work was high quality, they were very open to questions and discussions about every detail of the project. In particular, the work that Virgil did was outstanding to say the least. Virgil really is a master of his craft. Virgil treated our home as though his own and his care, cleanliness, and attention to every detail was amazing.The entire project was completed with minor delays (not the fault of Integrity) and on budget. We love the job they did and will use them again in the future.

Bryans team installed LVP flooring in the ground level rooms of my house. They did a great job, completed everything as discussed, and cleaned up nicely when complete. The quote was detailed and accurate and the price was reasonable. The team finished the baseboards nicely. The outcome looks great. They even resolved the squeaking in my stairs before applying the new flooring onto them. Job well done.

We have a 90s style home that needs a lot of work. We started by having them update our living room with stone around the fire place. They did fantastic work and really helped make the room pop. We were happy enough with the work, that we had them do a master bathroom re-model. Once again, Bryan and his team did fantastic work. All of the people who came through the home were courteous and professional and did top notch work. We would recommend them to anyone and will continue to consider them for any updates that we make down the road.

Our experience was so great with the team at Integrity Installations, Im not sure where to even begin. Bryan, Lou, and Theresa are all great folks to work with and are masters at their individual tasks. This company is small enough to be very detail oriented, but big enough to have the connections in the industry to take advantage of wholesale pricing. These are just down right nice people who do excellent work for a fair price. Quality of the work and materials is superb and the communication with the team is excellent. They communicate when required, but dont over communicate on non-essential issues. Integrity was wonderful from the first estimate all the way through the punch list at the end of the project. Their cost estimate was spot on as well the schedule they established for the completion of the project. We did a major kitchen family room remodel in about four weeks with an impending wedding date looming over their heads. They completed 5 days before our backyard wedding...just as they promised they would. Integrity did EXACTLY what they claimed they would do in a very timely fashion. We couldnt be happier and will be hiring them to come back in six months for a double bathroom remodel. If you want quality performance, quality materials, and quality people, look no further. Used Integrity Installations for a remodeling project on our new home. Had new wood floors installed throughout the home, granite counter tops in the kitchen and 4 bathrooms, tile backsplash, and updated fixtures and plumbing. Bryan has put together a great team of professionals to handle any project. Ill admit I can be a difficult client at times and they handled all our requests with ease. We added additional scope to the project midway through to move a kitchen island, install baseboard and complete some unexpected plumbing work. Everything was still completed within our original timeline. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had our bathroom remodeled and we were searching out quotes from different companies. One of my friends recommended Integrity Installations as he thought they may come in at a lesser price..We had Bryan come out and we were pleasantly surprised by the quote. It was several 1000s less than the one we were about to go with.Once the job started, Bryans team were professional, respectful and cleaned up after each days work. The job they did was great! We love our new bathroom. It is the showcase room in the house!

TERRIBLE to say the least! The only reason they received one star is because ZERO is not an option. It almost brings me to tears thinking about the money we invested in this company to do a full remodel on our kitchen. We were SO excited, and even though they are friendly people they absolutely are not qualified to do residential remodels. Their Designer is not qualified and ordered the wrong materials for us. She was very quick and didnt care about our personals needs and wants. The person in charge of managing the project itself had ZERO experience in Residential properties and again just wanted the project done as quick as possible. The owner is never available and outright RUDE about anything that could possibly help you out. The cabinets were not ordered correctly 3 times, the communication between the Contractor and the company itself was not good. Our project was put on hold for weeks bc they couldnt get along. We WAY WAY WAY overpaid for very low quality work.....I could go on and on. BOTTOM LINE, do not use this company! You will be extremely disappointed.

Bottom-line, I would work with Integrity Installations again in the future. I rarely give 5/5, 4/5 is an great score. I would probably give them 4.4 our of 5. They were thorough, courteous, and professional. They stuck to their cost and schedule, which I find to be a bit rare with home contractors. Their quality was very good and they do things right, not just quick and easy, taking shortcuts. The only things that came up were a few communication errors... but I am a pretty picky person and take responsibility for that as well.

If you want a high quality result and a team who will work with you even after you have made the final payment this is a great choice. Bryan is great at helping you design and the expenses are line item, credits are applied properly for materials not utilized, no surprises. Rob, the job supervisor, always responds and makes whatever you need to happen, happen, with a smile. The workmanship by all is top notch, and they have great suggestions and knowledge to make your project have the best possible outcome. Anyone who has done home improvements knows that there is always something that comes up, but this company will make it right! They are honest. I had no major issues, just a few little things here and there (I am kind of particular) that I wanted to change and they helped me for no extra charge. And they started the day they said they would- very professional every step of the way.

Integrity Installations was a fantastic choice for my complete bathroom remodel. My house is 132 years old and they gutted the entire bathroom down to the studs. Bryan and his crew were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They took out the claw foot tub, blew out a window and added glass blocks, added a new tile floor, drywalled and built a custom spa shower with a bench/nook. Not to mention the custom ordered tiles that they installed by hand one at a time. It is a stunning bathroom and I give Integrity Installations all the credit -- highly recommend them!

I contacted Bryan as I wanted to surprise my wife with hardwood floors and new back splash and fireplace. She was going to be gone for 2 weeks. They gave me an honest price, helped me select the materials, ordered the materials, and then worked within my time frame. From the very beginning when we were designing our kitchen project, Bryan and the staff at Integrity were very helpful. There are a wide array of options depending on materials and they helped us select a countertop and backsplash that was sophisticated and fit with our cabinets and floors. Honestly, we were probably a little picky and Bryan was very patient with us. When the project began Ken and Shawn did an amazing job and their project manager Lou made sure things were on track and we were happy with all the details. Bryan and his crew have completed two remodeling projects for me (bathroom tile and kitchen backsplash). Integrity Installations has alway had great prices and amazing quality workmanship. Bryans commitment to make his clients happy is a rarity in this market.

Great things about Integrity Installations:- Bryan (owner) is a good person, a good listener, a man of integrity, and he works hard. These qualities are worth a lot in a contractor.- The final product (remodeled kitchen) was high-quality and Bryan ensured this.- Plumbing and electric subs were mostly great.- Bryan comped us some materials and labor, which shows hes more concerned about the job than bean-counting.- Several months after the project was finished Bryan called for a long conversation to see how we like our space and also to get general feedback on the experience. This takes time and patience; while he has a lot of patience he does not have a lot of time and we appreciated it!Some things that could have been better:- There wasnt a lot of QA/QC on the design, for which we all share responsibility. We (client) were emailed the design with plenty of time to evaluate it independently, but we should have sat down and gone over it together with Int. Inst. to assure that all of the details were addressed. There are some features in the kitchen that we wish we could have changed before construction. One gigantic problem was that we were told to buy a 36 refrigerator, and it didnt fit. We (client) dealt with the fallout of this issue when it should have been Int. Inst.- There were many hiccups with communication. Some are to be expected, but some were preventable. Project Manager in particular seemed to prioritize talking over listening, and didnt like it when I disagreed with him. Note: Bryan has since told me that they have addressed this internally.- There was some resistance to explaining the contract in detail. Int. Inst. needs to be prepared for detail-oriented clients and not diminish requests for more information with comments about how their contracts are more detailed than most. Im in the service industry too and prepare minutely detailed contracts; I expect to see the same as a client.Final verdict: If we do another remodel we will consult with Integrity Installations again. Bryan stands by his product and is a solid character.

Bryan and crew recently completed a kitchen remodel in my home – and it was awesome!Integrity had remodeled both bathrooms in 2015/2016 so there was no doubt who I would turn to for the new project. The kitchen remodel consisted of replacing the old tile, eliminating the recessed fluorescent lighting with cans, installing an incredible marble slab (Fantasy Brown) with a new undermount sink, and creating a counter- to bottom-of-cabinet backsplash behind the new slide-in range (complete within undercounter lighting). What a transformation!Although thanks to an interior designer friend I had pretty much everything planned, Bryan and Dennise suggested some small enhancements (and fixed some deficiencies with the original construction). As with any remodel, there was a minor item (or two) that didn’t go quite as planned, but the superior quality of workmanship spoke for itself. The final cost actually came in just under the original estimate. They definitely earned five stars! I highly recommend Integrity.

We had Bryans company do the back splash in our kitchen after having granite counters installed. He was very helpful in helping pick out appropriate colors and accent pieces. The installation was on time, within our budget and very clean.We were so pleased with the job he and his staff did on the kitchen when it came time to do our master bath we did not hesitate in going back to Bryan to do that work. We could not ask for a better workers and a clean efficent installation job. New shower and tile floor has made a significant upgrade to our home. We would not hesitae in recommending him to our friends and would use his services again in the future.
